3.1General
ThisinstallationmanualconcernsairhandlingunittypeT opvexSR/TR03–06manufacturedbySystemair
AB.T opvexSR/TR03–06includethefollowingmodeloptions:

Waterheatingbatterycanbeorderedasanaccessorytounitswithoutre-heater.
Thismanualconsistsofbasicinformationandrecommendationsconcerningthedesign,installation,

3.3TransportandStorage
TheT opvexSR/TR03–06shouldbestoredandtransportedinsuchawaythatitisprotectedagainst
physicaldamagethatcanharmpanels,handles,displayetc.Itshouldbecoveredsothatdust,rainand
snowcannotenteranddamagetheunitanditscomponents.Theapplianceisdeliveredinonepiece
containingallnecessarycomponents,wrappedinplasticonapalletforeasytransportation.
WhentransportingtheTopvexSR/TR03–06unitsuseaforklift.placedonthegableoftheunit(gure7.)

Theunitisheavy.Becarefulduringtransportandmounting.Riskofinjurythroughpinching.Use

4.1Unpacking
Verifythatallorderedequipmentaredeliveredbeforestartingtheinstallation.Anydiscrepanciesfromthe
orderedequipmentmustbereportedtothesupplierofSystemairproducts.
4.2Where/howtoinstall
TopvexSR/TR03–06aremeantforindoorinstallation.TopvexSR03,SR04andSR06canbeinstalled
outsideifweatherprotected.UseaccessoryODStosize04and06.Placetheunitonahorizontalat
surface.It’simportantthattheunitiscompletelylevelledbeforeitisputintooperation.
Placetheunitpreferablyinaseparateroom(e.g.storage,laundryroom,atticorsimilar).Theelectronic
componentsshouldnotbeexposedtolowertemperaturethan0°Candhigherthan+50°C.
Whenchoosingthelocationitshouldbekeptinmindthattheunitrequiresmaintenanceregularlyandthat
theinspectiondoorsshouldbeeasilyaccessible.Leavefreespaceforopeningthedoorsandfortaking
outthemaincomponents(gure3andgure6).
Avoidplacingtheapplianceagainstawall,aslowfrequencynoisecancausevibrationsinthewallevenif
thefannoise-levelisacceptable.Ifthisisnotpossibleitisrecommendedtocarefullyinsulatethewall.
Theoutdoorairintakeofthebuildingshouldifpossiblebeputinthenorthernoreasternsideofthebuilding
andawayfromotherexhaustoutletslikekitchenfanoutcastsorlaundryroomoutlets.

ductsystemitself,installationofsilencersbeforeeveryinletdiffuserisrecommended.

Theunitmustnotbeputintooperationbeforealltheelectricalsafetyprecautionshavebeenreadand
