（ 1 ）機械のネジ、ナットのゆるみ点検
（ 2 ）（サンテナック用）前カバー265をとり、ストロークダンパー254及びパンチスライド
251可動面にグリスをすりこむ。（目安 1 年）
（サンホック用）前カバー 8 をとり、コンロッド136及びパンチスライド15可動面に
グリスをすりこむ。（目安 1 年）
（ 3 ）一方クラッチ145内に注油。（目安 1 ヶ月）
（ 4 ）ウレタンロープ112R/L引っかけ箇所に注油。（目安 1 ヶ月）
（ 5 ）クラッチ部のグリスアップ。詳細は 8 ］クラッチ構造を参照（目安 6 ヶ月）
〈注意〉いずれも油がタレ落ちないように注意して下さい。

Beforeanyadjustmentofthemachine,besuretoturnoffthepowerswitch.
（1）ホックを所定のホッパーに投入し、ホッパー
を回転方向に軽く回しながらレール内にホッ
クを満たす。
（ 2 ）フライホイール 4が回転方向に軽く回るか確
認する。フライホイールが回らなかったり、
重い時は 1 回ペダル40を踏込みフライホイー
ルを回転方向に回し、 1 回転させてください。
フライホイールが回らなくなったところで、
主軸ⓐの孔に棒を入れて回転方向に少し回し
フライホイールが軽く回るようにして下さい。

（ 3 ）電源スイッチ部35のブレーカースイッチ35-2
及びセレクタスイッチ35-1を（入）にし、製
品を所定の位置にセットしてペダル40を 1 回
踏むと作動します。
〈注意〉二度打ち防止セットの付いていない機種では、ペダルを踏み続けると連続して機
械が作動し、故障の原因となり、また大変危険ですのでペダルを踏んで機械が作動したら
瞬時にペダルから足を離して下さい。

Iftheflywheelfailstoturnorisheavytoturn,steponthepedal(40)and
turntheflywheelonceintherotationaldirection.Wheretheflywheel
stopsturning,setthehandlegripintotheholeofthespindle(a),andturn
thegripalittleintherotationaldirection,sothattheflywheelturns

switchbox(35),setyourproduct(e.g.garment)atthespecifiedposition,
andsteponthepedal(40)once,thenoperationstarts.
〈Caution〉Forthemachinewithoutthedouble-punchingpreventivemecha-
nism,releasethepedalquicklyinoperation.Ifyoukeepsteppingonthepedal,
itoperatescontinuously,whichcancausethemachinedamagedandisdan-
gerous.
 
カシメの調整は出荷時にあらかじめ行っております
が、試運転の時に端切れを利用して 2 〜 3 回試し打
ちをして下さい。
微調整を要する時は、前カバー265（サンホック用 8 ）
を外してパンチスライド251（サンホック用15）右
側面の調整ピンセットボルト169をゆるめ、パンチ
スライド調整ピン252（サンホック用16）をドライ
バーで右回りに回せばパンチが下がりカシメが強く
なります。パンチスライド調整ピンを動かしたら必
ず調整ピンセットボルトを締めてから作動してくだ

Ifanyfineadjustmentisrequired,takeoffthefrontcover(265,forSunHook8),
loosentheadjustpinsetbolt(169)attherightsideofthediemoldslide(251,
forSunHook15)andturnthepunchslideadjustpin(252,forSunHook16)
clockwisewithascrewdriver,thenthediemoldcomesdown,increasingthe
attachingforce.
Wheneverthediemoldslideadjustpinisadjusted,besuretofastenthead-

（ 1 ）サンテナック・サングリップ用
この機械のチャック調整ピンは、パンチスライドと一体になっているので、チャッ
ク押え板18のスキマ調整にてセンターを出します。
ナット321は、チャック押えスプリング320の強さ加減を調整する為のものです。チ
ャックを手で上下に動かせて、ある程度抵抗があるように調整して下さい。…〈図 3 〉
（ 2 ）サンホック用
チャック137の左右のセンターが狂うと、ホックが正確に基布にとりつかなくなりま
す。ペダルを踏みフライホイール 4を回転方向に手で回せば、パンチスライド15が
下に移動してパンチスライド右側面が見えてきます。

チャック調整ピン固定ビス168を緩めて、チャ
ック調整ピン138先端の切り溝に、マイナスド
ライバーを押し当てて、チャックのセンター
を出します。
 センターが決まれば、マイナスドライバーで
チャック調整ピンを奥へ押し、チャック調整
ピン固定ビス168をしっかり締める。…〈図 4 〉

therightposition,youcannotattach
snapsontothefabriccorrectly.Stepping
onthepedalandturningtheflywheel(4)
intherotationaldirectionbyhands,then
thediemoldslide(15)movesdownwardandtherightsideofthedie
moldslideappears.Loosenthereceiveradjustpinfixingscrew(168)and
putaflatheadscrewdriverintotheslottedreceiveradjustpin(138),and
turnthescrewdrivertotherightorlefttoadjustthereceiverinthecenter.
Aftercentering,pushthereceiveradjustpin(138)insidewiththescrew-
driverandfastenthefixingscrew(168)firmly.…〈Fig.4〉

専用治具が必要となります。
（ 2 ）サンホック用
クラッチペダル40を踏みフライホイール 4を回転方向に手で回せば、パンチスライ
ド15が下に移動して、パンチスライド右側面にあるパンチセットボルト167が現れま
す。パンチセットボルトを緩め、パンチ21を下に引き抜きます。
チャック137は外側に押し開いてください。取り付けは、パンチセットボルトの当り
面を削ってあるのでその方向に正しくセットし、上に突き当たるまで押し上げてパ
ンチセットボルトを締めて下さい。…〈図 4 〉参照

ward.
Pushopenthereceiver(137)totheoutside.Toloadtheupperdiemold
again,setthecutfacetocontactwiththesetscrew(167)andpushupthe
diemoldtotheend,thentightenthesetscrew(167).…〈Fig.4〉

ホックが上チャック137及びダイス154のセンターよ
り前後にずれて正常にセットされない時は、下送り
スライド68の位置調整が必要です。本体左側面の後
下部にあるストッパーピン80を固定しているセット
ビス及び六角ナットを緩め、ストッパーピンをマイ
ナスドライバーで回し、下送りスライドの前後調整
を行います。下送りスライドに上下左右にガタがあ
る時は、下送りスライド調整ピン78、79、81の 3 点
にて調整する。（ホックの種類によって調整が違う
ので注意する。）…〈図 5 〉

pinwithaflatheadscrewdrivertoadjustthelowerfeedplatetothefrontand
back.Ifthelowerplateislooseandmoveupanddownorsideways,adjust
thelowerplatepins(78),(79)and(81).

（1）クラッチの機構は、主軸の後から順に締め付けナット437,フライホイール 4、クラ
ッチカム431、クラッチラチェット板426となっています。
（ 2 ）組立の場合、パンチスライド251が最上部に位置する時に、クラッチカム431先端部が、
クラッチレバー452に引っ掛かっているのが正しい位置です。

但し、その場合クラッチカムスプリング428は
クラッチラチェット板（426）の下側の溝に沿
っていなければなりません。
（ 3 ）ペダル40を踏んでも、パンチスライド251が降
りない。又は、パンチスライドが降りたきり
上がらない。このような時は締め付けナット
437とフライホイール 4 を取り外し、クラッチ
カムスプリング428、クラッチカム431の破損
がないかを確認の上、〈図 6 〉のように各クラ
ッチ部品をセットしておいてフライホイール
をやさしく填め込み、締め付けナット437を固
く締め込んで下さい。最後に、締め付けナット437の緩み止めボルト438を固く締め
て下さい。

downsidegrooveoftheclutchratchet(426).
（ 3 ）Ifthediemoldslide(251)doesnʼtcomedownorfailstogouptotheright
positionwhenyousteponthepedal(40),takeoffthesettingnut(437)and
theflywheel(4),checktheclutchcamspring(428)andtheclutchcam(431)
ifthereisnodamage,thenseteachpartoftheclutchasshownin〈Fig.6〉
.Andputtheflywheel(4)carefullyand
tightenthesettingnut(437)firmly.Finally
tightenthelockbolt(438)ofthesetting
nut(437)firmly.


ブレーキ305の効きが悪くなると、パンチスライド
251が上死点で止まらなくなり、クラッチ部より異
常音を発したり、電源スイッチ部のブレーカが切れ
たりします。
このような時は、機械上部にあるブレーキ調整ネジ
307を少しずつ締めて調子を見て下さい。この場合、
調整ネジは締め過ぎのないようご注意下さい。

 2 度打ちした時やカシメで失敗した時に発
生します。
（1）後部主軸の孔にドライバーを入れて、回転方向とは反対方向に回し、噛んでいる物
を取り出す。
（ 2 ）ドライバーを抜き、フライホイールを回転方向へ手で回して、パンチスライド251を
上死点まで上げる。
（ 3 ）そのままではフライホイールは回らないので、もう一度主軸の孔にドライバーを入
れて、今度は回転方向に少し動かして、フライホイールが手で軽く回るようにする。
（ 4 ）電源スイッチを入れて作業にかかる。

（1）Setthedriverintotheholeoftherearspindleandturnthespindleoppo-
sitetotherotationaldirection,andthentakeoutthecloggedsnaps.
（ 2 ）Pulloutthedriver,andturntheflywheel(4)intherotationaldirectionby
handtoliftthediemoldslide(251)uptothetopdeadcenter.
（ 3 ）Sincetheflywheel(4)doesnʼtturnasitis,setthedriverintothespindle
holeagain,andturnalittleintherotationaldirection,sothattheflywheel
canbeturnedeasilybyhand.
（ 4 ）Turnonthepowerswitchtore-starttheoperation.

（1）モートルのVベルト 7が伸びてくると、クラッチが正常な位置で停止しなくなり、
異常音を発したり電源スイッチ部のブレーカが切れたりします。
（ 2 ）電源を切ってからモートルの取付ネジを緩めて、モートルを手で下に押し下げVベ
ルトに適度な張りをもたせる。
（ 3 ）Vベルトがひび割れてきたり、切れたりした時は交換してください。
（ 4 ）ベルトカバーのフタ439を外し、モートル取付ネジを緩めてモートルを押し上げる。
新しいVベルトに交換してモートルを押し下げ、適度な張りをもたせてモートル取
付ネジを締める。
（1）WornstretchedmotorV-belt(7)failstostoptheclutchattherightposi-
tion,thenthemotormakesabnormalnoiseorthepowerswitchbreaker
breaks.
（ 2 ）Turnoffthepowerswitch.Thenloosenthemotorsetscrews,andpress
