ご使用になる前に
◎次のような場所では使用しないでください。
○湿気や埃の多く発生するところ
○温度が＋50℃以上になるところ
○温度が 0 ℃以下になるところ
※ 温度が 0 ℃近くで機械の動きが鈍くなる場合がありますので、ご注意ください。常温に持っ
ていくと元に戻ります。
◎この機械はプラスチックホック専用機です。
金属ホック用としては絶対に使用しないでください。
取付治具は、専用の打ち駒を使用してください。
◎機械を分解したり、改造しないでください。
センターに狂いが生じ、正常に使用できなくなります。
Precautions and Requests
◎ For the safety storage and satisfactory performance, avoid the installation at the
following places
○Dusty or highly humid
○Temperature over 50℃ or below 0℃
◎ This fastening machine is designed only for the use on plastic made snap
fasteners. Do not use on the metal made snaps. For attaching snap parts, apply
the genuine dies exclusively designed for this machine.
◎ Do not reassemble or remodel the machine. The centering precision may be
damaged and will cause the unsatisfactory results.
準備
PREPARATION
①トレーブラケットの取付け
（ 1 ）まず図 1 の付属のトレーブラケットと
Aボルト 2 本とワッシャ各 2 枚を用意します。

（ 2 ） （ 1 ）で用意したものを図 2 のように
M6用六角レンチを使用して取付けます。
(2) Tighten bolts using Hexagon wrench.
(Fig.(2))
（ 3 ）図 3 のようにして、トレーブラケットに
パーツボックスを引っかけます。
(3) Hung the plastic trays on it as per
Fig.(3).

②パンチのセットと作業テーブルの調整
（ 1 ）図 4 のように上パンチを当りまで差し込んで、蝶ネジXを締めつけて、固定してくださ
い。キャップホソ用ダイスは本体のセット孔に落とし込みます。
（ 2 ）作業テーブルを調整する場合、蝶ネジYを 2 ヶ所緩めると、作業テーブルが上下に可動で
きるようになりますので、任意の位置で固定してください。
②Adjustment of upper punch and work bench
(1) Inserting upper punch, and loosen wing bolt (X).Insert the lower die (for Cap/
Post) into the die acceptor on the machine base.
(2) Adjustment of work bench.
Loosen wing bolts (Y), so that Work bench can move up and down. After adjust
the height, tighten the bolts.
※ ペダルを踏むとき蝶ボルトXが手に当たるなど、不都合の場合は、蝶ボルトXの代わりに付属
品のM5ボルトを使用してください。M5ボルトを使用する場合は専用レンチを使用してくださ
い。
※ When you pedaled it, wing bolt (X) hits your hand, and, in the case of
inconvenience, please change a M5 bolt. you use a special tool to use it.
