〔 １ 〕 TM-500SR型半自動機 ご使用にあたって INTRODUCTION
TM-500SR型半自動機は、特に安全性と操作性（パンチ交換のし易さ、ホック打点の正確
度）とを考慮した万能機です。本機をご使用になる前に「取扱説明書」を一読いただき、
機械の性能を充分活用されるようお願いします。
TM-500SR is a snap fastening machine especially conceived with safety and
operability in mind (easy die change, accurate attachment point).
Before operating the machine, please read this Instruction Manual so that you
can use the machine to its full potential.
〔 ２ 〕 設置 INSTALLATION
平坦な場所に設置して、ガタツキのないよう注意し、強い日差しの窓際やストーブ等の近
くは避けてください。
Install the machine on a rm, level surface able to bear its weight (concrete
floor etc…). Avoid places with hot temperatures and direct exposure to
sunlight such as window sides or heaters.
〔 ３ 〕 点検整備 INSPECTION
1 ）作業前には機械の点検を行ってください。
2 ） 製品を汚さないために、機械を常に清潔に保ち、油汚れや油のボタ落ちに注意してく
ださい。
3 ） 基本的に給油は不要ですが、機械の清掃等で減少した場合には給脂してください。
（拭き取られた分を補給する程度で充分です。
1 ）Carry out a quick naked eye check of the machine before use.
2 ） Keep the machine clean and wipe o󱐯 any oil stains or drops, if any, from
the machine so that the subject materials do not get stained.
3 ） Lubrication is not necessary but make sure to replenish lubricating oil
when the oil level has decreased due to machine cleaning for example.
〔 ４ 〕 運転 HOW TO START
起動スイッチ（S）によりモートルの運転・停止を行ないます。
モートルへの過負荷防止のため、サーキットプロテクタ（R）が付いています。
パンチのミスやその他モートルに異常な負荷がかかった時に自動的に電流を遮断してモー
トルの損傷を防ぎます。
再起動する場合は、原因を取り除いてからサーキットプロテクタ（R）のスイッチ（黒四
角）を復帰してください。
Starter switch (S) turns the motor ON or OFF.
A built-in circuit protector (R) prevents motor overload in case of wrong
punching and abnormal loads. Power will be shut down automatically to
prevent motor damage.
Please restore the black square switch of the circuit protector (R) to restart
the machine after eliminating the cause of the overload.

〔 5 〕 操作 OPERATION
1 ）起動スイッチをONにしてモートルが回転させます。
2 ） ダイスの上にホック（ヘッド）をセットしてください。
3 ） パンチにホック（バネ・ゲンコ）をセットしてください。
4 ） 生地をカシメる位置にセットしてペダルを踏み込みます。
※ ペダルはストッパーまで確実に踏みこんでください。過度な強い踏み込み、ストッパーまで
達しない踏み方をされますと、 2 度打ちする恐れがございます。
※ ペダルを踏んだままスイッチをONにしますと、誤動作を起こす可能性がありますのでしな
いでください。
※ 出荷時、もしくは最後の使用から間隔があいた場合は、クラッチ等が硬くなり、正常に動作
しない場合がありますので、パンチをセットせずにペダルを踏んで空運転をしてください。
（約30〜40回程度）
1 ）Push starter switch (S) to “ON” position to start the motor.
2 ） Set cap or post on the lower die.
3 ）Set socket or stud on the upper die.
4 ）Place fabric in the punching position and step on the foot pedal.
※ Please step firmly on the pedal until you reach the stopper. Stepping with
excessive or insu󱐰cient strength may cause double-punching.
※ Please do not switch on the machine while the pedal is being stepped on as
this may cause a malfunction.
※ When at the time of shipment or time passes from the last use you may not
work in the normalcy that a clutch is dull. So please pedal it without setting a
punch. (Around 30〜40times)

〔 ６ 〕 安全装置（図 １ 参照） SAFETY MACHANISM（Refer to Fig.(１)）
本機は、作業者の安全について特に考慮された機構を有しています。
1 ） ペダルを踏み込むことでパンチ①をストローク下降させ、作業者に始動の警告を行
い、打点近くでクラッチがカシメストロークを作動します。…（二段式動作機能）
2 ） 一度クラッチがつながればパンチ①はY 〜 Z間を 1 回だけ作動します。…（二度打ち
防止機能）
3 ） 万一、クラッチがつながった状態でモーターを起動させてもパンチは動作しません。
…（始動時安全機能）
※ いかに高度な安全機構を有していても本機がプレス機である事に変わりありません。必要時（パ
ンチの交換・プラホックの装着）以外には、上下パンチの間に絶対に指を入れないでください。
This model features a mechanism especially conceived to ensure the safety
of the operator.
1 ） By stepping on the pedal, stroking punch ① descends and stops mid-course
before the clutch triggers the swaging stroke. (two-stage actuation)
2 ） Once the clutch is connected, punch ① moves between the Y and Z interval
only once. (double-punching prevention mechanism)
3 ） The punch does not move in case the motor is activated while the clutch
is engaged. (activation safety mechanism)
※ DO NOT place fingers between the upper and lower punches except when
needed (die change, snap parts setting).

〔 ７ 〕 パンチの交換（図 ２ 参照） DIE CHANGE（Refer Fig.(２)）
1 ） 電源をOFFに（必ず確認）してください。
2 ） 専用の六角レンチ③を使い差し込みネジ（G）を緩めてください。
（キャップのついてない方を使用してください。）
※緩めすぎるとネジが落ちてしまうことがあるので注意してください。
3 ） 使用するパンチ①をパンチスライドの穴に入れ、当りまで差し込んで、その状態で専
用の六角レンチ③でネジ（G）を締めてください。
4 ）ダイスセット②をダイス受の穴（K）に落とし込んでください。
1 ）Make sure that the starter switch is set to OFF.
2 ） Loosen the screw (G) with the dedicated hex wrench③.
(Please use the side without the cap)
※ Be careful: the screw may drop if loosen too much
3 ） Put the punch① into the punching slide and insert it all the way in.
Keep the punch in this position and tighten up the screw (G) with the
dedicated hex wrench③.
4 ）Put the lower die ② in the die socket (K).

〔 ８ 〕 簡単な故障の見分け方と処置 EASY TROUBLE-SHOOTINGS
〈現象〉
パンチが下へ降りたまま基布を噛み込んで動かなくなった。
〈原因〉
1 ）基布が厚過ぎる。
2 ）Vベルトが摩耗しているか、緩んでいる。
〈 1 ）の処置〉
①電源をOFFに（必ず確認）してください。
② 主軸⑨の穴Hに付属のドライバーを差し込みベルトカバー⑪にある矢印と反対方向に回
すとパンチスライドが上がります。
③噛み込んだ基布を取り除き、ドライバーを抜き取ってください。
④安全を確認してから電源をONにしてください。
クラッチが 1 回転して復帰します。
〈 2 ）の処置〉
Vベルト⑩の交換してください。
※その他不具合が生じた場合は代理店に問い合わせてください。
〈Problem〉
The machine stopped with punch lowered and the fabric is stuck between the
punch and the die.
〈Cause〉
1 ）The ground fabric is too thick.
2 ） The V belt is worn away or loose.
〈Solution to 1) 〉
① Turn o󱐯 the power.
② Insert the supplied screwdriver into the hole (H). Turn in the opposite
direction of the arrow on belt cover⑪ to release the punching slide.
③ Remove the ground fabric and pull out the screwdriver.
④ Turn the switch ON after conducting a safety check.
The clutch will rotate one revolution and be restored to its initial position.
〈Solution to 2) 〉
Replace V belt⑩.

〔１0〕 オプションについて（図 5 参照） OPTIONS(Refer g.(5)）
Ａ）ターゲットライト
ターゲットライトは基布にホックを取付ける場所を示すものです。
〈調整〉
ターゲットライトの光軸調整はターゲットライトの取付金具に蝶ボルトがあり、この蝶ボ
ルトを緩めて、前後の調整をし、蝶ボルトを締めて固定します。
Ｂ）トレーブラケット・パーツボックス
トレーブラッケトを取付け、パーツボックスを取付けることが可能です。
1 台に対して最大パーツボックスを 4 箱まで取付可能です。
Ｃ）パンチストッカー
ダイスとパンチを置いておくことができます。
ダイスは最大 5 個、パンチは最大 4 個収納可能です。
Ｄ）ペダルカバー
ペダルを不用意に踏まないようなカバーです。
Ｅ）バー
持ち運び等に使用します。
A) Target light
Indicates the position of the attaching point on the ground fabric.
〈Axis adjustment〉
Loosen the wing bolt, adjust fore/aft and tighten it back up.
B) Tray brackets ･ Parts box
Fix the tray brackets to the machine to install the parts box.
A maximum of 4 boxes can be mounted.
C) Punch stocker
Can be used to put away the dice and punches.
A maximum 4 pcs of upper dice and 5 pcs of lower dice can be stored.
D) Pedal cover
Covers the pedal to prevent inadvertent stepping.
E) Handle Bar
Allows for easy carrying.
