How to Order
Do Not Let Disaster Strike!
•Include cleaning in your weekly backup routine!
•Always clean after using a brand new data cartridge!
• Contact your local Tandberg Data supplier or visit us at:
www.tandberg.com
for information on where to order cleaning cartridges or media for
your Tandberg SLR tape drive.
1: Do not store your backup tapes in the same location as your
original data! Keep full backup at a separate
location!
2: Tape is sensitive to high temperatures (>60°C/140°F) - do not
store in sunlight, in your vehicle or home safe! In the event of a
fire, your home safe will exceed temperatures recommended
for storage of your media!
3: Tape media that is frequently used will eventually wear out and
cease to protect your data properly. Use a tape
rotation scheme and replace your backup tapes at least once a
year!
