4. Cercaon
WEEE Approval
This device is in compliance with the essenal requirements and
other relevant provisions of the Waste Electrical and Electronic
Equipment Direcve 2012/19/EU (WEEE Direcve).
This symbol on the device means that these
products must be taken to collecon points at the
end of their life:
- Municipal waste disposal centres with specic
bins for these items of equipment.
- Collecon bins at points of sale.
They will then be recycled, prevenng substances being
disposed of in the environment, so that their components can
be reused.
In European Union countries:
These collecon points are accessible free of charge.
All products with this sign must be brought to these collecon
points.
In non-European Union jurisdicons:
Items of equipment with this symbol are not to be thrown into
ordinary bins if your jurisdicon or your region has suitable
recycling and collecon facilies; instead they are to be taken to
collecon points for them to be recycled.
CAUTION: RISK OF EXPLOSION IF BATTERY IS REPLACED
BY AN INCORRECT TYPE. DISPOSE OF USED BATTERIES
ACCORDING TO THE INSTRUCTIONS.

EN - 14
RoHs Approval
This device is in compliance with the restricon of the use
of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic
equipment Direcve 2011/65/EC (RoHs Direcve).
Radio Waves
Proof of compliance with internaonal standards (ICNIRP) or
with European Direcve 2014/53/EU (RED) is required of
all modem models before they can be put on the market. The
protecon of the health and safety for the user and any other
person is an essenal requirement of these standards or this
direcve.
THIS DEVICE MEETS INTERNATIONAL GUIDELINES FOR
EXPOSURE TO RADIO WAVES.
This device is a radio transmier and receiver. It is designed
not to exceed the limits for exposure to radio waves (radio
frequency electromagnec elds) recommended by internaonal
guidelines. The guidelines were developed by an independent
scienc organizaon (ICNIRP) and include a substanal safety
margin designed to assure the safety of all persons, regardless
of age and health.
The radio wave exposure guidelines use a unit of measurement
known as the Specic Absorpon Rate, or SAR. The SAR limit
for mobile devices is 2.0 W/kg for head and body, and 4.0 W/
kg for Limbs.
Tests for SAR are conducted using standard operang posions
with the device transming at its highest cered power level
in all tested frequency bands. The highest SAR values under the
ICNIRP guidelines for this device model are:

EN - 15
Maximum SAR for this model and condions under which it
was recorded.
Body-Worn SAR
(5mm) LTE Band 8 + Wi-Fi 2.4GHz 1.68 W/kg
Limb SAR (0mm) LTE Band 1 + Wi-Fi 2.4GHz 3.17 W/kg
During use, the actual SAR values for this device are usually well
below the values stated above. This is because, for purposes of
system eciency and to minimize interference on the network,
the operang power of your mobile device is automacally
decreased when full power is not needed for the call. The lower
the power output of the device, the lower its SAR value.
Body-worn SAR tesng has been carried out at a separaon
distance of 5 mm. To meet RF exposure guidelines during body-
worn operaon, the device should be posioned at least this
distance away from the body. If you are not using an approved
accessory ensure that whatever product is used is free of any
metal and that it posions the phone the indicated distance
away from the body.
The World Health Organizaon has stated that present
scienc informaon does not indicate the need for any special
precauons for the use of mobile devices. They recommend that
if you are interested in further reducing your exposure then you
can easily do so by liming your usage or keep the device away
from the head and body.
For more informaon you can go to tcl.com
Addional informaon about electromagnec elds and public health
are available on the following site: hp://www.who.int/peh-emf
This device is equipped with a built-in antenna. For opmal
operaon, you should avoid touching it or degrading it.
