WICHTIGE SICHERHEITSVORSCHRIFTEN
Lesen Sie aufmerksam die Gebrauchsanleitung, bevor Sie Ihr Gerät benutzen, und befolgen Sie

weder zum Reinigen, noch zu einem anderen Zweck. Geben Sie niemals ein Teil Ihres
Gerätes in die Spülmaschine.
Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht in der Nähe einer Wärmequelle.
Entfernen Sie den Stecker aus der Steckdose, bevor Sie das Gerät reinigen.
Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht im Freien und bewahren Sie es an einem trockenen Platz auf.
Benutzen Sie nur Zubehör, welches vom Lieferanten empfohlen wurde. Anderes Zubehör

Ziehen Sie niemals an der Anschlussleitung, um das Gerät zu bewegen. Achten Sie darauf,

die verschiedenen Teile des Gerätes montieren, auseinandernehmen oder reinigen.
Nehmen Sie die diversen Teile erst auseinander, bevor Sie sie reinigen.
Kochen Sie in diesem Gerät nur Hühnereier.
Achten Sie darauf, dass die Anschlussleitung nicht mit den heißen Teilen des Gerätes in
Kontakt kommt. Berühren Sie nicht die warmen Teile des Gerätes, sondern benutzen Sie
die Plastikgriffe. Tragen Sie Ofenhandschuhe. Achten Sie darauf, dass das Heizelement
nicht mit anderen Gegenständen in Berührung kommt.
Vor Gebrauch den Wasserstand im Wasserbehälter überprüfen. Das Wasser ist zum
eigentlichen Kochen notwendig. Ziehen Sie den Stecker aus der Steckdose, bevor Sie den
Wasserbehälter füllen. Füllen Sie den Behälter nicht über die Maximummarkierung.
Verletzen Sie sich nicht an der mitgelieferten spitzen Nadel, die sich im Boden des
Messbechers befindet und mit der Sie vor dem Kochen in das Ei stechen können. Die
Nadel sollte immer sauber sein, da sie in direktem Kontakt ist mit Nahrungsmitteln.
Bei Gebrauch niemals das Gerät umstellen.

Je nach Mineralgehalt Ihres Leitungswassers, kann sich die Eierschale beim Kochen
geringfügig entfärben. Dies beeinträchtigt weder den Geschmack noch die Qualität des
Eis.
BENUTZUNG DES EIERKOCHERS
Nehmen Sie den Eierkocher aus dem Karton, spülen Sie das Kochpfännchen mit einem
feuchten Tuch.
Stellen Sie das Gehäuse auf eine ebene Fläche.
Entscheiden Sie, wieviel Eier Sie kochen wollen und füllen Sie mit dem Messbecher kaltes
Wasser in das Kochpfännchen.
Stellen Sie die Eierschale auf das Kochpfännchen.
Stechen Sie die Eier an ihrem breiten Ende mit Hilfe des Pieksers, der sich an der Unterseite
des Messbechers befindet an, damit sie beim Kochen nicht aufplatzen. Stellen Sie die Eier
nun mit dem gestochenen Loch nach oben in die Eierschale.
Der Piekser zum Anstechen der Eier ist scharf, seien Sie vorsichtig.
Setzen Sie den Deckel auf das Gerät und schließen Sie es an 230V Wechselstrom an.
Drücken Sie auf den Schalter. Die Kontrollleuchte wird aufleuchten um anzudeuten, dass
das Gerät aufheizt.
Um Verbrennungen zu vermeiden, sollten Sie während des Kochvorganges die Hände von
der Dampfaustrittsöffnung im Deckel fernhalten.
Wenn die Eier fertig sind, ertönt ein Signal und erlischt die Kontrollleuchte. Um den Tonsignal
zu stoppen, schalten Sie das Gerät mit Hilfe des Schalters aus.
Nehmen Sie die Eierschale aus dem Gerät und spülen Sie die Eier mit kaltem Wasser oder
lassen Sie sie langsam abkühlen.
Bei mehrfachem Gebrauch muss das Gerät zwischendurch abkühlen.

ZEITTABELLE
Auf dem Messbecher sind 3 verschiedene Wasserskalen eingezeichnet:
SOFT/WEICH/MOLLET – MEDIUM/MITTEL/MEDIUM – HARD/HART/DUR.
Für jede Wasserskala gibt es 7 Anzeigen.

Um 2 Eier zu kochen, füllen Sie den Messbecher bis zur Anzeige 2 usw. Dies gilt allen
obengenannten Funktionen.
BENUTZUNG UND PFLEGE
Das Gerät sollte erst gereinigt und weggeräumt werden, nachdem es vollständig
abgekühlt ist.
Füllen Sie, um Kalkrückstände aus dem Behälter zu entfernen, einen Teelöffel Essig und 1
Messbecher Wasser ein und lassen Sie beide 10 Minuten mit offenem Deckel kochen.
Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker und lassen Sie das Gerät abkühlen bevor Sie die Essiglösung
weggießen. Spülen Sie danach das Gerät gut ab.
Wischen Sie das Gehäuse und die Antihaft-Oberfläche des Kochpfännchens mit
einem feuchten Tuch ab. Benutzen Sie keine Scheuermittel.
Wenn Sie das Gerät wegräumen, wickeln Sie die Anschlussleitung auf die dafür
vorgesehene Spule auf der Unterseite des Gerätes.

Zum Schutz unserer Umwelt und unserer Gesundheit sind Elektro- und Elektronik-Altgeräte nach
bestimmten Regeln zu entsorgen. Dies fordert den Einsatz sowohl des Herstellers bzw.
Lieferanten als auch des Verbrauchers.
Aus diesem Grund darf dieses Gerät, wie das Symbol auf dem Typenschild bzw. auf der
Verpackung zeigt, nicht in den unsortierten Restmüll gegeben werden. Der Verbraucher hat
das Recht, dieses Gerät über kommunale Sammelstellen zu entsorgen; von dort aus wird die

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
Please read these instructions carefully before using the appliance, and always follow the
safety and operating instructions.
Important: People (including children) who are not able to use the appliance in a safe way,
due to their physical, sensorial or mental capacity or their lack of experience or knowledge,
must never use the appliance except if they are supervised by a person responsible for their
safety or if they previously received instructions concerning the safe use of the appliance.
Close supervision is necessary to prevent children from using the appliance as a toy.
Check that your mains voltage corresponds to that stated on the appliance.
Never leave the appliance unsupervised when in use.
From time to time check the appliance for damages. Never use the appliance if cord or
appliance shows any signs of damage. In that case, repairs should be made by a
competent qualified electrician(*). Should the cord be damaged, it must be replaced by a
competent qualified service(*).
Only use the appliance for domestic purposes and in the way indicated in these
instructions.
Never immerse the motor base of your appliance in water or any other liquid for any
reason whatsoever. Never place any piece of your appliance into the dishwasher.
Never use the appliance near hot surfaces.
Before cleaning, always unplug the appliance from the power supply.
Never use the appliance outside and always place it in a dry environment.
Never use accessories that are not recommended by the producer. They could constitute
a danger to the user and risk to damage the appliance.
Never move the appliance by pulling the cord. Make sure the cord cannot get caught in
any way. Do not wind the cord around the appliance and do not bend it.
Stand the appliance on a table or flat surface.
Unplug the appliance when not in use.
Make sure the appliance is unplugged before inserting, removing or cleaning one of the
accessories. It is absolutely necessary to remove the accessories before cleaning them.
Only cook chicken eggs and nothing else.
Make sure the cord never comes into contact with the hot parts of the appliance. Never
touch the hot parts of the appliance, make use of the plastic handles. Always use
gauntlets when handling the appliance. Make sure nothing comes into contact with the
heating element of the appliance.
Before using the appliance, always check the water level in the water tank. This water is
vital as it is used for the cooking. Before filling the water tank, always unplug the
appliance. Never spill water on the resistor and do not exceed the maximum water level
indicated in the water tank.
Be careful not to hurt yourself with the needle (situated underneath the measuring
cup) that serves for piercing the egg before cooking it, as it is very sharp. Make sure it is
always clean as it comes into direct contact with food.
Never move the appliance when it is in use.
Your appliance must never be switched on through an external timer or any kind of
separate remote control system.
(*) Competent qualified electrician: after-sales department of the producer or importer or any
person who is qualified, approved and competent to perform this kind of repairs in order to
avoid all danger. In case of need you should return the appliance to this electrician.

FIELD OF APPLICATION/OF OPERATION
•Use the appliance for domestic purposes only and in the way indicated in these
instructions.
•This appliance is intended to be used for domestic applications and similar applications
such as:
Kitchen corners reserved for personnel in shops, offices and other professional
environments.
Farms.
The use by clients of hotels, motels and other environments with a residential
character.
Environments of the “bed and breakfast” type.
IMPORTANT
•The cooking time depends on the number of eggs and their size.
•With respect to the content of mineral in the water of your region you may see a slight
decolourisation of the egg shell. This does not affect the taste or the quality of the egg.
USING THE EGG BOILER
•Take the appliance out of the gift box. Clean the boiling dish with a damp cloth.
•Put the egg boiler on an even surface.
•Choose the number of eggs that you want to cook. Use the measuring cup to fill the
boiling dish with cold water.
•Put the egg rack onto the boiling dish.
•Pierce the rounded end of the eggs with the egg piercer, which you will find on the
bottom of the measuring cup, and place the eggs onto the egg rack. Using the egg
piercer prevents the eggs from cracking during boiling.
•Please be very careful when using the egg piercer as the needle is very sharp.
•Place the lid on top of the egg boiler and connect the egg boiler to an earthed mains
socket. Please make sure that the mains socket has 230 V AC. Press the switch. The pilot
light will switch on, indicating that the appliance is heating.
•In order to avoid burns, keep away your hands from the steam vent in the lid while the
egg boiler is in use.
•When the eggs are ready, a bell will ring and the pilot light will go out indicating that the
eggs are ready. For the bell to stop ringing, switch off the appliance and unplug it.
•Remove the lid using the handle. Take the egg rack and rinse the eggs with cold water
and let them cool down.
•If you use your appliance several times, let it cool down after each use.
MEASURING THE WATER
•The measuring cup indicates three different water levels:
SOFT/WEICH/MOLLET - MEDIUM/MITTEL/MEDIUM – HARD/HART/DUR.
Each water level is divided into seven.
•If you want to cook 2 soft eggs, fill the measuring cup until the number 2 of the
“SOFT/WEICH/MOLLET” level and so on. This is valid for soft, medium and hard eggs.

SECURITY AND MAINTENANCE
•Please let the appliance cool down before cleaning and rinsing it.
•In order to take off limestone deposits of the boiling dish, you should add 1 coffee spoon
of vinegar and 1 glass of water. Then, operate the appliance for ten minutes without lid.
•Unplug the appliance and wait until it has cooled down. Pour away the liquid. Rinse the
appliance thoroughly.
•Clean the housing and the non–stick surface with a damp cloth. Never use abrasive
cleaners.
•In order to store the cord, wrap it around the cable storage, which you will find on the
bottom of the appliance.
PROTECTION OF THE ENVIRONMENT – DIRECTIVE 2002/96/EC
In order to preserve our environment and protect human health, the waste electrical and
electronic equipment should be disposed of in accordance with specific rules with the
implication of both suppliers and users. For this reason, as indicated by the symbol on the
rating label or on the packaging, your appliance should not be disposed of as unsorted
municipal waste. The user has the right to bring it to a municipal collection point performing
waste recovery by means of reuse, recycling or use for other applications in accordance with
the directive.

impérativement démonter les différentes parties avant de les nettoyer.
Ne faites cuire que des œufs de poule avec cet appareil et rien d’autre.
Veillez à ce que le cordon n’entre pas en contact avec des surfaces chaudes de
l’appareil. Vous-même, veillez à ne pas toucher les surfaces chaudes de l’appareil, utilisez
les poignées en plastique. Pour toute manipulation, faites usage de maniques. Prenez
également garde que rien ne doit rentrer en contact avec l’élément chauffant de
l’appareil.
Ne jamais utiliser l’appareil sans avoir, au préalable, vérifié le niveau d’eau du bac à eau.
Cette eau est indispensable car elle sert à la cuisson proprement dite. Lors du remplissage
de ce bac à eau, veuillez d’abord toujours débrancher l’appareil. Ne dépassez pas le
niveau Max. indiqué sur le bac à eau.
Prenez garde de ne pas vous blesser avec l’aiguille située au fond du gobelet doseur
et servant à perforer l’œuf avant sa cuisson car celle-ci est très pointue. Veillez par ailleurs
à la garder propre car elle rentre en contact direct avec la nourriture.

En fonction du contenu minéral d’eau dans votre région, vous pourriez remarquer une
légère décoloration de la coquille d’œuf. Cela n’affecte ni le goût ni la qualité de l’œuf.
COMMENT EMPLOYER VOTRE CUIT-ŒUFS
Retirez votre appareil du carton, lavez le poêlon à bouillir avec un chiffon humide et doux.
Placez la base de votre appareil sur une surface horizontale.
Choisissez le nombre d’œufs à cuire. Utilisez le gobelet doseur pour remplir d’eau froide le
poêlon à bouillir.
Placez le coquetier sur le poêlon à bouillir.
•Piquez les œufs avec l’aiguille qui se trouve au-dessous du gobelet doseur et rangez-les
sur le support. En utilisant cette aiguille vous évitez que les coquilles ne se cassent lors de la
cuisson.
Faites attention, l’aiguille pour piquer les œufs est aiguisée.
Positionnez le couvercle et branchez votre appareil sur courant alternatif 230 V. Appuyez
sur l’interrupteur. Le témoin lumineux s’allumera indiquant que l’appareil chauffe.
Afin d’éviter les brûlures, éloignez vos mains de l’orifice d’évacuation de la vapeur (qui se
trouve sur le couvercle) pendant la durée de la cuisson.
Lorsque les œufs seront prêts, une sonnerie retentira et le témoin lumineux s’éteindra. Pour
arrêter la sonnerie, éteignez l’appareil à l’aide de l’interrupteur et débranchez-le.
Retirez le couvercle à l’aide de la poignée. Prenez le coquetier et rincez les œufs à l’eau
froide ou laissez-les refroidir lentement.
Si vous utilisez votre appareil plusieurs fois, laissez-le refroidir entre les cuissons.

MESURER L’EAU
•Le gobelet doseur est marqué de 3 niveaux d’eau différents:
SOFT/WEICH/MOLLET - MEDIUM/MITTEL/MEDIUM – HARD/HART/DUR.
Chaque niveau d’eau comporte sept graduations.

Pour cuire 2 œufs, remplissez le gobelet d’eau jusqu’à la graduation 2 et ainsi de suite.
Ceci est valable pour les œufs mollets, medium ou durs.
SECURITE ET ENTRETIEN
Attendez que l’appareil soit froid avant de le nettoyer et de le rincer.
Pour enlever les dépôts de calcaire du poêlon, il faut y mettre une cuillère à café de
vinaigre et un gobelet d’eau. Cuisez pendant 10 minutes sans couvercle.
Débranchez votre appareil et attendez qu’il soit froid. Videz le mélange de vinaigre et
d’eau. Lavez ensuite abondamment pour rincer.
Essuyez le corps de l’appareil et la surface anti-adhérente avec un chiffon humide et
doux. N’utilisez pas de détergents abrasifs et durs.
Pour ranger le cordon électrique, enroulez-le dans l’emplacement prévu à cet effet sous
la base de l’appareil.

BELANGRIJKE VEILIGHEIDSVOORSCHRIFTEN
Lees de gebruiksaanwijzing aandachtig alvorens u uw toestel gebruikt, en respecteer altijd de
veiligheids- en de gebruiksvoorschriften.
Belangrijk: Personen (kinderen inbegrepen) die wegens hun fysieke, sensoriële of mentale

vooraleer ze te reinigen.
Kook met dit toestel enkel kippeneieren.
Zorg dat het snoer niet in aanraking komt met de warme onderdelen van het toestel. Let
erop dat u de warme delen van het toestel niet aanraakt. Gebruik de handgrepen tijdens
de werking. Draag ovenwanten. Zorg dat niets het verwarmingselement aanraakt tijdens
de werking.
Controleer het waterpeil in de waterbak vóór gebruik. Dit water is noodzakelijk voor het
eigenlijke koken. Trek de stekker uit het stopcontact vooraleer de waterbak te vullen.
Overschrijd het vermelde maximumpeil niet.
Pas op dat u zich niet bezeert aan de naald aan de onderkant van de maatbeker
om het ei te doorprikken vóór het koken daar deze naald zeer scherp is. Houd ze proper
vermits ze in direct contact komt met etenswaren.
Verplaats nooit het toestel als het in werking is.

Uw toestel mag nooit worden aangezet door middel van een externe timer of een
separaat systeem met afstandsbediening.

Afhankelijk van de hardheid van het leidingwater kan de schaal van de eieren tijdens het
koken enigszins verkleuren. Dit heeft verder geen invloed op de smaak of de kwaliteit van
het ei.
GEBRUIK VAN DE EIERKOKER
Haal de eierkoker uit de verpakking en maak daarna het kookpannetje schoon met een
vochtige doek.
Plaats het apparaat op een vlakke ondergrond.
Bepaal eerst hoeveel eieren u wilt koken en vul met de maatbeker koud water in het
kookpannetje.
Zet de eierschaal op het kookpannetje.
Prik met behulp van de eierprikker een gaatje in de bolle kant van het ei zodat het ei
tijdens het koken niet openbarst. De doorgeprikte bolle kant moet naar boven gericht in
de eierschaal geplaatst worden.
Wees voorzichtig met de scherpe eierprikker.
Plaats het deksel op het apparaat en steek de stekker in het stopcontact (230V). Druk op
de schakelaar. Het controlelampje zal branden om aan te duiden dat het toestel
opwarmt.
Om brandwonden tijdens het koken te voorkomen, dient u uw handen uit de buurt van
de dampuitlaatopening te houden.
Wanneer de eieren klaar zijn, luidt een belsignaal en gaat het controlelampje uit. Om het
geluidssignaal te stoppen, moet u het toestel uitschakelen en de stekker uit het
stopcontact halen.
Neem het deksel met behulp van het handvat af. Haal de eierschaal uit het toestel en
spoel de eieren onder koud stromend water of laat ze langzaam afkoelen.
Bij meervoudig gebruik moet u het apparaat tussentijds laten afkoelen.

TIJDSTABEL
Op de maatbeker zijn diverse standen aangebracht, zodat u de eieren naar keuze kunt

Om twee eieren te koken, vul de maatbeker tot stand 2 enz. Dit geldt voor de drie
bovenvermelde functies.
ONDERHOUD
Het apparaat mag pas schoongemaakt worden en daarna opgeruimd als het volledig
afgekoeld is.
Om het apparaat te ontkalken mengt u één theelepel azijn en één maatbeker water en
laat u daarna dit mengsel gedurende 10 minuten met open deksel koken.
Haal de stekker uit het stopcontact en laat het apparaat afkoelen voordat u het
azijnmengsel weggiet. Spoel daarna goed af.
De behuizing kunt u met een vochtige doek schoonmaken.
Als u het apparaat opbergt, kunt u het snoer aan de onderzijde wegbergen.
MILIEUBESCHERMING – RICHTLIJN 2002/96/EG
Om ons milieu en onze gezondheid te beschermen, moet afgedankte elektrische en
elektronische apparatuur in overeenstemming met welbepaalde regels weggegooid worden.
Dit vergt zowel de inzet van de leveranciers als van de gebruikers. Om deze reden mag uw

CONSEJOS DE SEGURIDAD
Lea detenidamente el modo de empleo antes de utilizar el aparato, y siempre siga las
medidas de seguridad y el modo de funcionamiento.
Importante: Las personas (incluidos niños) con incapacidades físicas, sensoriales o mentales, o
sin experiencia o conocimiento nunca deben utilizar el aparato, salvo si están bajo la
vigilancia de una persona responsable de su seguridad o si recibieron previamente

Procure no tocar las superficies calientes, utilice las asas de plástica. Utilice siempre

elemento calefactor.
Compruebe siempre el nivel de agua de la bandeja antes de poner el aparato en
marcha. El agua es indispensable, ya que sirve para la propia cocción. Desenchufe
previamente el aparato cuando lo rellene de agua. Procure no sobrepasar el nivel “Max”
indicado en el recipiente.
Tenga cuidado de no pincharse con la aguja prevista para perforar los huevos antes
de la cocción, es muy puntiaguda. Procure mantenerla siempre limpia, ya que está en
contacto con la comida.
No deje nunca su aparato sin vigilancia cuando esté en marcha.
Su aparato nunca debe ser puesto en marcha mediante un minutero externo o un
sistema de mando a distancia separado.

En función de la dureza del agua de su región, podría notar un ligero descolorimiento de
la parte inferior del huevo. Esto no afecta al gusto ni a la calidad del mismo.
COMO UTILIZAR SU CUECEHUEVOS
Retire el aparato y lave el recipiente con un trapo húmedo y suave.
Ponga la base del aparato en una superficie horizontal.
Escoja el numero de huevos a cocer. Utilice el vaso medidor para poner agua fría en el
recipiente.
Ponga la huevera sobre el recipiente a hervir.
Pinche los huevos con la aguja que se encuentra en la parte posterior del vaso medidor y
póngalos sobre la huevera. Utilizando esta aguja puede evitar que las cáscaras se
rompan.
La aguja para pinchar los huevos esta afilada, tenga cuidado.
Ponga la tapadera. Enchufe el aparato. No utilice más que corriente alterna 230 V.
Presione el interruptor, el testigo luminoso se encenderá indicando que el aparato está
calentando.
Para evitar quemaduras, aleje las manos del orificio para el vapor (que esta sobre la
tapadera) durante el tiempo que dure la cocción.
Cuando los huevos ya estén hechos, sonará la alarma sonora y se apagará el testigo
luminoso. Para parar la alarma, apague el aparato con el interruptor y desenchúfelo.
Quite la tapadera con el asa. Tome la huevera y pase los huevos por agua fría o déjelos
enfriar.
Si utiliza el aparato varias veces, no olvide dejarlo enfriar entre cada utilización.
MEDIR EL AGUA
EI vaso medidor esta marcado con diferentes niveles de agua:
SOFT/WEICH/MOLLET (PASADO POR AGUA) - MEDIUM/MITTEL/MEDIUM (MEDIO) -
HARD/HART/DUR (DURO).
Cada nivel de agua está separado en siete graduaciones.
Para cocer dos huevos pasados por agua, llene el vaso de agua hasta el número dos del
nivel “SOFT/WEICH/MOLLET” y así sucesivamente.
Esto sirve para los huevos pasados por agua, medios y duros.

Para eliminar los restos de cal del recipiente es necesario poner una cucharilla de café
de vinagre en un vaso de agua. Cueza 10 minutos sin la tapadera.
Desenchufe el aparato y espere a que se enfríe. Saque la mezcla de agua y vinagre.
Luego pase el recipiente por agua.
Limpie la carcasa y la superficie anti-adherente con un trapo húmedo y suave. No utilice
detergentes abrasivos.
Para recoger el cordón eléctrico, enróllelo en el emplazamiento previsto en la base del
aparato.
PROTECCIÓN DEL MEDIO AMBIENTE – DIRECTIVA 2002/96/CE
Para poder preservar nuestro medio ambiente y proteger la salud humana, los residuos
eléctricos y equipos electrónicos deberían ser destruidos de acuerdo con unas normas
especificas con la implicación de ambos proveedores y consumidores. Por esta razón, como
indica el símbolo en la placa de datos técnicos, su aparato no debería ser tirado en un
contenedor municipal sino que debería ser devuelto a la tienda, o dejado en un punto de

PARA A SUA SEGURANÇA

Verifique com regularidade o estado do aparelho e em caso de danos leve-o a um
serviço técnico competente (*) para o analisar e reparar. Se o cabo da alimentação
estiver danificado este tem de ser obrigatoriamente substituído pelo que deve levar o
aparelho a um serviço técnico competente(*).
Utilize o aparelho unicamente para os fins domésticos e de acordo com as instruções de
utilização.
Nunca mergulhe o aparelho em água ou outros líquidos seja porque razão for. Não
ponha nenhum dos acessórios do aparelho na máquina de lavar louça.
Não ponha o aparelho próximo de fontes de calor.
O aparelho para ser limpo tem de ser desligado e ter a ficha do cabo da alimentação
retirada da tomada eléctrica.
O aparelho não deve ser utilizado ao ar livre e deve ser guardado em locais secos.
Use sempre os acessórios recomendados pelo fabricante ou pelos serviços técnicos
competentes (*).
Nunca retire a ficha do cabo da alimentação da tomada eléctrica puxando pelo cabo.
Verifique se o cabo da alimentação se encontra preso em alguma coisa. Evite as quedas
do aparelho. Não enrole o cabo da alimentação à volta do aparelho e não o torça.
Coloque o aparelho numa mesa ou superfície plana e segura de forma a não permitir a
queda do aparelho.
Logo que não precise do aparelho desligue-o da tomada fornecedora da corrente
eléctrica.
Para limpar, montar ou limpar as diferentes peças que compõem o aparelho é preciso
que esteja frio e com a ficha do cabo da alimentação retirada da tomada eléctrica.
Para limpar é preciso desmontar o aparelho.
O aparelho apenas coze os ovos de galinha.
Não deixe que o cabo da alimentação toque nas partes quentes do aparelho. Não
pode tocar nessas partes do aparelho. Pegue sempre no aparelho pelo punho de
plástico e utilize luvas de cozinha. Tenha cuidado que nada entre em contacto com a
resistência do aparelho.
Verifique o nível da água no reservatório antes de utilizar o aparelho. A água é
indispensável porque serve para cozer os ovos. Retire sempre a ficha do cabo da
alimentação da tomada eléctrica antes de encher o reservatório. Não supere o nível
máximo indicado no reservatório da água.
Tenha cuidado de não ferir-se com a agulha que se encontra no fundo do copo
medida e serve para picar o ovo antes de o cozer, já que está muito bicuda. Tem de ser
sempre limpa já que está em contacto directo com os alimentos.
Mantenha o aparelho sob vigilância quando em funcionamento.

Em função do conteúdo mineral da água na sua região, poderá notar-se uma ligeira
descoloração nos ovos, isto não afecta o gosto nem a qualidade dos ovos.
COMO UTILIZAR O COZEDOR DE OVOS
Retire o aparelho da caixa e lave o interior do aparelho com um pano macio e húmido.
Coloque o aparelho numa superfície horizontal.
Utilize o copo medida para colocar a água. Use somente água fria.
Coloque o oveiro na base do aparelho.
Pique os ovos com a agulha que se encontra no fundo do copo-medida. Coloque os
ovos no suporte. Os ovos devem picar-se para evitar que as cascas se partam.
A agulha de picar os ovos è bem afiada, tenha cuidado.
Coloque a tampa e ligue a ficha do cabo da alimentação à tomada eléctrica. O
aparelho deve ser ligado somente a corrente alternativa 230V. Carregue no interruptor, o
sinalizador luminoso acender-se-á indicando que o aparelho está a aquecer.
Para evitar queimaduras, afaste as mãos do orifício de vapor (que se encontra na
tampa), durante a cozedura.
Logo que os ovos estejam prontos, una campainha tocará e o sinalizador luminoso
apagar-se-á. Para parar a campainha, desligue o aparelho com o interruptor e retire a
ficha do cabo da alimentação da tomada eléctrica.
Retire a tampa com o punho. Retire o suporte e passe os ovos por agua fria ou deixe-os
arrefecer.
Se utilizar o aparelho diversas vezes seguidas, deve deixar esfriar o aparelho entre cada
utilização.
MEDIDA DE AGUA
O copo medida tem marcados diferentes níveis de água:
SOFT/WEICH/MOLLET (ESCALFADO) - MEDIUM/MITTEL/MEDIUM (MEDIO) - HARD/HART/DUR
(COZIDO).
Cada nível de água está separado em sete graduações.
Para cozer 2 ovos escalfados, encha a medida ate à graduação 2 do nível de água
“SOFT/WEICH/MOLLET” e assim sucessivamente. Isto é valido para ovos escalfados,
médios, duros.
