Before operating on the pump make sure it is disconnected from the power supply.

This pump has been designed to work with water only.
• Non utilizzare in piscine o aree marine - Rischio di elettroschock.
Do not use in swimming pool or maritime areas - Risk of electroshock.
• Se danneggiato, sostituire il cavo con un ricambio rispondente ai requisiti.
If damaged, please replace the cable with a spare part fulfilling the requirements.

Manutenzione |Maintance
Questa pompa richiede manutenzione ordinaria. Si consiglia di pulire il serbatoio ogni 6 mesi con un detergente
antibatterico. Controllare lo stato del filtro e dei componenti interni e, se necessario, sostituirli. Prestare attenzione
a rimontare il galleggiante in posizione corretta.
This pump requires periodical maintenance. It’s recommended to clean the tank every 6 moths with an
antibacterial detergent. Check the status of both the filter and the inner components. Replace them if necessary.
Take great care while remounting the float.
Garanzia |Warranty
La garanzia di questa pompa copre tutti i danni strettamente correlati a difetti di fabbricazione. Possono
essere coperti solo la sostituzione dell’intera pompa o delle parti difettose, non il costo della manodopera.
Tutti i reclami devono essere correlati di descrizione accurata del difetto. Non si accettano reclami per
prodotti montati in modo scorretto o che non hanno subito periodiche manutenzioni come da manuale.
This guarantee covers all the damage strictly correlated to manufacturing faults. Only the replacement of the
pump or of the defective parts can be covered, not the labor cost. With all the complain, the costumer must
attach a detailed description of the defect. Complain about wrong mounted or non-maintanced product
will NOT be accepted.

Installazione |Installation
1Assicurarsi che l’impianto elettrico non sia in tensione. Make sure to cut off the power.
2Scegliere un posto adeguato dove montare la piastra di sostegno. Le viti sono incluse. Choose a suitable place to mount the mountaing plate. Screws are included.
3Ci sono due porte d’ingresso: una sopra la pompa e l’altra sul lato destro. Scegliere la porta d’ingres- so più comoda. Il diametro della porta d’ingresso è 20 mm.
There are two inlet ports for choosing, one is above the pump another is on the right of the pump.
Please choose a suitable ports for connect. The diameter of inlet port is 20 mm.
4Inserire il tubo di scarico del sistema alla porta d’ingresso della pompa, collegare anche il tubo in uscita. Non piegare il tubo. Assicurarsi che il diametro del tubo sia 6 mm.

Insert the system’s drain pipe to the pump’s inlet port, connect the outlet pipe. Don not bend the
pipe. Make sure the pipe size should be I.D. 6 mm.
5Collegare l’alimentazione elettrica. Ci sono 4 cavi elettrici, due per la corrente elettrica, due per il segnale elettrico. Collegare correttamente i cavi come indicato dallo schema.

Connect the power supply. There are 4 line for cable, two are power line, two are signal line. Connect
the 4 lines as following drawing.
6Se la pompa non funziona normalmente, il sistema si spegnerà automaticamente. If the pump can’t work normally, the system will be cut automatically. Please contact the qualified
person to maintain it.

1Assicurarsi che il galleggiante sia posizionato nel serbatoio con il magnete rivolto verso l’alto. Make sure the float is in the tank with the magnet on the upper side.
2Controllare che il filtro sia posizionato correttamente e che il coperchio sia in posizione. Make sure the filter is in the correct pisition and the lid is firmly clipped to the tank.
3Scegliere un posto adeguato per il montaggio. Il serbatoio dev’essere posto orizzontalmente. E’ opportuno fissare il serbatoio con del velcro. Accertarsi anche di un corretto fissaggio della manichetta di
ingresso.
Choose a suitable place for the pump. Make sure the water tank is in horizontal position, fixing it with some
velcro strips. Verify the correct mounting of the inlet hose.
4Fissare lo sfiato al coperchio del serbatoio.
Mount the blow pipe on the tank lid.
!!Se possibile, installare la pompa sopra il controsoffitto. If possible, mount the pump above the false ceiling.
5Se desiderato, effettuare in questo modo il montaggio antivibrazione. If required, follow this scheme for the anti-vibration assembly.

6Notare la direzione del flusso dell’acqua. Note the direction of the water flow.
7Collegare pompa e serbatoio con un tubo con DN/ID 6mm (DN/OD 9mm) e fissare con fascette. Non superare il metro e mezzo di lunghezza tra pompa e serbatoio.
Connect pump and tank with a 6mm DN/ID pipe (9mm DN/OD) and secure with cable-ties.
Pipe between pump and tank must be shorther than 1,5 meters.
8Collegare un’estremità di tubo DN/ID 6mm (DN/OD 9mm) alla pompa e portare l’altra al luogo designato per lo scarico della condensa. Evitare curve troppo accentuare.
Connect an end of a 6mm DN/ID pipe (9mm DN/OD) to the pump and fix the other one to the drain place.
Avoid restrictions.
9Se il circuito viene installato come da schema riportato, la pompa può spegnere il condizionatore nel caso di un malfunzionamento della stessa.
If the circuit is set up as the following scheme, the pump can switch off the air conditioner when any problems
occur to the draining device.
6Testare il funzionamento della pompa riempiendo manualmente il serbatoio. Verificare eventuali perdite. Test pump operation by pouring water into the tank. Verify the presence of leaks.
