The IBRUSH equipment must NOT be used for purposes other than those described in this instruction
manual.
Before starting up the equipment, make sure that all electrical and fluid connections are correct.
Before starting the equipment, make sure that the brush is inside the duct to be cleaned.
Be careful to place your IBRUSH on a smooth and stable surface.
Persons operating IBRUSH equipment must be sufficiently trained.

IBRUSH is a machine for cleaning small exhaust ducts and extraction hoods. Suitable accessories must be
provided for each duct.
It includes a 7.5 metre hose so that 15 metres of pipe can be cleaned from a single point on the pipe.
This equipment performs dry or wet cleaning, generating and applying active foam that is subsequently rinsed
with water.
To generate foam, it must be used with an IFOAM intelligent foam generator as shown in the diagram.

Steps for a correct installation of your IBRUSH:
Placement of your IBRUSH:

Place your IBRUSH on a smooth and stable surface.
The connection is made by means of the electrical connection
cable supplied with the equipment. This cable consists of a standard
connection to the mains. Connect the cable to the mains.
The IBRUSH can be used with a combination hose that enables si-
multaneous brushing and foaming/clearing functions.
The connection is made by means of a quick connector on the
flexible shaft part and another quick connector on the liquid outlet
fitting.
It can also be used with a brushing hose only, for which the process
is identical as far as the coupling to the motor is concerned.

Connection of your IBRUSH with the IFOAM COMPACT equipment:

Connect the liquid connection hose of your IFOAM to your IBRUSH
equipment.
Connect the liquid hose to your IFOAM.

The IBRUSH equipment must be used in combination with the IFOAM equipment for its operation.
This connection is made by means of the low pressure hose incorporated in the IFOAM equipment.
The connection must be made with both units switched off.

Align the brush retaining hole in the disc retaining bolt
placed in the previous assembly step.

The head of your IBRUSH is designed with the possibility of incorporating special brushes to make the work
more efficient and comfortable. These brushes are only supplied by TEINNOVA.
Fit the first retaining disc as shown in the figure.
Position the brush as shown in the figure.
Fit the second retaining disc and tighten the locking knob as shown
in the figure.

Selection of the function to be performed:
Switching on the equipment:

Switch on your IBRUSH by pressing the on/off button.
The LED strip will turn green up to the section that corresponds to
the minimum speed of the brush rotation, with intensity increases
and decreases.
The equipment is ready for use.
The equipment has 5 brush rotation speeds.
With the + button, you increase the speed, illuminating, in green,
each of the 5 sections into which the LED strip is divided, until all five
sections are illuminated, which correspond to the maximum speed
of the brush rotation.
With the - button, you reduce the speed, turning off each section of
the LED strip, until you are left with an illuminated section correspon-
ding to the minimum speed of the brush rotation.

Pressing this button activates the counter-clockwise rotation of the
brush.
The LED strip will light up progressively from right to left, going up to
the selected speed and back, remaining in continuous movement.
Pressing this button activates the clockwise rotation of the brush.
The LED strip will light up progressively from left to right, going up to
the selected speed and back, remaining in continuous movement.
Pressing the button activates the remote control, leaving the control
panel of the equipment deactivated.
The LED strip will turn blue up to the section proportional to the se-
lected rotation speed.
