Press “STORE”keyto enter intothesettingstateof storingkeys,andinput
storingnumber,thenpress thecorrespondingstoringkeyto storethenumbers.
2.2.2VoiceControl
Pressing “VOL+”toincreasethevolume, andpress “VOL-”to decrease the
volume.
2.2.3HoldFunction
It isused forholdingthecurrentlineorforwardingtootherhandset,for
example:
Whenyou usethe#1handset andwanttouse the#2in acall,nowyou need
toholdthe#1 handsetthenpickupthe#2handset.
Ifline1/2isin theconversation,pressdown “line1/2”keyor “hold”key,may
holdthecurrentconversation.
2.2.4Register handset
Thehandset registerstothebase havetwoways:Manualregistration and
automaticregistration.
Manualregistration: UnderOn-Hookstatus,pressingthe “Locate”keyonthe
baseunitforthreeseconds toenablethehandsetregistermode,andtheCharge
indicator lightflashes at thesametime;thenpress “*”keyfor threeseconds to
enablethehandsetregistermode,thenON/OFF indicator lightonthehandset,and
will givetheprompttonefor successfulregistration.
Automaticregistration:placethehandset in theplane,the “charge”instruction

lightbeginsflashat thesametime,itmeansenablethehandsetregistermode,the
“ON/OFF”instructionlightflashes atthesametime, ifthehandsetregistertothe
baseissuccessful,thenthe “charge”instructionlighton thebaseandthe “ON/OFF”
instructionlightonthehandsetwill stopflickering,andwillgivetheprompttonefor
successfulregistration.
Note:Eachbase phonecan most register 5handsets.
2.2.5Deletehandset
Keep pressingthe “FLASH”keyonthebaseunitfor threeseconds,theSpeaker
will give “beep”sound,then
Press “0”onthebaseunittodeleteall thehandset.
Press “1”onthebaseunittodeletethefirst handset.
Press “2”onthebaseunittodeletethesecondhandset.
Press “3”onthebaseunittodeletethethirdhandset.
Press “4”onthebaseunittodeletethefourthhandset.
Press “5”onthebaseunittodeletethefifthhandset.
Afterpressedthenumberkeys,Charge indicator lightwill flashes,whichmeans
thehandsetisbeingdeleted bythephone.WhenChargeindicator lightstops
flashing,itmeansthatthedeletionisfinished.
2.2.6Call forward
Choosingthe “forwardtype”of the “Advanced SipSetting”(thedefaultoptionis
“OFF”).Chooseoneof thethreetypeswhich contain always,busyandnoanswer
torealizecall forward.

1)Choosingthe EnableThreeWayCall”of “Call ServiceSetting”(thedefault
option statusof thephone),supposetheuseroftheE103IPphoneisA,andif user
BcallsuserAthroughVoIPphone,userBneedstomake3-wayconferencecall with
userAandC,thenuserAcanusethesecondlinetocall userC,thecall
auto-maintainwithuserB,duringtheconversationwithC,pressingdown “*”,then
canmake3-wayconference call.

option statusof thephone),supposetheuseroftheE103IPphoneisA,andif user
BcallsuserAthroughVoIPphone,userBneedstomake3-wayconferencecall with

other endtoLanportofthephone, phonewill obtain theIPaddress automatically,
open IE,inputtheIPaddressonAddresscolumn,thenenter intotheWeb Setting
Page.
ThemethodofobtainingthedynamicIPaddressis:
Undertheon-hookstatus,press “**47#”,thenphonewillbroadcast the
currentIPaddress.
3.1Logon
Thedefaultuser nameandpasswordareadmin/admin andguest/guest.and,
admin/adminissuperusernameandpassword,guest/guestiscommonusername
andpassword。Logoninterface isasfollows:
3.2Current state
Thispage layoutshowstheworkstateofVoIPphone.Thenetworkpartshows
theconnectionstateofWANinterfaceandLANinterfaceandthenetworksetting;
theworkstateofPublicSIPservice ofVoIPpart,andhereyou canseethe
registration andwhetherregistered totheserverornot.ThePhoneNumberpart
showsthetelephonenumbersinPrivateSIPserverandPublicSIPserver.

WANportnetworksettingpage.
SupportstaticIP,dynamicobtain IPandPPPoE.
NetTrafficTimeout: when wan portnetworkemergencefailure, thephone
cannotobtainIPaddress; thephonewill auto rebootafter thesettingtime. The
defaulttimeis2mins.
802.1xSetting: whenyou enablethe802.1x,after theauthentication
completessuccessfully,itshouldthenget IPusingDHCP.
Username: 802.1xserver usernameisvoip.
Password: thedefaultpasswordis123456.
Enable802.1x: enable802.1xauthentication.

3.3.2LANConfig
LANIP/Netmask: SettheIPandNetmaskfor theLAN
DHCPServer: EnableDHCPservice in LANport;afteruserchanged LANIP,
phonewillautomaticallymodifyDHCPLeaseTableandsavetheconfigure
accordingto IPandNetmask,DHCPserver configurewon ttakeeffectunless you
rebootthedevice.
NAT: EnableNAT.
BridgeMode:Enablethisoptiontoswitchtobridge mode.IPphonewon t
assignIPforits LANportin bridge mode andits LANandWANportwill be in the
samenetwork.(Thissettingwon’ttakeeffectunlessyousavetheconfig and
reboot thedevice)
