Our Promise
We are Happy to refund or replace any Tesco product
which falls below the standard you expect. Just ask any
member of staff. This will not affect your statutory rights.
Missing parts
If you are missing any fixtures or fittings for your product
please contact 08450 264 549* and we will be happy to
send you a replacement part free of charge.
Assembly service
If you decide that you do not wish to assemble this
product yourself, please contact our customer service
team on 08450 264 549* who will be able to help arrange
a quote for a trained assembler to come and assemble
the item for you.
Tesco furniture assembly helpline
Tesco has enlisted the help of FIRA Service Technicians,
the UK’s experts on furniture, to provide a helpline for
those hitting snags when putting their flat pack item
together. The knowledgeable and patient staff at FIRA
can help you and are available to take your call 08.00hrs
to 20.00hrs Monday to Friday on: 08455205516*
Faulty product
If you have a fault with your product please contact our
customer service team on .If you have had
the product for 28 days or less you may be offered a
replacement, refund or for a fully trained home service
technician to visit your home to assess the fault and
repair the product where possible.
If you have had the product for more than 28 days we
may send an independent home service technician to
review and repair product where possible and
recommend further action.

As part of our commitment to maintaining high standards
and responsible furniture retailing, Tesco is a Full Member
of The Furniture Ombudsman. This means that if you’re
not entirely satisfied with your purchase - and we haven’t
managed to resolve the problem - you can contact them
to look into it for you. By signing up to The Furniture
Ombudsman Code of Practice we promise to follow their
decisions - ensuring that you get a fair deal. This means
that you can buy in complete confidence when selecting
your furniture from Tesco.
You should first discuss your complaint with our Customer
Service team on so that we can try to
solve any issues. After that, if you’re still not happy you
