a. After a longer downtime of the ma-
chine you have to rinse the machine
before operating.
b. Controll drawer and insert it correctly.
Control the entry „Drawer available“
in the service menu „system test“.
c. Push outlet up to remove the grounds
drawer. Empty it and put it back after-
wards. To reset the counter auto-
matically, wait for 5 seconds before
reinserting.

• Coffee boiler has not reached set temperature
– Allow machine to heat about four minutes.
• High limit switches have tripped
– Reset the high limit switches by rmly pushing them in. You must hear a click.
• Bad heating element
– Check boiler heating
• Change hydraulic module

– Check the refrigerators temperature sensor

– Obstruction inside ow meter or water path
• Flow meter sensor does not read magnetic contacts on impeller
– Pins on electrical plug are not connected or corroded
• No water pressure on machine
– Check water pressure
• Change hydraulic module
x. Change lter • Water lter is saturated.
Dispensing of products still possible.
– Change water lter
– Reset counter
y. Piston Error • Obsturcted 24V piston motor
– Check brew chamber and shaft for contamination or obstruction
• 24V piston motor has no impulse
• 24V piston motor has no 24VDC
• Change mechanical module
z. NTC Coffeeboiler

• CPU does not read NTC probe signal
– Check for defective wiring on hydraulic module NTC probe
Note: „NTC Coffeeboiler Open” message automatically appears on the display
when the machine is on and the hydraulic module is removed.

– Perform preventative maintenance as required
– Reset counter
