CAUTION: Some items and/or the components are cumbersome and heavy. Therefore, the assistance of one or more people
is recommended in order to prevent personal injury and insure that the item and/or its components are not damaged during the
assembly process. Perform all assembly steps on a flat, soft, non-abrasive surface to avoid scratching the finish. Do not
over-tighten the screws or bolts.

Note: The carton contains the hardware & parts for two club chairs. The seat frames (A), left & right arms (B
& C), center spring rails (D), back rails (E), and front rails (F) are labeled either 1 or 2. When assembling, use all
parts labeled (1) for one chair and the parts labeled (2) for the other chair.
1. On a flat and level surface, assemble the Left Arm (B-I), Right Arm (C-I), short back rail (E-I), and long front rail (F-1) as
indicated in Figure 2. Loosely attach the four pieces using the screws (L), washers (M), and hex key (P). Do NOT
completely tighten any of the eight screws or install the PVC screw covers (N) at this time since some minor adjustment may
be necessary in Step 2.
Repeat Step 1 for the other club chair using the parts labeled B-2, C-2, E-2, and F-2.

2. Insert the center spring rail (D-I) into the brackets on the inside of each arm (B-1 & C-1) and loosely attach using the screws
(G) and washers (M). Do NOT tighten any of the screws until all four have been started. Make sure all four legs are evenly
contacting the surface on which the chair is sitting and then securely tighten each of the four screws using the hex wrench-1
(Q). Then, securely tighten the eight screws from Step 1 with the hex key (P) and install the PVC screw covers (N) as
shown in Figure 2. Be careful not to over tighten the any of the screws.
Repeat Step 2 for the second chair using center spring rail (D-2).
Note: Make sure the center spring rails (D) are inserted as indicated
in Figure 3. Insert the end labeled “a” into the arm bracket
labeled “a” and the end labeled “b” into the arm bracket labeled “b”.

3. Align the holes in the “U” bar, located underneath the seat frame (A-1), with the holes in the metal spring plates of the center
spring rail (D-1) of chair frame-1. Attach the seat frame (A-1) using the screws (H), metal plates (J), spring washers (I), and
nuts (K) as indicated. When attaching each seat frame, insert and start all four screws and nuts before completely tightening.
Once all four have been inserted, tighten each screw and nut using the hex wrench-1 (Q) and hex wrench-2 (R). After
securely tightening each of the screws, install the PVC hex head screw covers (O). See Figure 4.
Repeat Step 3 for the other chair using
seat frame (A-2).

4. Place the seat cushion (S), back cushion (T), and pillow (U) on each chair as indicated in Figure 1 on Page 1. Secure the
seat cushions to the chair frames using the attached straps with hook & loop fasteners. Note: The straps are not centered top
to bottom on the seat cushions, but instead sewn in the bottom half of the seat cushions. Place the seat cushions on the seat
frames with the straps towards the bottom.

Nota: la caja de cartón contiene los herrajes y piezas para dos sillas mecedoras. Los marcos de asiento (A), los
brazos izquierdo y derecho (B y C), las barras de resorte central (D), las barras posteriores (E) y las barras
delanteras (F) están marcadas ya sea con 1 o con 2. Al momento de armar la silla, use todas las piezas marcadas
con (1) para una silla, y las piezas marcadas con (2) para la otra.
1. Coloque las piezas sobre una superficie plana y nivelada, y arme el brazo izquierdo (B-1), el brazo derecho (C-1), la barra
posterior corta (E-1) y la barra delantera larga (F-1) como se indica en la Figura 2. Use la llave hexagonal (H) para fijar las
cuatro piezas con los tornillos (L) y las arandelas (M), sin apretarlos completamente. NO apriete ninguno de los ocho
tornillos completamente ni instale las tapas de PVC de los tornillos (N) en este momento, ya que es posible que deba hacer
ajustes durante el Paso 2.
Repita el proceso del Paso 1 para las otras sillas mecedoras, usando las piezas marcadas B-2, C-2, E-2, y F-2.

2. Meta la barra de resorte central (D-1) en los soportes de la parte interior de cada brazo (B-1 y C-1) y fíjela con los tornillos (G)
y las arandelas (M), sin apretarlos por completo. NO apriete ningún tornillo antes de que haya introducido todos los cuatro
tornillos. Verifique que las cuatro patas hagan un contacto uniforme con la superficie donde reposen y luego apriete bien los
cuatro tornillos con la llave de boca fija 1 (Q). Luego, apriete bien los ocho tornillos del Paso 1 con la llave hexagonal (P) e
instale las tapas de PVC para tornillos (N), como se ilustra en la Figura 2. No apriete demasiado ningún tornillo.
Repita el proceso del Paso 2 para la segunda silla, usando la barra de resorte central (D-2).
Nota: Cerciórese de insertar las barras de resorte delanteras (D) como se indica
en la Figura 3. Meta el extremo marcado con "a" en el soporte del brazo marcado
con "a", y el extremo marcado con "b" en el soporte del brazo marcado con "b".

3. Alinee los agujeros en la barra en "U" del marco del asiento (A-1) con los agujeros de las placas metálicas de resorte de la
barra de resorte central (D-1). Fije el marco del asiento (A-1) con los tornillos (H), las placas de metal (J), las arandelas de
resorte (I) y las tuercas (K), como se indica. Para hacerlo con cada marco del asiento, introduzca y enrosque los cuatro
tornillos en los orificios, y colóqueles las tuercas, antes de apretarlos por completo. Una vez introducidos los cuatro
tornillos, apriete bien cada uno de ellos y su tuerca con la llave de boca fija 1 (Q) y la llave de boca fija 2 (R). Después de
apretar bien todos los tornillos, instale las tapas de PVC para tornillos hexagonales (O). Vea la Figura 4.
Repita el proceso del Paso 3 para la otra silla usando los marcos de asiento A-2.

1. 4. Coloque el cojín del asiento (S), el cojín del respaldar (T) y la almohada (U) en cada silla, como se ilustra en la Figura 1 de
la Página 1. Fije el cojín del asiento al marco de la silla con las tiras de gancho y bucle suministradas. Nota: Las tiras de los
cojines del asiento no están centradas verticalmente; más bien, están cosidas en la mitad inferior de los cojines del asiento.
Coloque los cojines del asiento sobre su marco, con las tiras orientadas hacia la parte inferior.
