Parts and Hardware List

1. Place the base (F) upside down on a flat, soft, non-abrasive surface. Use the hex wrench (E) to
remove 1/4” screws (I), 1/4” spring washers (H), the counter block weight (G). See Figure I.

2. Connect the stem (A) to the base (F) by using: 5/16” plain washer (C), 5/16” screw (D), hex
wrench (E). Connect the hand wheel (B) to the stem (A). See Figure 2.
3. Connect the counter block weight (G) to the base (F) by using: 1/4” spring washers (H), 1/4” screws (I), hex
wrench (E). Do NOT tighten the screws until all four have been inserted. Once all four screws have been
inserted, securely tighten each of the screws using the hex wrench (E). After all four screws have been
securely tightened; install the screw covers (J). See Figure 3.
