1.1 Preliminary steps
Please read the Infant Sling
manual prior to installing this
anchor strap.
First guide the
unfastened anchor strap through
that are at the bottom
towards the front, re-fasten the
anchor strap and
pull it very tight.
When viewed from the
inside of the trailer,
the anchor strap and
front of the vertical frame
tubes.
Place the Infant Sling inside the
trailer as shown in the above picture.

Start with the strap that is closest
to the trailer side at the front of the
Infant Sling.
Thread it down in front of the tel-
escopic tube.
at the bottom – the anchor strap is
pulled through this as well. Now once
again, in front of the telescopic tube,
pull it upwards again.
Thread the end of the strap as shown
in the above illustration through the fas-
tener in the Infant Sling and gently pull
the strap tight.
The easiest way of getting the strap
tight is by pulling the end of the strap
downwards below the seat.

Then thread the second Infant Sling
front strap in front of the telescopic
tube, around the anchor strap and
again back up in front of the tel-
escopic tube.
Thread the end of the strap as shown
in the above illustration through the fas-
tener in the Infant Sling and gently pull
the strap tight.

Next, the straps at the top of the Infant Sling are attached.
Take the rear/top end of the Infant Sling
strap that is closest to the side of the
trailer and wrap it around the vertical
frame tube at the side and pull it forward
again over the horizontal seat tube.
Thread the end of the strap as shown
in illustration A through the fastener in
the Infant Sling and gently pull the strap
tight.
At the centre of the trailer seat back rest,
there are two extra straps available to
secure the Infant Sling at the top. Feed
the closest extra strap through the top
Infant Sling buckle and tighten as in Il-
lustration A.
Finally, connect the side release buckles
on the underside of the Infant Sling with
the buckles on the lap belt of the side
chosen. Pull the lap belt ends equally
tight, so that the Infant Sling does not tip
to one side.
1.3 Centre-positioning
Start by securing the straps at the front end of the Infant Sling.
Thread both straps as shown above
down in front of the telescopic tube.
Lay the belts around the anchor strap
and pull them back up also in front of the
telescopic tube.
Thread the end of the strap as shown in
the above illustration through the fastener
in the Infant Sling and gently pull the strap
tight.

In the centre of the trailer seat backrest,
there are two extra straps for further
securing of the Infant Sling top end. Pull
both straps as in
Illustration A through the two fasteners at
the top of the Infant Sling and pull them
tight.
Finally, connect the side release buckles
on the underside of the Infant Sling with
the buckles on the lap belt of the side
chosen. Pull the lap belt ends equally tight,
so that the Infant Sling does not tip to one
side.
Finally pull all fastening straps tight.
On the Corsaire and Captain models it is important to ensure that the Infant Sling is
set high enough and under enough tension, so that neither the baby’s bottom nor its
back will come into contact with the trailer seat as a result of jolts during travel. Once
all straps have been pulled tight, the front padding should sit more or less horizontal
over the telescopic tube.
Please note: Make sure you check all belt buckles are tight!

1.0 Zur Befestigung des Babysitzes in den Modellen Corsaire XL und
Captain XL
Vor der Montage des Spanngurtes
lesen Sie bitte unbedingt auch
die Bedienungsanleitung für den
Babysitz.
1.1 Vorbereitende Schritte
Ziehen Sie den Spanngurt durch
die seitlichen Laschen vorne
unten und ziehen Sie ihn sehr
stramm. Gurt und Laschen
sollten von innen
gesehen vor den
senkrechten Rahmenrohren
liegen. Legen Sie den Babysitz entspre-
chend obiger Darstellung in das
Fahrzeug.

Beginnen Sie mit dem nach außen
weisenden Gurt vorn am Babysitz.
Führen Sie ihn vor der Teleskop-
stange nach unten.
Fädeln Sie den Gurt durch die
Lasche unten, durch die auch der
Spanngurt gezogen wurde.
Ziehen Sie ihn ebenfalls vor der
Teleskopstange wieder nach oben.
Schlaufen Sie das Ende des Gurtes
entsprechend obiger Darstellung in die
Klemmschnalle des Babysitzes ein und
ziehen Sie den Gurt leicht stramm.
Das Strammziehen gelingt am
besten, wenn Sie unterhalb des
Sitzes das Gurtende nach unten
ziehen.
Ansicht von innen, Sitz zur
Demonstration hochgeklappt.
Führen Sie anschließend den zur
Mitte weisenden Gurt vorn am Ba-
bysitz vor der Teleskopstange
nach unten, um den Spanngurt
herum und ebenfalls vor der Tel-
eskopstange zurück nach oben.
Schlaufen Sie das Ende des Gurtes
entsprechend obiger Darstellung
in die Klemmschnalle des Babysitzes
ein und ziehen Sie den Gurt leicht an.

Anschließend werden die Gurte am hinteren Ende des Babysitzes befestigt:
Legen Sie zunächst das Gurtband an der
zur Fahrzeugaußenseite weisenden Seite
des Babysitzes um das seitliche senkre-
chte Rahmenrohr und ziehen es über das
horizontale Querrohr wieder
nach vorn. Schlaufen Sie das Ende des
Gurtes entsprechend Abbildung A auf der
vorherigen Seite in die Klemmschnalle
des Babysitzes ein und ziehen Sie den
Gurt stramm.
In der Mitte der Rückenlehne des
Fahrzeugsitzes sind für jede Seite Gurte
zur weiteren Befestigung des Babysitzes
vorgesehen.
Ziehen Sie den zur gewählten Seite
weisenden Gurt entsprechend Abbildung
A durch die Klemmschnalle am Babysitz
und ziehen ihn stramm.
Verbinden Sie die Steckverschlüsse
auf der Unterseite des Babysitzes
mit den Steckverschlüssen des zur
gewählten Seite gehörenden Becken-
gurtes. Ziehen Sie die Beckengurtenden
gleichmäßig stramm, so dass der Ba-
bysitz nicht zur Seite kippt.
1.3 Mittige Positionierung
Beginnen Sie mit der Befestigung der Gurte am vorderen Ende des Babysitzes.
Führen Sie beide Gurte wie oben
gezeigt vor der Teleskopstange nach
unten.
Legen Sie die Gurte um den Spanngurt
herum und ziehen sie ebenfalls vor der
Teleskopstange zurück nach oben.
Schlaufen Sie das Ende der Gurte
entsprechend obiger Darstellung in
die Klemmschnalle des Babysitzes
ein und ziehen Sie die Gurte leicht
an.

In der Mitte der Rückenlehne des
Fahrzeugsitzes sind zwei Gurte zur
weiteren Befestigung des Babysitzes
vorgesehen. Ziehen Sie beide Gurte ent-
sprechend Abbildung A durch die beiden
Klemmschnallen am hinteren Ende des
Babysitzes und ziehen sie stramm.
Verbinden Sie die Steckverschlüsse auf der
Unterseite des Babysitzes mit den Steckver-
schlüssen des zur gewählten Seite gehörenden
Beckengurtes. Ziehen Sie die Beckengurtenden
gleichmäßig stramm, so dass der Babysitz nicht
zur Seite kippt.
Ziehen Sie abschließend alle Befestigungsgurte stramm an.
Bei den Modellen Corsaire XL und Captain XL ist es wichtig darauf zu achten, dass
der Babysitz ausreichend hoch und stramm gespannt ist, so dass das Baby auch bei
Fahrbahnstößen nicht mit Gesäß oder Rücken den Fahrzeugsitz berühren kann.
Nach dem Spannen aller Gurte sollte das vordere Begrenzungspolster etwa senkre-
cht über der Teleskopstange liegen.
Achtung: Prüfen Sie unbedingt den festen Halt aller Gurtschnallen!
