INTRODUCTION
An Operator's Manual, Service Manual, and Parts Catalog are made available by Tigercat to assist the dealer,
customer, and operator in becoming familiar with the features of the T234B Track Loader.
SERIAL NUMBERS:
T234B Track Loader 234T7001–234T8000
The T234B Track Loader is designed for log processing, sorting, log transferring and loading.
The Operator's Manual provides the operator with techniques for proper and safe operation of the T234B Track
Loader. There is also important information regarding the safe operation of the attachment (if equipped). The Service
Manual contains safety and servicing procedures and a preventive maintenance schedule to ensure optimum
machine performance.
Section 1 in both the Operator's Manual and the Service Manual contains safety information that must be followed.
Throughout the rest of the manuals, DANGER, WARNING, and CAUTION notices are displayed where necessary,
drawing attention to possible hazards when performing certain procedures.
Read and understand the information contained in this manual, and all attachment and accessory manuals associated
with this machine, prior to starting, operating, or performing maintenance on the machine for the rst time.
This manual uses the International System of Units (SI) and United States customary units. Each measurement is
given in SI units rst, with the US customary units following in parentheses ( ).
Replace the Operator's Manual immediately if lost, damaged, or unreadable. This manual is an important part of the
machine and should remain with the machine if sold.
Only trained personnel are allowed to operate or work on the machine. Follow all jobsite organization rules when
operating the machine in coordination with other machines, vehicles, and people on the jobsite.
