ねじの締め付け以外は使わない
本製品は、ボルトの締付用トルクレンチ
です。

ねじの戻しは使わない。
ねじの戻しには、過大なトルクが加わり
トルクレンチの破損に伴い事故やけがの
原因になります。
2Don't use this wrench for loosening.
Excessive torque may be applied while
loosening, which will cause damage to
the torque driver and could result in an
accident or injury.
握り部に、油・グリス……等が付着して
いないこと。
締め付け中に手が滑り事故やけがの原因
になます。
3Make sure there is no oil, or grease on
the grip.
A slip of the hand while tightening, may
cause an accident or injury.
亀裂・傷・錆が発生していないか確認す
る。
破損が生じ事故やけがの原因になりま
す。点検・修理を受けて下さい。
4Check for cracks, scratches and rust.
These will cause damage to the wrench
and may result in an injury. If such
conditions exist, have a functional test
performed and repair if necessary.
ラチェット切替レバーを確実に切り替え
る。（CLE2 ＋ QH）
ラチェット切替レバーが中途半端だと、
ラチェット破損により事故やけがの原因
になります。
5Make sure when moving the ratchet
lever that it is in its correct position,
(CLE2+QH type)
If the ratchet lever is only moved half way,
the ratchet will be damaged, and that will
cause an accident or injury.
高所での締め付け作業では、落下防止の
処置をする。
トルクレンチやソケットを落下させる
と、重大な事故やけがの原因になります。
6When you use this wrench in a high
location, prepare to prevent dropping
the wrench.
If you drop the torque wrench or socket, that
may cause a serious accident or injury.
エキステンションハンドルは、確実に取
り付ける。
接続が不完全だと落下し、重大な事故や
けがの原因になります。

Securely connect the extension handle.
If it is loose, it may drop causing a
serious accident or injury.
パイプなどを用いてハンドル部を長くし
て使用しない。
トルクレンチの破損や精度異常の原因と
なります。（図 1）
8Don't use a pipe to extend handle.
This will cause damage to the torque
wrench and create an accuracy error.

トルクレンチに手力を加えるときは、弾
みをつけたり、体重をかけたり足で踏み
付けない。
破損やボルトからの外れで、事故やけが
の原因になります。
1Don't apply momentum with your own
weight or use a jerking motion, when
you pull the torque wrench.
This will damage the torque wrench and
may cause the wrench to come off of the
bolt. Resulting in an accident or injury.
最大トルク以上で使用しない。
破損になる事故やけがの原因になりま
す。
2Don't use the torque wrench beyond
the maximum torque setting.
This will cause damage or injury.
角ドライブのサイズをアダプタ等を使って
小さくして使わない。（CLE2＋QH・DH）
強度不足が生じ、破損により事故やけが
の原因になります。
3Don't make the square drive smaller by
using an adapter. (CLE2+QH・DH type)
This will create insufficient strength and
cause an accident or injury.
トルクレンチにピンの抜けや目盛板が無
い等、欠品があるものは使用しない。
お買い求めの販売店、又は弊社に問い合
わせ必ず点検や修理をうけてください。
4Don't use the torque wrench if it is
missing a pin or scale plate, etc.
Ask a repair shop or our company to
inspect the torque wrench and repair it
before using.
トルクレンチの改造はしない。
改造により強度不足や精度異常が生じ、
事故やけがの原因になります。
5Don't modify the torque wrench.
Modifications will weaken the torque
wrench. This may cause errors in
accuracy, as well as, cause an accident
or injury.
トルクレンチを落下させたり、強い衝撃
を与えたりしない。
破損や変形を生じ、精度の劣化や耐久性
が低下し、事故やけがの原因になります。
6Don't drop the torque wrench or apply
a strong shock or jolt.
This will cause damage or deformation
as well as decrease the accuracy and
durability, which may cause an accident
or injury.
大型のトルクレンチを持って向きを変え
る時は、周囲に気をつける。
事故やけがの原因になります。
7Be aware of your surroundings when
handling a large capacity torque
wrench.
Turning or walking while holding a large
torque wrench may cause accident or
injury, if the user is not alert.
トルクレンチの修理部品は東日の指定部
品以外使用しない。
トルクレンチの修理をする場合は、お買
い求めの販売店、又は弊社に問い合わせ、
必ず東日指定部品を使用して下さい。
9Use only parts designated by Tohnich
for repair of the torque wrench.
Ask the place of purchase or our
company for assistance when you repair,
and use only Tohnichi parts.
トルクレンチを立てて置かない。
トルクレンチが倒れたり、落ちたりする
ことで事故やけがの原因になります。
8Don't stand the torque wrench on end.
If may fall or drop, and cause an accident
or injury.

3使用上の注意 Precautions for use
使用前に必ずトルクセットをする。
出荷時は最低目盛りとなっています。
1make sure the torque wrench is set
correctly before using.
The torque is set on the minimum scale
for shipment.
目盛りは最小目盛りより下げないで下さ
い。
2Do not set torque below minimum
scale torque.
トルク目盛範囲以外で使用しないで下さ
い。
3Use the wrench within the scale range.
トルク単位を間違えないよう確認する。
トルク単位を確認してから使用して下さ
い。
4Confirm that the torque is set according
to the correct unit of measure before
using.
トルクレンチは水中や海中で使用しな
い。
内部構造に劣化が生じ、事故やけがの原
因になります。もしトルクレンチを水中
や海中に落としてしまったら、点検や修
理を受けて下さい。
5Don't use torque wrench in fresh
water or sea water.
The inside mechanism will go bad and
cause an accident or injury. If you drop in
water or sea water, get it checked out or
repaired.
ソケットまたは交換ヘッドは、ボルトの
六角対辺に合ったものを使う。
ソケットとボルトの六角対辺が合わない
ものを使用すると、事故やけがの原因に
なります。
6Use the correct socket that fits the hex
size of the bolts, you are using.
If you use an incorrect socket, this may
cause an accident or injury.
有効長線上を握ってトルクをかける。
有効線上を握らないと正しいトルク値が
得られません。（図 2）
7Measurement precision is affected by
the grip position.
A mark is provided on the handle surface
to indicate the effective length. (Fig.2)

ない。

Do not use without the extension handle.
Unless operator grips an effective length
line on the handle, the proper
torque value is not acquired. (Fig.3)

「カチン」音がしたら締め付けをやめる。
更に加えるとオーバートルクとなりま
す。
9Stop tightening when you feel a click.
Applying more torque beyond the click
will lead to over torquing.

に手やひじ等をぶつけない。
トルクレンチを使用する際、周りのもの
に手やひじ等をぶつけないように注意し
て下さい。

Make sure there is enough clearance
for your hand and elbow before using
to prevent injury.
トルクレンチをハンマーや、てこの代わ
りに使用しない。
変形すると作動不良を起こし、精度に悪
影響を及ぼします。

Don't use the torque wrench as a
hammer.
If there's a deformation on the beam, an
operation failure could result and cause
a decrease in the accuracy of the torque
wrench.
点検及び校正をする。
トルクレンチは計測器です。日常点検や
定期校正をして下さい。

Perform regular inspections for
function and accuracy.
Periodical inspections are essential to
insure the torque wrench is in optimal
condition thus preventing injury.
力の方向
力の方向はトルクレンチに直角に（許容
±15°）（図4）
上下左右とも±15°以内にする。

Loading direction.
The loading direction must be a right
angles to the torque wrench (tolerance:
±15°) (Fig.4). This tolerance applies to
both horizontal and vertical deviation.
使用後は、ゴミ・ホコリ・ドロ・油・水
分等の汚れを取り除いて保管する。
汚れがついたまま保管すると、作動不良、
精度不良の原因となります。

Remove any dirt such as dust, mud,
oil and water, etc. after each use and
before storing torque wrench.
長期間使用しないときは、最低目盛りに
セットし、防錆油を塗布し、乾燥した場
所に保管する。
保管方法が悪いと、精度劣化や耐久性の
低下が早まります。

When storing the torque wrench for
a long time, apply rustproof oil, and
keep in a dry place.
If improperly stored, the accuracy and
durability will decrease rapidly.
Store the wrench with torque graduation
set to the lowest setting.

4組立・分解
Installation/Uninstallation
●CLE2 シリーズは本体とエクステンション
ハンドルが図 5 の様に分離状態にて出荷
しています。ご使用の前に分解・組立方法
①と図 6 の手順にて組み立ててください。
●CLE2 body and extension handles are
shipped out with separately as Fig.5.
Assemble them referring assembly/
disassembly methods ①and Fig.6
procedures before use.

①エキステンションハンドルの取り付け
図 6 の（a）〜（c）の順でエキステンショ
ンハンドルを取り付けてください。
①Installation of extension handle
Please install the extension handle in the
procedure of Fig.6(a)-(c)
②エキステンションハンドルの取り外し
図7のようにプッシュボタンを押しながら
エキステンションハンドルを引いて外して
ください。
②Uninstallation of extension handle as Fig.7.
Press the push button and pull the extension
handle.
プッシュボタンを押しながらエキステンシ
ョンハンドルを 差し込みます。

エキステンション ハ ンドル の 穴 に プッシュボタン
が嵌っているのを確認してください。

トルク値をセットする。
①エキステンションハンドルを外した状
態で調整ハンドルを回す。（図 8）調整
ハンドルを時計回りに回すとセットト
ルクが上昇し、反時計回りに回すと減
少します。
②セットトルク値は図 9 のように読み取り
ます。図 9 では 420N・m となります。
1Set a torque.
①Turn the adjusting handle with the
extension handle removed (Fig.8)
Turning the adjusting handle clockwise
increases the set torque, and turning
counter-clockwise reduces it.
②Setting torque value can be read as
Fig.9. It is 420N.m in Fig.9
適用交換ヘッドをトルクレンチ本体頭部
に取り付けてください（図 10）。A の穴
に B のピンを押して入れ、取り付け及び
取り外しを行ってください。
2Insert on applicable interchangeable
head into the head part of torque wrench
(Fig.10).Push Pin B in hole A to attach
and detach the head.
交換ヘッドをボルト又はナットの頭部に合
わせます。
3Apply the socket on to a bolt head or
nut.
トルクレンチを右（チューブに記載の
方向）に回して締付ける。左方向（ の
逆）に回しても「カチン」音はしません。
無理に逆ねじの締付けや、ねじの戻し
方向での使用は破損の原因となること
があります。
4Turn the torque wrench clockwise (
direction on the tube) to fasten the bolt.
When you turn it counterclockwise
(opposite direction of ), you don't
hear a "click".
The use for tightening the left hand
screw or loosening the bolt may
cause a failure.
