警告
１．ねじの締め付け以外は行わない
本製品はボルト締付け用トルクレンチです。
２．握り部に油、グリス等が付着していないこと
締め付け注に手が滑り事故や怪我の原因となることがありま
す。
３．亀裂・傷・錆が発生していないか確認する
破損による事故や怪我の原因となることがあります。
点検・修理を受けてください。
４．パイプなどを用いてハンドル部を長くして使用しない
トルクレンチの破損や精度不良の原因となります。
５．インクを充填する際には保護メガネを着用してください
インクが目に入ると危険です。万が一目に入った場合には、
水道水にて洗浄して医師の診察を受けてください。
注意
１．トルクレンチに手力を加えるときは、弾みをつけたり体重
をかけたり足で踏みつけない
破損やボルトからの外れで事故や怪我の原因となることがあ
ります。
２．定格トルク以上で使用しない
破損による事故や怪我の原因となることがあります。
３．トルクレンチにボルトの抜けや部品の脱落など、欠品のあ
るものは使用しない
お買い求めの販売店又は弊社に問い合わせ、必ず点検を受け
てください。
４．トルクレンチの改造を行わない
改造による強度不足や精度不良を生じ、事故や怪我の原因と
なることがあります。
５．トルクレンチを落下させたり、強い衝撃を与えない
精度の劣化や耐久性が低下したり、機器の変形・破損の原因
となり、事故や怪我の原因となることがあります。
６．高所での締め付け作業では工具の脱落防止策をとる
トルクレンチを落下させると、本体の破損だけでなく重大な
事故や怪我の原因となることがあります。
７．トルクレンチの修理部品は東日指定部品以外使用しない
トルクレンチの修理をする場合は、お買い求めの販売店又は
弊社に問い合わせ、必ず東日指定部品を使用してください。指
定部品以外を使用すると、精度不良や耐久性の低下、破損によ
る怪我の原因となることがあります。

toapplyforce.

使用上の注意
１．仕様上のトルク調整範囲内でご使用ください
調整範囲外ですと精度不良となったり、特に高い場合耐久性
が低下することがあります。
２．使用前に必ずトルク値を確認してください
注文時に指定トルクがある場合、御指示されたトルク値に
セットしておりますが、作業前に確認してからご使用ください。
３．トルク単位を間違わないよう確認してください
４．トルクレンチは水中や海中で使用しない
内部構造に劣化が生じ、事故や怪我の原因となることがあり
ます。
もしトルクレンチを水中や海中に落としてしまったら、点検
や修理を受けてください。
５．六角棒レンチはボルトの六角対辺寸法に合ったものを使う
合わないものを使用すると、事故や怪我の原因となることが
あります。
６．有効線上を握ってトルクを掛けてください
有効線上を握らないと正しいトルク値が得られません。
７．「カチン」音がしたら締め付けをやめてください
「カチン」音後更に力を加えるとオーバートルクとなります。
８．トルクレンチ使用時には周囲を整理整頓してください
周囲の物に手や肘をぶつけ、怪我の原因となることがありま
す。
９．トルクレンチをハンマーやテコのかわりに使用しない
ヘッドやチューブが変形すると作動不良を起こし精度に悪影
響を与えます。
１０．定期点検を必ず実施する
トルクレンチは測定器です。定期点検・日常点検により精度
の確認を行ってください。
１１．加力方向に注意する
力をかける方向はトルクレンチを直角に。上下左右とも±
１５°以内にする。
１２．使用後はゴミ・ホコリ・ドロ・油・水分等の汚れを取り
除いて保管してください
汚れがついたまま保管すると、作動不良・精度不良の原因と
なり事があります。
１３．長期間使用しない場合はトルク調整範囲の下限に設定し、
防錆油を塗布して乾燥した場所に保管してください
保管方法が悪いと精度劣化や耐久性低下の原因となることが
あります。

pleasehaveitinspectedorrepaired.
5.Pleaseselectahexwrenchwhichcorrespondstothebolt
size.
Usinganunsuitableonemaycauseaccidentorinjury.
6.Pleasegripthehandlewithintheeffective-lengthmarkto
applytherighttorque.
Ifyougripoutsidetheeffective-lengthmark,appliedtorque
maynotbeaccurate.
7.Pleasestoptighteningatthe“click”sound.
Ifyoucontinueafterthesound,excessivetorquewillbe
applied.
8.Pleasecleanupthesurroundingswhenusingthewrench.
Usingitindisorganizedconditions,youmayhitthe
surroundingsandcauseinjury.
9.Donotusethewrenchasleverorhammer.
Doingsomaydeformtheheadandtube,whichwillcause
qualitydeterioration.
10.Pleaseconductperiodiccheckonthewrench.
Torquewrenchisalsoacalibrator.Pleasemaintainaccuracy
byperiodic/dailycheck-up.
11.Applyforceincorrectdirection
Forcemustbeappliedatrightangletothetorquewrenchin
thehorizontal.Pleasekeeptheanglewithin ± 15degreesof
therightangleinalldirection.
12.Pleasewipeoffthedust,dirt,grease,water,etc,after
youruseandbeforeyoustoreit.
Storingitwithoutmaintenancemaycausequality

13.Ifthewrenchmustbestoredforalongperiodwithout
use,pleasesetthetorquevaluetotheminimum,applyrust-
proofoilandstoreitinadryplace.

特長
・設定トルクに達し、締め付け完了と同時にマーキングします。
・六角穴付ボルトとワークに「合いマーク」をつけます。
(P ９3-4-1. 作業環境 1 で御使用の場合に限ります )
・ボルトの緩みや人為的な緩め（戻し）が判ります。
・後工程だけでなく、出荷後も正しく締められたことが判りま
す。
・１回のインク補充で約３０００回のマーキングが出来ます。
・速乾性不滅インクでマークが消えません。

３．使用方法
３−１ マーカーヘッドへのインクの補充
①金属キャップを外す
マーカーヘッド上面のネジ式金属キャップをコイン又は
マイナスドライバーで回し、外して下さい。
御購入時、マーカーヘッドにはインクが補充されておりません。
インクをマーカーヘッドに充填してからご使用下さい。
最終ページの「初回インク補充時の注意点」をご覧ください。
②インクを補充する
・注射器本体に針を挿入してお使い下さい。
・針に補充液をつけて充填容量を吸い上げて
下さい。
・補充液は注射器の中に残さず使い切って下
さい。
（補充液が注射器及び針の中で乾燥すると
『目詰まり』の原因となります。）
・使用後は溶剤を注射器内に入れて補充液を
洗浄して下さい。
・溶剤は洗浄後廃棄し注射器内に残さないで
下さい。
（注射器本体や針継ぎ目の劣化の原因となり
ます。）
・使用後は必ず針にカバーキャップを取り付
けて下さい。


③金属キャップを取り付ける
マーカーヘッド上面のネジ式金属キャップをコイン又はマイナ
スドライバーで締めて下さい。
注意
・インクを充填する際には保護メガネを着用してください。
・インクを多く入れすぎた場合は、ウエスや紙で拭き取って下
さい。
・インクを衣服等に飛ばさないようにして下さい。
・インク補充の際は、付属の手袋をご使用下さい ( インクが手
に付き、汚れる場合が有ります )
・インクの補充は、必ずキャップを嵌めた状態で行って下さい。

② Refillthemarkerheadwithink
・Settheinjectionneedleonthesyringe.
・Absorbproperamountofspareinkbyasyringe.
・Useuptheinkinthesyringe.
(Inkmaydryinthesyringe,whichmaycauseclogging).
・Pleaseusesolventtocleaninsidethesyringeafter
use.
・Makesuretocleanoffthesolventsoitwillnotremain
insidethesyringe,otherwise,itmaydamagethe
syringeandtheneedle.
・Makesuretoputonacovercapontheneedleafter
use.
③ Replacethemetalscrewcap

flatheadscrewdriver.

３−２ マーカーケースにマーカーヘッドを装填する
①マーカーケースのケースキャップを外す 
②マーカーヘッドをマーカーケースに入れる
注 ) マーカーケースの中にはスプリングが入っています。
マーカーヘッドをスプリングの上に乗せ、指で軽く押すとマー
カーヘッドが上下にスライドする事を確認して下さい。
③ケースキャップを締める


３−３ マーカーケースを本体に取り付ける
①マーカーヘッドを装填したマーカーケースと本体を嵌合させ
る。
マーカーケースの平面部と本体のボタンの向きを合わせ、真っ
直ぐ置くまでマーカーケースを押込んで下さい。
②マーカーケースのケースキャップの六角部 ( 対辺２４) にス
パナがけし、キャップを締める。
注意
手締めのままですと、使用時にキャップが緩む恐れがあります。
スパナ等を使用し、締付トルク
１５N・m 程度でしっかり締付けて下さい。

② Tightenthecasecapwithaspannerwrench (W=24)
Caution)
Tighteningthecasecapbyhandforcemaynotbesufficient
andthecapmayloosenduringyouruse.Forsecuretightening,
pleaseuseaspannerwrench,etcatabout15Nm.

③マーカーキャップを外す
インクがキャップの内側に付着したままの状態でキャップを付
けた場合、マーカーキャップが取れない場合があります。キャッ
プを捩るように取り外してください。
注意
六角棒レンチの出代を購入時よりも長くして使用される場合
は、マーカーキャップを外してから本体とマーカーケースを嵌
合させて下さい。マーカーキャップと六角棒レンチが干渉し、
マーカーヘッドが破損する恐れが有ります。
３−４ 締付作業を行う
作業を長時間（３０分）以上行わない場合は、印面が乾かぬよ
うに必ずキャップを付けて下さい。
ａ．六角棒レンチの出代が購入時と同じ長さ、又は短くしてお
使いの場合にはそのままｷｬｯﾌﾟを付けて下さい。
ｂ．購入時より六角棒レンチの出代を長くしてお使いの場合
①ボタンを押し止まる所
までマーカーケースを下
に引いて下さい。
②図のようにマーカーケー
スを９０°廻し、その状態で
マーカーキャップを付けて下
さい。


3-4)Tightening
Pleasedonotleavethemarkercapopenformorethan30
minuteslesttheinkshoulddryup.Keepthecaponwhennot
inuse.
a.Incaseyouwouldliketoadjustthehexwrenchatthe
existinglengthorshorter,pleasekeepthemarkercapon.
b.Incaseyouwouldliketoadjustthehexwrenchlongerthan
theexistinglength,

３−４−１ 作業環境１
ＣＭＱＳＰは作業環境 1 で御使用の際、合いマーク（六角穴
付ボルト頭部の外周とワークの一部 ) が
付くように調整してあります。作業環境環境 1 での使用は、通
常購入した状態で可能です。
３−４−２ 作業環境２
ザグリやフランジ付きで使用する場合は、合いマークは出来ま
せん。ボルト頭部又はワークにマーキングされます。ザグリの
場合はザグリ深さに合わせ、六角棒レンチの出代を調整しお使
い下さい。
ザグリ深さによっては、六角棒レンチが特殊になる場合があり
ます。




３−５ マーカー位置の調整方法
３−５−１ 六角棒の出代調整
六角棒の調整範囲は六角棒の基準
出代寸法から縮む方向に 7 ｍｍ、
伸びる方向に１２ｍｍです。
調整工具を本体カバの調整穴に挿
し込み調整を行って下さい。
左回し ( 半時計回り ) で長くなり、
右回し ( 時計回り ) で短くなりま
す。
※基準寸法は仕様をご覧下さい

注意
調整範囲以上に六角棒レンチを長
くしますと、六角棒が抜ける恐れ
があります。調整範囲を守り、ご
使用下さい。
３−５−２ 六角棒レンチの交換方法
六角棒レンチは調整工具を左回し ( 反時計回り ) にまわし続け
ますと抜けます。
六角棒レンチを交換する際は、ラチェット底部から六角棒レン
チを挿し込み、調整工具を右回し ( 時計回り ) にまわして下さ
い。
３−６ マーカーケースを外す
①ケースキャップを緩める

注意
この時にケースキャップを緩めるのはマーカーケースを外した
後、キャップを外しやすくする為です。
キャップを軽く緩める程度にして下さい。マーカーケースを外
す際の衝撃で、キャップが外れる恐れがあります。

初回インク補充時の注意点
御購入時、マーカーヘッドにはインクが補充されておりません。
インクをマーカーヘッドに充填してからご使用下さい。
①マーカーヘッド上面のネジ式金属キャップをコイン又はマイ
ナスドライバーで回し、外して下さい。
②インクを補充する。
② -1, 注射器本体に針を挿入して下さい。
② -2, 注射器でインクを吸い上げて下さい。
充填量が充分で無い場合、印面 ( フェルト部 ) にインクが浸透
しにくい場合がございます。吸い上げ量は注射器のメモリ位置
1mL を目安にして下さい。
② -3, ネジ式金属キャップ穴からインクを補充して下さい。
③インク補充後、注射器内を溶剤で洗浄して下さい。
二回目からは、不足量だけ補充して下さい。

お読み下さい。
