締付け中に手が滑り事故やけがの原因になります。
●亀裂・傷・錆が発生していないか確認する。

を受けて下さい。
●高所での締付け作業には使用しない。
トルクレンチやソケットを落下させると、重大な事故
やけがの原因になります。
●トルクレンチにピンの抜けや欠品があるものは使
用しない。

●引っ張り方向に障害物がないことを確認する。
トルクレンチを作動する時、周りのものに手やひじ等
をぶつけ、けがの原因となります。（図 1）

●最大トルク以上で使用しない。

●角ドライブのサイズをアダプタ等を使って小さく
して使わない。
強度不足が生じ、破損して事故やけがの原因になります。
●トルクレンチの改造はしない。
改造による強度不足や精度異常が生じ、事故やけがの
原因になります。
●トルクレンチを落下させたり、強い衝撃を与えた
りしない。
破損や変形が生じ、精度の劣化や耐久性が低下し、事
故やけがの原因になります。
●トルクレンチを立てて置かない。
トルクレンチが倒れたり、落ちたりすると事故やけが
の原因になります。
●トルクレンチの修理部品は東日指定部品以外を使
用しない。
トルクレンチの修理をする場合は、お買い求めの販売
店、又は弊社に問い合わせ、必ず東日指定部品を使用し
て下さい。

●使用前に必ず設定トルクを確認して下さい。
トルク単位を間違えないように確認する。
●トルク単位を確認してから使用して下さい。
●一般のクリック式トルクレンチ（例えば QL）と
の混用に注意する。
空転式で無いトルクレンチは、締付け完了を示す「カ
チン」の後も加力するとオーバートルクになります。
空転式トルクレンチ使用後のクリック式トルクレンチ
の使用や混用には十分ご注意ください。
●トルクレンチは水中や海中で使用しない。
内部構造に劣化が生じ、事故やけがの原因になります。
もしトルクレンチを水中や海中に落としてしまったら、
点検や修理を受けて下さい。
●高所での締付け作業では、落下防止の処置をする。
トルクレンチやソケットを落下させると、重大な事故
やけがの原因になります。
● ソケットは、ボルトの六角対辺に合ったものを使う。
ソケットとボルトの六角対辺が合わないものを使用す
ると、事故やけがの原因になります。

1. 本体後部の六角穴に調整工具を差し込む。
注）調整工具は付属品では有りません。
2. 差し込んだ調整工具を回し、トルクレンチテス
タ（DOTE・TCC）で調整しトルクを合わせます。
調整工具を時計方向に回すと、トルク値が上がり、
反時計方向に回すと、トルク値が下がります。
＊プリロック機構の採用で、トルクセット後のロックは
必要ありません。

2. SetthetorquevaluebytheAdjustingtoolwith
atorquewrenchtester(DOTE,TCCmodels)
TurntheAdjustingtoolclockwisetoincrease

decreasetorquevalue.

adoptingthepre-lockmechanism.

①トルクの調整を行ってください。トルク調整の仕
方については、4 項をご参照ください。
（トルク指定されて購入された場合はトルクセット
表示値をご確認の上お使いください。）
②ソケットを角ドライブに取り付ける。
③ソケットをボルト又はナットに勘合させる。
④トルクレンチを右に回して締付けを行う。
⑤ “カチン” と音がして力が抜け（空転）したら締
付け完了です。

①カールコードを負荷回路に接続する場合、定格は
AC・DC30V、1A 以下にして下さい。
②使用中にリミットスイッチ部をぶつけないで下さ
い。強い衝撃を与えると、故障の原因になります。
③カールコードを切ったり、傷付けたりしないで下
さい。感電や故障の原因になります。
④リミットスイッチ部は開けないで下さい。中に埃
やゴミが入ると故障の原因になります。
⑤プラグ・カールコード・リミットスイッチ部の分
解、改造はしないで下さい。
⑥カールコードを強く引っ張ったり、カールコード
部でトルクレンチ本体を吊るして使用しないで下さ
い。カールコードの破損やリミットスイッチの故障
の原因となります。
⑦一度の締付で複数回作動させると、完了信号が作
動回数出力されます。CNA-4mk3 などでダブルカ
ウント防止タイマを設定して下さい。
⑧メス側のプラグは付属しておりません。お近くの
電子部品店でお求め下さい。

Ifyouaccidentallytightentwiceormorein
onetighteningoperation,completionsignals
willbeoutputaccordingtothenumberofactual
tightening.Topreventthis,pleasesetthefunction
ofdouble-countpreventiontimerusingthecount
checker(CNA-4mk3)orequivalentdevice.

・トルクレンチは計測器ですから、定期的にチェッ
クしてください。
・使用後は、ゴミ・ホコリ・ドロ・油・水分等の汚
れを取り除いて保管して下さい。
・汚れがついたまま保管すると、作動不良、精度不
良の原因となります。
・長期間使用しない場合は、防錆油を塗布し、乾燥
した場所に保管する。
・保管方法が悪いと、精度劣化や耐久性が低下する
ことがあります。
・ご使用中に異常が生じた時はお使いになるのをや
め、お買い上げの販売店に修理又は点検を依頼して
ください。
