Installatierichting
Het heeft de voorkeur om de pomp altijd in horizontale richting te houden zodat deze naar boven
pompt (zoals getoond in de afbeelding links).
Het is aanvaardbaar om de pomp in verticale richting onder het leidingwerk te monteren.
Zorg dat er altijd voldoende water naar de pomp stroomt, om luchtzakken te voorkomen.
Het wordt aanbevolen om de pomp beneden het vloeistofpeil van de tank te plaatsen.
Om de wrijvingsweerstand tot een minimum te beperken moet het leidingwerk aan de inlaat of
aanzuigzijde van de pomp zo kort mogelijk zijn met zo min mogelijk bochtstukken.
Installeer een waterontharder als je hard water gebruikt.

Reinigen
De kop en waterbehuizing van de pomp zijn volledig vervaardigd van rvs om elk risico
op besmetting te vermijden.
1. Het volstaat om de pomp regelmatig te reinigen door middel van doorspoeling met
warm water of warm water met een speciaal reinigingsmiddel.
2. Als een grondigere reiniging nodig is, kan de kop van de pomp gedemonteerd worden
door de vier schroeven te verwijderen. Daarna kun je de pomp verder openen en zo
nodig elk onderdeel reinigen.
3. Raadpleeg het bovenstaande structuurdiagram om de pomp weer te monteren.
Gevaar
• De pomp is niet zelfaanzuigend. Laat de pomp niet droog lopen.
• De pomp gaat meteen draaien als deze wordt aangesloten.
• Gebruik van de TD5 met een andere adapter kan de levensduur van de pomp verkorten.

Consignes d’installation
Il est préférable que la pompe soit maintenue en permanence dans la position horizontale et
de pomper vers le haut (comme indiqué sur l’illustration située à gauche).
Il est possible d’installer la pompe sous les tuyaux verticalement.
An d’éviter la formation de bulles d’air, veuillez vous assurer qu’il y a une quantité d’eau
adéquate dans la pompe.
Il est recommandé d’installer la pompe dans une position plus basse que le niveau du liquide
présent dans le réservoir.
An de minimiser la résistance à la friction, les tuyaux les plus courts possibles possédant
un nombre minimum de courbes doivent être utilisés sur le raccord d’entrée ou sur le côté
d’aspiration de la pompe.
Installez un adoucisseur d’eau si vous observez une eau calcaire.

Nettoyage
La tête et le bac à eau de la pompe sont fabriqués entièrement en acier inoxydable an d’éviter
tout risque de contamination.
1. Dans le cadre d’un nettoyage régulier, il vous suft tout simplement de rincer la pompe
avec de l’eau tiède ou une eau tiède contenant un agent de nettoyage spécial.
2. Pour un nettoyage intensif, la tête de la pompe peut être démontée en retirant les 4
vis. Vous pouvez maintenant l’ouvrir davantage et nettoyer chaque pièce, au besoin.
3. Pour remonter la pompe, veuillez vous référer au schéma de structure ci-dessus.
Avertissement
• Cette pompe n’est pas à amorçage automatique. Ne faites pas fonctionner la pompe à sec.
• Cette pompe commencera à fonctionner lorsqu’elle sera branchée.
• Utiliser le TD5 avec un autre adaptateur peut réduire la durée de vie de la pompe.

Installation Direction
It is preferred that the pump always remains in a horizontal direction, pumping upward (as shown
in the left illustration).
It is acceptable for the pump to be mounted under the piping in a vertical direction.
In order to avoid air bubbles, please ensure adequate water into the pump.
It is recommended to install the pump in a position lower than the liquid level of the tank.
To minimise frictional resistance, the shortest piping possible with a minimum number of bends
should be utilised on the inlet or suction side of the pump.
Install a water softener if you have hard water.

Cleaning
The head and water housing of the pump is made completely of stainless steel to avoid all risk of
contamination.
1. For regular cleaning, it is sufcient to simply ush the pump with warm water or warm
water with special cleaning agent.
2. If deep cleaning is needed, the head of the pump can be disassembled by removing
the 4 screws. You can now open it further and clean each part as needed.
3. To reassemble the pump, please refer to the Structure Diagram above.
Warning
• This pump is not self-priming. Do not run the pump dry.
• This pump will start running when plugged in.
• Using the TD5 with other adaptor may shorten the lifetime of the pump.

Einbaurichtung
Die Pumpe sollte stets in einer waagerechten Richtung bleiben, wenn nach oben gepumpt wird
(wie in der Abbildung links dargestellt).
Die Pumpe kann unter den Leitungen in einer senkrechten Richtung montiert werden.
Um Luftblasen zu vermeiden, füllen Sie ausreichend Wasser in die Pumpe.
Es wird empfohlen, die Pumpe in einer niedrigeren Position als der Flüssigkeitsstand im Tank
einzubauen.
Um den Reibewiderstand möglichst gering zu halten, sollten auf der Einlass- oder Ansaugseite der
Pumpe möglichst kurze Leitungen mit möglichst wenigen Windungen verwendet werden.
Bauen Sie einen Wasserenthärter ein, wenn Sie hartes Wasser haben.

Reinigung
Pumpenkopf und Wassergehäuse bestehen vollständig aus Edelstahl, um jede Art von Verunreini-
gungsgefahr auszuschließen.
1. Zur regelmäßigen Reinigung ist es ausreichend, die Pumpe mit warmem Wasser, dem
zusätzlich ein Spezialreiniger zugesetzt sein kann, zu spülen.
2. Ist eine gründliche Reinigung erforderlich, kann der Pumpenkopf durch Entfernen
der 4 Schrauben zerlegt werden. Er kann dann weiter zerlegt und jedes Teil nach
Bedarf gereinigt werden.
3. Für den Wiederzusammenbau der Pumpe siehe obigen Bauplan.
Warnung
• Diese Pumpe ist nicht selbstansaugend. Pumpe nicht trockenlaufen lassen.
• Diese Pumpe beginnt zu laufen, sobald der Stecker eingesteckt wird.
• Die Verwendung des TD5 mit einem anderen Adaptor kann die Lebensdauer der Pumpe
verkürzen.

Direzione di installazione
È preferibile che la pompa rimanga sempre in direzione orizzontale e che pompi verso l’alto
(come mostrato nell’illustrazione a sinistra).
È possibile anche un montaggio della pompa in direzione verticale al di sotto delle tubazioni.
Per evitare bolle d’aria, garantire un adeguato livello dell’acqua nella pompa.
Si raccomanda di installare la pompa in una posizione inferiore rispetto al livello del liquido nel
serbatoio.
Per ridurre al minimo la resistenza dell’attrito, si raccomanda di utilizzare tubi il più possibile corti
con un numero minimo di curve sul lato di ingresso o aspirazione della pompa.
Installare un addolcitore in presenza di acque dure.

Pulizia
La testa e il serbatoio dell’acqua della pompa sono realizzati interamente in acciaio inossidabile
per prevenire qualsiasi rischio di contaminazione.
1. Per la pulizia regolare, è sufciente sciacquare la pompa solo con acqua calda o con
l’aggiunta di un apposito prodotto detergente.
2. Qualora sia richiesta una pulizia più profonda, la testa della pompa può essere smon
tata rimuovendo le quattro viti. A questo punto sarà possibile aprirla ulteriormente per
pulire ogni componente se necessario.
3. Per rimontare la pompa, fare riferimento al diagramma strutturale di cui sopra.
Avviso
• Questa pompa non è autoadescante. Evitare il funzionamento della pompa a secco.
• Questa pompa inizierà a funzionare una volta collegata alla corrente.
• L’utilizzo della pompa TD5 con un adattatore diverso da quello specicato potrebbe ridurne la
durata della vita utile.
