of the Toshiba Projector (part #TLP-S10U) by an end
user customer, excludes purchases made from Best
Buy, Circuit City, CompUSA, Costco, Datavision, J&R,
Laguna, Micro Center, Office Depot, PC Club, and
Staples (“End User”). Other offers or rebates: This
rebate may be combined, and is valid in conjunction
with other Toshiba offers or rebates for the same
products. Eligible participants: To qualify for this
rebate, End User must be a legal U.S. resident 18
years of age or older. Only the actual purchaser of
