→If it is OFF, please reset it.

→The air might fell colder when the temperature is low.

Has something been placed inside the unit that could be blocking a sensor?
→If there is something in the unit, remove it.
Is the sensor dirty?
→If the sensor is not clean, wipe it with a soft damp cloth. ( See page 8)
If the problem persists after the sensor is cleaned, the sensor is malfunctioning.

Stopping 1-2 second after removing hands is normal.
Due to the location of Sensors, detection of hands is difficult in some areas,
including between Sensors and near the corners (hatched areas in the illustration).
→Align fingers and put both hands fully into drying compartment in places other
than the hatched areas in the illustration.

→若周圍的溫度太低，吹出風的溫度感覺就會比較冷。
加熱器切換按鍵是否變成「OFF」？
→若變成「OFF」的場合，請設為「ON」。( 參照P5)
是否在烘乾內部放置了異物遮住了感應器部份？
→若有異物的場合，請將異物清除。
感應器部是否有髒汚？
→若有髒汚的場合，請使用水將柔軟布浸濕後，充分的擰乾，再擦拭去除。

WARRANTY
LIMITED ONE YEAR WARRANTY
1. TOTO warrants its products to be free from manufacturing defects under normal use and
service for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty is extended
only to the ORIGINAL PURCHASER.
2. TOTO’ s obligations under this warranty are limited to repair or replacement, at TOTO’ s
option, of products or parts found to be defective, provided that such products were properly
installed and used in accordance with the INSTRUCTION MANUAL. TOTO reserves the right
to make such inspections as may be necessary in order to determine the cause of the defect.
TOTO will not charge for the labor or parts in connection with warranty repairs or replacements.
TOTO is not responsible for the cost of removal, return and/or reinstallation of products.
3. This warranty does not apply to the following items:
a) Damage or loss sustained in a natural calamity such as fire, earthquake, flood, thunder,
electrical storm, etc.
b) Damage or loss resulting from any unreasonable use, misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper
maintenance of the product.
c) Damage or loss resulting from removal, improper repair or modification of the product.
d) Damage or loss resulting from sediments or foreign matter contained in a water system.
e) Damage or loss resulting from improper installation or from installation of a unit in a harsh
and/or hazardous environment.
4. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights which may vary from
Country to Country.
5. To obtain warranty repair service under this warranty, you must take the product or deliver it
prepaid to a TOTO service facility together with a letter stating the problem, or contact with a
TOTO distributor or products service contractor, or write directly to TOTO sales office. If,
because of the size of the product or nature of the defect, the product cannot be returned to
TOTO, receipt by TOTO of written notice of the defect shall constitute delivery. In such case,
TOTO may choose to repair the product at the purchaser’ s location or pay to transport the
product to a service facility.
THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY MADE BY TOTO. REPAIR OR
REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY SHALL BE THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY
AVAILABLE TO THE PURCHASER, TOTO SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OF USE OF
THE PRODUCT OR FOR OTHER INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR
EXPENSES INCURRED BY PURCHASER, OR FOR LABOR OR OTHER COSTS DUE TO
INSTALLATION OR REMOVAL, OR COSTS OF REPAIRS BY OTHERS, OR FOR ANY OTHER
EXPENSE NOT SPECIFICALLY STATED ABOVE. EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY
APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THAT OF MERCHANTABILITY OR
FITNESS FOR USE, ARE EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS,
OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES,
SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION AND EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

保证书 保證書
一年时间的有限保证
1．TOTO 保证其产品自购买日起一年内，在正常使用和服务的情况下，无任何制造缺陷。
此保证仅适用于原装购买。
2．确认产品依照说明手册适当地安装和使用的情况下，如果发现产品的部件有缺陷，
TOTO 的义务仅限于维修和更换，具体处理由 TOTO 选择。TOTO 保留在有必要的情况下进行检查的权力，
以决定造成产品缺陷的原因。TOTO 将不会对与保证维修或更换有关的劳动和部件收取额外费用。
TOTO 将不会承担产品拆卸、返还和 / 或者重新安装的费用。
3．本保证书对下列条款不适用：
a) 由于自然灾害如火灾、地震、洪水、雷暴、电涌等造成的破坏或损失；
b) 由于对产品不合理的使用、不正确的使用、滥用、疏忽或不适当的维护造成的破坏或损失
c) 由于对产品拆卸、不适当的维修或更改造成的破坏或损失；
d) 由于供水系统中的沉积物或异物造成的破坏或损失；
e) 由于不适当地安装产品或将产品安装在恶劣的或危险的环境中造成的破坏或损失。
4. 本保证书给予您的法律权力应不同的国家而改变。
5. 为获取本保证书提供的维修服务，请您携带产品或将产品寄送至 TOTO 服务机构，
或与 TOTO 的经销商或产品服务承包商取得联系，随机请附带信件说明产品的问题；
您也可以直接致信 TOTO 销售办事处。如果由于产品的尺寸或产品缺陷的性质，无法将产品送回 TOTO，
请致信说明产品的缺陷，TOTO 将回复回执确认。在这样的情况下，TOTO 可能选择在购买者的地点修理产品，
或由 TOTO 承担运输费用，将产品送至服务机构维修。
本书面保证书是 TOTO 所作的唯一保证。保证书所保证的维修或更换服务仅对购买者有效。
TOTO 将不会对因使用造成的产品损坏以及由购买者引起的附带的、特殊的或间接的损坏或费用承担责任；
TOTO 也不承担产品的安装或拆卸引起的劳动或其他费用；TOTO 也不会承担非 TOTO 自己维修所产生的费用；
TOTO 也不会承担任何上述没有特别提到的费用。除了相关法律的明文规定以外，任何默认的保证，
包括为了提高适销性和使用性的保证，都限制于本保证书的有效期内。在有些国家，
法律规定了对于默认性的保证不允许有失效时限；或不允许将附带和间接的破坏排除在保证范围以外；
那么上述限制对您可能并不适用。
