Q1. How do I reset my extender?
A. With the extender powered on,use a pin to press and hold the Reset buttonuntil all LEDs go off.
WhenthePowerLED turnsonandtheWi-FiLED starts toblink rapidly,the resetprocess iscomplete.
Q2. How to troubleshoot if there is no Internet connection in my powerline
network?
A1.Makesure alladaptersandextendersareonthesameelectricalcircuit.
A2.MakesurethePowerlineLEDs light up on all your adapters and extenders.If they do not, pair your
adaptersandextendersagain.
A3.Makesureallhardwareconnectionsare correctlyand securely connected.
A4.CheckifyouhaveanInternetconnectionbyconnectingthecomputerdirectlytothemodemorrouter.

A2.Tryto pairit againwith another adapteror extender,andmake sure the Powerline LED ison before
moving it to a new location.
A3.Check forpossible interference,suchaswashers,air conditionersor otherhousehold appliancesthatmaybe
too close to one of the powerline adapters or extenders.
