RECOMMENDED MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS
TALL FLOWERBED MOUNTING SET ELEMENTS MADE OF THE TRAPLAST™
Universal mounting instructions for single chamber flowerbed! Model size 1200 × 660 × 530 mm (w × d × h). Regardless of the size/type of
flowerbed purchased, always use shorter decking boards

for faces and longer decking boards

for sidewalls. Validate
anumber of decking boards forming the wall of your particular flowerbed by comparing with the picture shown on www.recyklace.cz/eshop.

We recommend to assemble the Tall Flowerbed made of the Traplast™
where it will stand taking into account its total weight. The joist 5is
slightly shorter than the resulting height of the flowerbed sidewall, so
decide first whether it will face up with the bottom or upper edge of the
sidewall - see the Figure A. If you have selected the facing up with the
upper edge of the sidewall, lay a shorter board on two parallel joists 3.The
upper decking boards 3and 4do not have spring and the groove is at
the bottom - see the Figure D. When facing up the joists and the decking
board at the bottom, start with the decking board 1while the groove
is facing down again. Align the joists with the sides of the decking board
and drill a 4 mm diameter hole in its longitudinal axis up to the joist in the
distance of 25 mm from each side of the floor. Screw the decking board
using the screws 6and assemble the face using other decking board.
Attach the decking board 2to the face as shown in the Figure B. Predrill
the holes for the screws (up to the joist again) in the horizontal axis of the

A
decking board so that they point to the middle of the joist. We recommend
you to horizontally set off the holes from the top and bottom edges of the
deck a little differently than on the already assembled face so that screws
avoid each other in the joist. Gradually screw other four decking boards 2
one after the other and end with the decking board without the spring 4.

BEST PRACTICE OF MOUNTING TALL FLOWERBED
Mount the other half of the tall flowerbed from the remaining decking
boards and joists in the same manner. Join both halves together as shown
in the Figure E. Drill the loose ends of the decking boards and screw them
with joists, using the remaining screws. The Tall Flowerbed is now ready
for use.
