Service and Warranty
Transforming Technologies, LLC provides a limited warranty
for the Model WST200. All new products are guaranteed to be
free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of
one (1) year from the date of shipment. Liability is limited to
servicing (after evaluating, repairing or replacing) any product
returned to Transforming Technologies. The company does not
warrant damage due to misuse, neglect, alteration or accident.
In no event shall Transforming Technologies be liable for collat-
eral or consequential damages.

Description
WST 200 Wrist Strap Tester
The WST 200 tester quickly and accurately measures the
resistance between an operator, wrist strap and ground cord.
With a test voltage of 9 volts DC, the unit is specially designed
to test without harm to the operator. The WST 200 verifies ESD
protection by indicating three levels of resistance: “HI”, “LO”
and “OK” with LED lights and an audible alarm.
Ohm Metrics test and measurement products, from
Transforming Technologies, are useful, reliable tools for charac-
terizing and identifying the electrical resistance of materials and
the performance of personal grounding products.
 All Ohm Metrics products are designed to support ESDA
Compliance Verification TR53.
 All Ohm Metrics products can be calibrated.
 All Ohm Metrics test and measurement products are war-
ranted for 1 full year.
Operation
Battery Installation
Remove screws from back cover using a Phillips style
screw driver and detach from monitor. Insert the included 9
volt battery, replace back cover and secure with screws.
Testing
1. While wearing a wrist strap, plug the banana plug of the
cord into the jack located on the front of monitor.
2. Lightly press the metal touch button marked "PUSH ON"
3. Green "OK"LED indicates wrist strap and ground cord as-
semblies are functioning properly.
4. If either Red "FAIL LO" or Yellow "FAIL HI" LED's light and
the audible indicator sound, the operator should check the
wrist strap assembly immediately.
Calibration
Calibration is performed to ensure that the tester is operating
within limits. Test parameters are factory set to pass 800K-
10M, but it’s adjustable to match your own specifications.
