GENERAL INFORMATION
-Before using the unit for the first time, carefully wash all the parts and accessories intended to come in
touch with food, such as rolls, feeding tube, food presser.
-During use do not dress clothes or jewelry, that they can get caught or cause accidents. Pay attention to
long hair that must be properly collected.
-Do not grate frozen food, meat or fish with bone, non-food products, watery foods.
-Make sure the ventilation holes are never obstructed.
WARNING: Do not insert the hands in the feeding tube if the appliance is connected to the
power supply. The cutting rolls are very sharp: be careful not to cut himself during cleaning
or when removing the accessories.
-Do not insert too large pieces of food inside the container. It is recommended to pre-chop food. The
appliance must be used and stored on a stable and even surface.
-Mount correctly before using. During use unroll completely the power cord.
-WARNING: Disconnect the power plug from the socket before touching any part. Disconnect the
power plug before touching the roll to clean it or to remove food that got stuck during use.
-Do not process very hot food (maximum temperature 60 Celsius degree).
-Once you finished using the unit, it is recommended to wrap the power cord so as to ensure a better
cleaning and to avoid any risk of damage. For a better cleaning, it is recommended using warm tap water
and restricting the use of detergents. In this case, rinse thoroughly.
-Do not immerse the motor unit in water or other liquids; clean motor housing with damp cloth.
-Do not subject the product to strong impacts, serious damage may result.

FUNCTIONING
-Connect the plug to the suitable power socket.
-Put the glass container (o) under the food outlet (n).
-Lift up the food presser (g) and insert the food to work in the feeding tube (m); lower the food presser (g)
until it touches the food to grate.
-Turn on the grater by pressing the power button (c) with your left hand and push the cheese presser (g)
with your right hand. Avoid pressing too hard as this may damage transmission gear.
-Release power button (c) to switch off the unit. Unplug the unit from power socket.
The appliance is equipped with a safety switch (f) and therefore if the food presser (g) is raised, even by
pressing the power button (c) the appliance will not turn on.
Do not use unit for more than 3 minutes (intermittent function); in this case make it rest for at least 5
minutes. DO NOT GRATE FOOD USING HANDS TO BLOCK FOODS!
