Triner Scale TS-70PX User manual

To install your new Rate Chip:
1. Turn the scale off and unplug
the AC adapter from the wall
outlet. If the scale is connected
to a remote device, unplug that
connection also.
2. The rate chip compartment is
located on the right side of the
scale. If equipped with a
Security Plate, remove the two
screws and set the plate aside.
Use a small flat head screw
driver and gently pry open the
plastic Rate Chip Compartment
Cover.
3. Remove the Rate Chip card by
grasping the edges and pulling
straight out.
4. Insert the new Rate Chip card.
Make sure the card is fully
inserted into the slot (the rate
card can only be installed in one
direction. If it does not fit properly,
turn it over and reinsert).
5. Replace the Rate Chip
Compartment Cover and, if
needed, the Security Plate.
6. Reconnect the AC adapter.
7. Your scale is now ready for use
with its new, updated rates.
