WARNINGS AND CAUTIONS
TriPollar Stop VX2 is an electrical device that must be used properly. To reduce the risk
of injury from electric shock, adhere to all warnings and cautions below:
• Do not touch the device should it fall into water. Unplug the device immediately with
dry hands.
• Do not place or store the device near any source of water, such as a sink or bathtub.
• Do not submerge the device under water.
• When plugged in, do not leave the device unattended.
• Before use, ensure that the system and its power supply do not show any visible damage.
Do not operate if the electric cord is damaged or if the system is disassembled.
• Only use the device with the electric cord and power supply provided.
• Keep the device out of the reach of children.
• Be sure that your hands are completely dry when operating the device.
• Turn the device OFF and then unplug the power supply from the electrical outlet after
use or before cleaning and maintenance.
• Use the device for personal use only.

• Use only TriPollar Preparation Gel during treatment according to its instructions for use.
• Do not use TriPollar Preparation Gel after its expiration date.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
• Only use this device for its intended purpose, as described in this manual.
• Do not use the device over eyelids, closed eyes, thyroid area, lips, ears, breasts or genital
areas.
• The sensation while using the device should be warm and pleasant. If you experience
discomfort, discontinue use immediately & consult service.
• The use of this product may cause discomfort or adverse effects on people with allergic
constitution, people with skin diseases and allergic dermatitis, people with sensitive skin,
etc. If adverse effects occur during use, you should stop using this appliance immediately.
• In case the device or the power supply generates excessive heat disconnect power supply
from the electrical outlet & consult service.
Failure to follow the instructions in this manual may cause damage or burns to your skin.
DO NOT USE THE DEVICE IF ANY OF THE FOLLOWING APPLY TO YOU:
• Are under 18 years of age.
• Have a pacemaker or internal defibrillator.
• Have metal implants in the treatment area, such as gold threads. This does not apply
to dental fillings or implants, which present no problem.
• Currently have cancer or a history of cancer, especially skin cancer or premalignant
moles.
• Have severe concurrent conditions, such as cardiac disorders.
• Are pregnant or nursing.
• Have an impaired immune system due to immunosuppressive diseases such as AIDS, or
are using immunosuppressive medications.
• Have any disease that is stimulated by heat, such as, but not limited to, recurrent Herpes
Simplex (within the treatment area).
• Have any active skin condition within the treatment area, such as, but not limited to,
sores, psoriasis, eczema or a rash.
• Have a history of keloid scarring, abnormal wound healing or fragile skin.
• Have had any surgical procedure, laser resurfacing or deep chemical peeling within
the treatment area within the past three months or are still undergoing a process to
complete healing.
• Have permanent fillers within the treatment area.
If you have temporary dermal fillers within the treatment area or threads, consult your
physician.
• Have had Botox administered in the treatment area within the past three months.
• Have suspicious lesions within the treatment area.
• Currently use medications, herbal preparations, vitamins or food supplements that may
cause fragile or dry skin.

POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS
The following side effects are rare. However, should they occur, they are usually temporary. If
any of the following conditions appear and last more than 24 hours, consult your physician:
• Pain
• Damage to natural skin texture (crusting, blistering, burns, fragile skin, bruising)
• Mild headache
For other aesthetic procedures or should you have any uncertainty regarding potential side
effects, consult your physician before using the device.

TriPollar Stop VX2 device is intended for increasing and accelerating collagen production
in the skin to achieve skin tightening and rejuvenating effect.
TECHNOLOGY
The revolutionary TriPollar Stop VX2 combines two effective technologies - the groundbreaking
TriPollar Multi-RF technology (RF) and Dynamic Muscle Activation (DMA) that work
simultaneously to deliver non-invasive collagen remodeling and muscle activity, as well as
skin tightening and treatment of wrinkles.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
TriPollar Stop VX2 affects homogeneously all layers of the dermis and the superficial muscle
layer, for faster, safer and more effective treatment. It delivers aesthetic results that are
both immediate and long-lasting.
TriPollar Stop VX2 reaches the effective temperature quickly with its proprietary Turbo
function. Thanks to this unique function shorter treatment would still have the best results.
TriPollar Stop VX2 users enjoy the combined benefits of a unique non-conductive gel that
ensures the delivery of focused RF energy into the right layers of the dermis using the newly
designed electrodes. The temperature sensor ensures an effective and safe treatment while
stimulating dermal activity that accelerates the natural production of collagen, the protein
responsible for the skin’s smooth and supple texture.
Simultaneously, DMA targets the SMAS layer (superficial muscular aponeurotic system),
toning and lifting it by stimulating gentle muscle contractions inducing a "face lift" effect.
Using TriPollar Stop VX2 regularly according to its recommended treatment can effectively
postpone the signs of aging.

FACIAL RENEWAL AND

The TriPollar Stop VX2 kit contains the following components:
1. TRIPOLLAR STOP VX2 DEVICE (FIG.1)

3. TRIPOLLAR PREPARATION GEL (FIG.3), MAY BE PROVIDED SEPARATELY IN SOME REGIONS.
4. After the container has been opened, the gel can be used for up to 12 months.
Important: It is recommended to perform a patch test 24 hours prior to initial use. See page
10 for details.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN
Before using the TriPollar Stop VX2 device, do the following:
1. Open the box containing the device, and remove the device and its power supply.
2. Connect the power supply to the device (FIG.7)
3. Plug the power supply into an electrical outlet (FIG.8)
4. Remove the TriPollar Preparation Gel from its box.
Important: Before using the device for the first time, it is recommended to perform
a patch test 24 hours prior to initial use. To do so, apply a small amount of TriPollar
Preparation Gel to the inner arm and treat the area with the TriPollar Stop VX2 device.
Ensure that the skin does not have a negative reaction to the gel or treatment.
5. Remove the protective cover from the device.

TREATING YOUR SKIN
To treat your skin using the TriPollar Stop VX2 device:
1. Cleanse and dry the treatment area.
2. Apply a very thin, even layer of TriPollar Preparation Gel over the entire treatment areas.
This gel must be used during the entire treatment session. Your skin may feel a warm
sensation when the gel is applied.
3. Turn the device ON by pressing the Power button (FIG.9). Important: All Leds should
turn on briefly, followed by a steady single white led – this insures all Leds are operational.
Note: A long press of the Power button turns the device OFF.
4. Select the RF power setting (Low/Medium/High) that is most comfortable for you. When
the white indicator light shows a single white light illuminated (FIG.10), the device is
operating at the Low power level. You can press the Power button again to change the
power level (Fig.11, Fig.12) the white LEDs will light up according to the level chosen.
Important: During your first treatment session, it's recommended to use the Low
power setting and then adjust the power level according to your skin’s tolerance for
subsequent treatments.

Treatment:
5. Divide the face to 3 treatment areas (FIG.13):
•Right cheek
•Left cheek
•Forehead
6. Place the device on your skin, make sure to apply a slight pressure in order to
assure a full contact between the electrodes and the skin.
7. Once the device is placed on the skin, the Turbo RF will start. Turbo RF will be
initiated once at the beginning of the treatment or if a new level or mode is
chosen.

8. Start moving the device in a very slow circular motion on a small part of your
treatment area (approximately twice the size of the treatment head), slowly
heating your skin to the optimal temperature (FIG.14).
Important: Be sure to constantly move the device slowly over the skin to
ensure proper heating of the treated area. Do not keep the device on one
place without movement.
9. Once the orange indicator light illuminates followed by a 'beep' sound, you have
reached the optimal temperature. Continue the same slow circular motion for a
few moments and then gradually enlarge your movements in the treatment area.
Proceed with this technique covering the entire treatment area, making sure the
orange indicator light is illuminated as much as possible during the treatment.
As you move from one treatment area to another (FIG.13), the orange indicator
light may turn-off if the temperature of the skin is not warm enough.
10. Continue working on the entire treatment area in a slow circular motion for 3-4
minutes. Make sure to maintain a uniform heating while covering the entire
treatment area. Treatment can be augmented by “lifting” movements from the
jaw line upwards toward your cheeks.
11. Once you finished the 3-4 minutes of treatment, you can proceed to the next
treatment area repeating steps 6-10.
12. For jaw line treatment switch to RF + DMA mode by pressing on the DMA button
Make sure that the Blue indicator light turns ON.
The DMA level will start to operate according to the last RF level chosen. You can
press the Power button again to change the RF+DMA power level, the white
LEDs will light up according to the level chosen. It’s recommended to start at the
Low RF+DMA.
Important: Use the RF + DMA mode ONLY on the jaw line area (FIG.15).
Do not use on other facial areas.

13. Start moving the device using a very slow linear motions along the jaw line.
14. To ensure optimal results, use the device for 3-4 minutes on each side. After the
entire treatment area has been treated, the treatment session is complete. As a
natural result of the treatment, the skin may show some redness (erythema) and
minor skin swelling (edema) in the treatment area. Both should disappear after a
short time.
15. Press the Power button for two seconds to turn the device OFF.
16. Unplug the power supply from the electrical outlet.
17. Gently remove the TriPollar Preparation Gel from your skin and wash your face
thoroughly. You can apply a moisturizer if desired.
18. Clean the electrodes of the device with a damp cloth or paper towel and cover the
device tip with its protective cover.
Warning: Do not submerge the TriPollar Stop VX2 device under water.
SAFETY MECHANISM:
The device’s automatic temperature-optimization mechanism protects the skin from
overheating. When the skin has reached the maximal temperature, the energy source
will shut down automatically.
Important:
The orange light is ON when the skin temperature in the treatment area is sufficiently
heated and is OFF when it is not.

RECOMMENDED TREATMENT GUIDELINES
The following treatment guidelines are recommended for using the TriPollar Stop VX2
device:
• Treating the entire face takes up to 15 minutes. For shorter treatment times focus on
selected areas of concern. Treatment times differ for each person.
• Facial DMA treatment takes approximately 10 minutes.
• For optimal results, use the TriPollar Stop VX2 device 2-3 times a week for a period of
6-8 weeks.
• Make sure that you allow at least one day in between treatments on the same
treatment area.
• To maintain long-term results after finishing the full course of treatments, we
recommend that you use your TriPollar Stop VX2 device 2-4 times a month or as
needed.
• If the orange indicator light and sound indicators still do not appear within 5 minutes,
or if you do not feel any heating, try moving the device as slowly as possible without
stopping the motion. Slow, circular, constant movements are more effective than
rapid movements. The slower the movement, the faster the treatment area heats
internally.
• If the orange indicator light and sound indicators do not appear after 3–5 minutes,
select a higher power level. If the indicators still do not appear after increasing to the
High power setting, try moving the device more slowly, without stopping the motion.
• If the orange indicator light and sound indicators turn ON immediately or if you feel
excessive heat, select a lower power level.

If your TriPollar Stop VX2 device is not working, take the following steps before
contacting the service center:
• Ensure that you have removed the device’s protective cover.
• Make sure that the electric cord is securely connected to the device and the Power supply
adapter is firmly connected.
• Press the Power button and verify that the white indicator light illuminates.
• Ensure that you applied TriPollar Preparation Gel according to instructions described in
this manual. The TriPollar Stop VX2 device does not work properly when the preparation
gel is not applied.
• If orange, white or/and blue indicator lights do not illuminate when power button is pressed,
contact the customer support.
• In case headlight LEDs blinking white or orange, discontinue use immediately & consult service.

This product has been subjected to strict quality control performed by the manufacturer. For
this reason, the distributor in your country guarantees proper function of your product for 24
months from date of actual purchase. If you use the device properly, follow all instructions
outlined in the user manual, you can enjoy the product to your ultimate satisfaction.
This policy warrants the support that the distributor provides for the device, should it happen
that failures attributable to manufacturing defects be found. In such case, you shall be entitled
to make full use of the benefits of this warranty. This implies the reason and replacement
of parts, free of charge (regarding both service and parts) at any Authorized Service Center.
Within its validity term, you are entitled to make use of the warranty if necessary to have a
fully enjoyable product, provided the above-indicated conditions are fully met. This warranty
is valid for the device marketed by the distributor in your country.
The warranty is not valid when:
1. Amendments in the warranty policy, sales receipt or invoice, or the absence of any of
these original documents.
2. Damage or deterioration of the device due to improper use or if the device has been
modified or repaired by an unauthorized third party.
3. Damage of the product due to defects incurred during transportation, such as bumps,
bangs or improper handling.
4. Damage due to humidity or any kind of liquids, foreign bodies inside the device or the
use of unapproved, unadvised accessories with the device contradictory to the user
manual.
5. When the device is not used in accordance with the respective user manual or with its
supplied accessories.
6. Partial or total damage or loss of the device, due to natural disasters (such as earthquakes,
floods, fire, lightening, etc.), force majeure or accident.
7. Damage to the device after being subjected to high dust environments, humidity or
application of excessive voltage from the power inlet.
8. If the product’s serial number has been amended or erased.
9. To cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches and dents.
