Manufacturer’s terms of warranty
The man fact rer grants a warranty for malf nctions in the ap-
pliance which are based on material or prod ction fa lts. In ad-
dition to this, the stat tory warranty claims against the seller
remain valid.
The warranty claim is not valid for damage to the appliance
- for parts s bject to wear and in cases of nat ral wear and
tear
- as a res lt of not original Tr ma parts being sed in the
appliance
- as a res lt of non-compliance with the installation
instr ctions and instr ctions for se
- as a res lt of incorrect handling
- as a res lt of incorrect packaging for transportation
The warranty is valid for malf nctions as stated above, which
occ r within 12 months after concl sion of the p rchase
agreement between the seller and the final cons mer.
Claims for indirect damage or conseq ential damage shall be
rejected. This does not affect the r les of the prod ct liability
law.
The man fact rer shall bear the cost of employing the Tr ma
c stomer service for the removal of a malf nction nder war-
ranty - in partic lar job and material costs.
Additional costs based on complicated removal and installation
conditions of the appliance (e.g. removal of f rnit re or parts
of the vehicle body) do not come nder warranty.
In Germany, the Tr ma Service Center in P tzbr nn/ M nich
m st always be contacted in event of a malf nction; Abroad,
respective service partners are available (refer to address list).
Complaints m st be specified. In addition, the correctly com-
pleted warranty certificate m st be presented or the serial
n mber of the appliance and the date of p rchase specified.
Proof of p rchase m st be s pplied.
To avoid transport damage, the device may only be dispatched
after agreement with the Tr ma Service Centre or with the par-
tic lar service partner. The risk for possible transport damage
will otherwise be borne by the consignor.
Dispatch is normally to be carried o t by freight forwarders s-
ing the special dispatch boxes available from Tr ma. In the
event the appliance has to be ret rned to the factory and if it is
a case of warranty, the factory shall bear the cost for the deliv-
ery to the factory and the cost for ret rning the appliance to
the c stomer. If the damage is deemed not to be a warranty
case, the man fact rer shall notify the c stomer and shall
specify repair costs which shall not be borne by the man fac-
t rer; in this case, the c stomer shall also bear the shipping
costs.
Fault finding
Before calling C stomer Service, please check the following:

When switching on, the nit - No 240 V s pply voltage
does not operate
Connect the caravan to the site s pply and/or check resid al
c rrent circ it breaker.
When switching on heating - Temperat re setting on the
operation, the nit does not control control panel to low
operate
Set the ambient room temperat re on the control panel.
When switching on cooling - Temperat re setting on the
operation, the nit does not control control panel to high
operate
Set the ambient room temperat re on the control panel.
Note: If the room temperat re is below 20°C, the compressor
will not operate and the yellow light in the control panel will
come on (only cooling mode).
Un s al high condensation - Door or windows open
on the nit or the cold air (high h midity)

Close all doors and windows d ring operation and set to cool-
ing high „CH“ on the control panel.
Unit operates for a prolonged - Indoor air filter blocked
period (heating or cooling) - Apert re for the o tdoor air
and then stops blocked
Check the indoor air filter, the air intake to the stowage box (in
which the nit is installed) and the apert re for the o tdoor air
(refer to maintenance).
