Introductie
Onderstaande instructies bevatten belangrijke informatie over
de machine en de veiligheid van de gebruiker. Deze machine
dient te worden gebruikt en onderhouden volgens de instructies
van de leverancier. Gelieve bij twijfel de leverancier te
contacteren.

Productinformatie
Deze stofzuiger is gemaakt voor het opnemen van stof
binnenshuis. Dit toestel is enkel geschikt voor gebruik
binnenshuis. De machine is bedoeld voor commercieel gebruik,
in bijvoorbeeld hotels, scholen, ziekenhuizen, fabrieken, winkels
en kantoren.
Voor de beste resultaten bevelen we een matige veegbeweging.
Technische specificaties
Klein Chemisch Afval (KCA)
Oude apparaten bevatten waardevolle materialen
die kunnen worden gerecycled. Deze zouden
voor recycling moeten worden opgestuurd.
Normale en oplaadbare batterijen bevatten
materialen die niet direct in de natuur mogen
worden weggegooid. Doe oude apparaten,
batterijen en accu's weg via geschikte
afvalinzamelingssystemen.
BELANGRIJK VEILIGHEIDSADVIES
De veiligheidsinformatie in deze handleiding geeft
voorzorgsmatregelen volgens de standard in het land van
gebruik.
Dit symbool waarschuwt de gebruiker voor schadelijke
of onveilige handelingen die kunnen leiden tot ernstig
persoonlijk letsel.
WAARSCHUWING – om het risico op letsel, elektrische
schok of vuur te voorkomen
1. De machine dient enkele gebruikt te worden voor de
toepassingen beschreven in deze handleiding.
2. De machine dient uitgepakt en geassembleerd te
worden volgens deze instructies alvorens van stroom
te worden voorzien.
3. Gebruikers dienen volledig getraind te zijn in het
gebruik van de machine volgens deze instructies,
alsook het uitvoeren van standaard onderhoud en
selectie van correctie accessoires.
4. Gebruikers dienen fysiek capabel te zijn het toestel te
manoeuvreren, verplaatsen en gebruiken.
5. Gebruikers dienen in staat te zijn incorrect gebruik te
herkennen alsook het melden hiervan.
6. Enkel originele accessoires en onderdelen dienen
gebruikt te worden met dit toestel. Alle herstellingen
dienen uitgevoerd te worden door een gekwalificeerde
servicetechnieker.
7. Toestel dient niet gebruikt te worden zonder
geïnstalleerde filter of stofzak.
8. Pas het toestel niet aan afwijkend van het originele
design.
9. Gebruik de machine enkel op een vaste ondergrond.
Gebruik de machine NIET op een ondergrond met een
helling groter dan 2%.
10. Gebruik de machine NIET op ruwe oneven
ondergrond. Bv. Industriële of ruwe betonvloer.
11. Gebruik de machine NIET buitenshuis. Bv. Terras,
patio of ruwe ondergrond.
12. Dit toestel is niet bedoeld voor gebruik door personen
met beperkte fysieke, sensorisch of mentale
mogelijkheden of beperkte kennis en ervaring.
13. Hou kinderen en onbevoegde personen bij gebruik weg
van het toestel. Gebruik de machine niet als speelgoed.
14. De machine dient in nette en goede conditie te worden
gehouden door regelmatige inspectie van de
stroomkabel en stekker. Indien een onderdeel
beschadigd is dient deze te worden hersteld door een
gecertifieerde firma of een gekwalificeerde persoon ter
voorkoming van risico’s.

ELEKTRISCHE RISICO’S
15. OPGELET – Deze machine dient voor droog gebruik
binnenshuis en mag niet gebruikt of gestockeerd
worden buitenshuis of in vochtige omgeving.
16. Gebruik de machine NIET bij aanwezigheid van
gevaarlijk stof.
17. Gebruik de machine NIET in explosieve atmosfeer.
18. Gebruik de machine NIET bij aanwezigheid van
ontvlambare of brandbare vloeistoffen, stoffen of
dampen
19. OPGELET – indien er een vermoeden is van risicovol
stof of brandbare materialen, stop het gebruik van de
machine en consulteer een overste.
20. Gebruik de machine NIET bij aanwezigheid van kleine
deeltjes zoals cement of gips. Deze reduceren de
levenstermijn van de motoren.
21. Gebruik de machine NIET voor het opnemen van
vocht, vloeistoffen of gevaarlijk stof.
22. Gebruik de machine NIET voor het opnemen van
brandend of smeulend materiaal zoals sigaretten,
lucifers, as of ontvlambaar materiaal.
23. Wees voorzichtig bij het stockeren van de machine
bovenaan een trap om het risico op omkantelen tegen
te gaan.
24. Stop geen objecten in openingen van de machine. Zorg
ervoor dat de luchtstroom niet wordt verstopt door stof
of andere objecten.
25. Bedek de machine NIET bij gebruik.
26. Hou losse kleding, haar, handen en voeten weg van
openingen en bewegende delen van het toestel.
27. Gebruik de machine NIET wanneer deze
geconnecteerd is aan de batterijlader.
28. Gebruik de machine NIET bij zichtbare schade of nadat
deze buitenshuis gestaan heeft of nat is geweest.
29. OPGELET – Verwijder de stekker steeds uit het
stopcontact wanneer de machine wordt opgeladen.
30. Laad de batterij niet op wanneer de kabel of stekker
beschadigd is. Contacteer uw gecertifieerde verdeler.
31. OPGELET – Gebruik bij het herladen van de batterij
steeds de originele lader en laadkabel geleverd met de
machine.
32. Vervang de lader en laadkabel enkel met originele
onderdelen geselecteerd voor dit toestel.
33. Deze machine moet altijd aangesloten worden op een
stopcontact dat volledig geaard is en het correcte
voltage/frequentie levert.
34. Laat de machine NIET actief onbeheerd achter.
35. Bij het uitrekken van de lader, doe dit door het
vastnemen van de stekker, niet het snoer.
36. Gebruik het snoer NIET als handvat voor de machine.
Deze dient steeds afgekoppeld te worden van de
machine alvorens deze te transporteren.
37. OPGELET – Hou het laadsnoer weg van bewegende
onderdelen.
38. OPGELET – Zorg ervoor dat het snoer niet geplooid
kan worden en hou deze weg van warmtebronnen.
39. Hou natte handen weg van elektriciteitsbronnen. Dit
kan een elektrische schok veroorzaken.

OPGELET: Gebruik voor het herladen enkel de meegeleverde
batterijlader. Deze dient enkel aangesloten te worden voor het
herladen van de batterij, en moet verwijderd worden alvorens de
machine te gebruiken.
Batterij laden
OPGELET: Gebruik de batterijlader enkel wanneer de batterij-
indicator is in de rode zone (1 lampje over).
Vroegtijdig laden kan de batterij beschadigen. Dit zorgt ervoor
dat de autonomie van de batterij aangetast zal worden. Enkel
laden in goed-geventileerde ruimtes.
Batterij indicatie
•Druk op de knop op de batterij om de led-lampjes te doen
branden.
•Wanneer de batterij volledig opgeladen is, zijn er 4 groene
en 1 rood lampje zichtbaar.
•Bij het ontladen van de batterij geven de groene led-lampjes
een indicatie van het batterijniveau
•Wanner de batterij volledig ontladen is, is enkel 1 rood
lampje zichtbaar en dient de batterij volledig opgeladen te
worden.
Veilig afvoeren van de batterij
De batterijen dienen geneutraliseerd te worden alvorens deze
afgedankt kunnen worden. Dit kan door de batterij te recycleren
via een geautoriseerde firma.
De machine transporteren
Het incorrect heffen van het toestel kan resulteren in lichamelijk
letsel. We adviseren u om de instructies correct volgt. Berg het
laadsnoer veilig op in een droge locatie. Voorkom dat de
machine in contact komt met regen of vocht. Hef de machine
steeds op met het transporthandvat.
Onderhoud
OPGELET – Alvorens onderhoud uit te voeren op
de machine dient deze uitgeschakeld en
afgekoppeld te zijn van de energiebron.
De machine heeft minimum onderhoud nodig losstaand van de
volgende dagelijkse checks door de gebruiker.
•Laadsnoer: controleer regelmatig de stekker snoer en
verbinding van de onderdelen.
•Maak de machine schoon met een vochtig doekje.
•Zuigmond: controleer en verwijder vuil, haar of linten
om de opbouw van vuil te voorkomen.
BELANGRIJK – Alle service en herstellingen dienen uitgevoerd
te worden door een Truvox technieker of een service-firma
welke geautoriseerd is door Truvox.
BELANGRIJK – Indien de machine niet het gewenste resultaat
levert, gelieve de foutdiagnose tabel te raadplegen. Indien het
probleem zich blijft voordoen, of het probleem is niet
beschreven, gelieve dan contact op te nemen met uw
gecertifieerde verdeler.
Service na verkoop
Truvox machines zijn kwalitatieve machines die op veiligheid
getest werden door geautoriseerde techniekers. Het is logisch
dat na een lange gebruiksperiode dat elektrische en
mechanische componenten tekenen van slijtage beginnen
vertonen. Om de operationele veiligheid en betrouwbaarheid te
behouden raden we u aan om de machine te laten nakijken na
250 werkuren of elk jaar. In extreme of speciale omstandigheden
en/of bij gebrek aan onderhoud kan een korter interval nodig
zijn. Gebruik enkel originele Truvox onderdelen. Gebruik van
niet-originele onderdelen zal resulteren in het weigeren van
waarborg-aanvragen en schadeclaims. Indien onderhoud of
service nodig is contacteert u uw lokale verdeler. Herstellingen
en onderhoud van Truvox-producten dient enkel uitgevoerd te
worden door getrainde personen. Incorrecte herstellingen
kunnen een aanzienlijk gevaar voor de gebruiker vormen.
Garantie

Op dit product is een garantieperiode voorzien van 1 jaar vanaf
de datum van aankoop. Deze garantie heeft betrekking op
defecte materialen die te wijten zijn aan de productie. Indien
door geautoriseerde personen wordt bepaald dat één of
meerder onderdelen onder garantie te vervangen zijn, zullen
deze kosteloos worden geleverd en geplaatst. Een
garantieaanvraag moet steeds voldoen aan volgende eisen:
• Claims onder de termen van garantie moeten steeds
worden aangevraagd met de originele aankoopfactuur
of bon vergezeld met het serienummer van het
betreffende toestel.
• Contacteer steeds de verdeler van wie u het product
kocht voor de claim tot garantie.
• Deze garantie dekt onderstaande zaken niet:
o Periodiek onderhoud en herstelling of
vervanging van onderdelen door normale
slijtage.
o Schade door ongeluk, misbruik, nalatigheid
of gebruik van niet-originele onderdelen.
o Schade van niet-originele onderdelen of
herstelling uitgevoerd door niet-
geautoriseerde technieker.
o Kosten en risico’s van transport direct of
indirect gerelateerd aan de garantie.
• Verbruiksgoederen zoals borstels, aandrijving,
filters…

Ces aspirateurs sont conçus pour collecter la poussière en
intérieur. Cette appareil n’est réservé qu’à une utilisation en
intérieur. Cette machine est destinée a l’utilisation commerciale,
par exemples hôtels, écoles, hôpitaux, usines, magasins,
bureaux, sociétés de location ou utilisation domestique.

uniquement. N'UTILISEZ PAS la machine sur une pente
dont l'inclinaison est supérieure à 2 %.

irrégulières telles que des sols en béton industriel.
11. N'UTILISEZ PAS la machine en extérieur, par exemple
dans une cour, sur un pont ou des surfaces irrégulières.
12. Cet appareil n’est pas conçu pour être utilisé par des
personnes (et notamment des enfants) à capacités motrices,
sensorielles ou intellectuelles réduites, ou manquant
d’expérience et de connaissances, excepté s’ils sont

13. Tenir les enfants et toutes les personnes non autorisées à

15. CAUTION - Cet aspirateur doit être utilisé uniquement en
intérieur et on ne doit pas s’en servir ni le stocker à
l’extérieur ni l’utiliser dans des conditions humides
16. Ne pas utiliser en présence de poussières présentant un

18. NE PAS aspirer ou utiliser à proximité de liquides,
poussières ou vapeurs inflammable.
19. ATTENTION – Ne pas utiliser la machine si la présence de
poussières douteuses ou de produits inflammables est
détectée. En aviser immédiatement un responsable.
20. Ne pas utiliser l’appareil à vide pour ramasser des particules
de ciment ou de plâtre, cela réduire la durée de vie du
moteur.
21. Ne pas utiliser l’aspirateur pour collecter de la condensation,
tous autres liquides ou de poussières présentant un danger

23. Prendre garde d’éviter les déséquilibres lors de l’utilisation

utiliser en cas d’obturation d’une ouverture. Eliminer tout
amas de poussière, débris ou autre qui pourrait réduire le
flux d’air.
25. NE COUVREZ PAS la machine lorsqu'elle est en cours
d'utilisation
26. Eloigner les cheveux, les vêtements amples, les pieds et
autres parties du corps des ouvertures et parties mobiles de
l’appareil.
27. Ne pas utilise la machine tant que la prise du chargeur est
raccordée à une prise électrique murale.
28. N'UTILISEZ PAS la machine si elle est détériorée, si vous
l'avez laissée à l'extérieur ou si elle a trempé dans de l’eau
29. ATTENTION Sauf si la machine est en charge, la prise
électrique doit être débranchée.
30. Ne pas mettre la machine en charge si le câble ou la
prise électrique sont endommagés, si vous avez
constaté un disfonctionnement ou une dégradation.
Contacter un agent technique agréé habilité à
effectuer les réglages ou les réparations nécessaires.
31. Utilisez uniquement le chargeur fourni pour le
chargement.
32. Le câble électrique du chargeur ne peut être remplacé que
par le produit référencé dans le manuel d’utilisation.
33. Cette machine doit toujours être connectée à une
alimentation de tension et de fréquence adaptées avec mise
à la terre
34. Ne pas laisser la machine fonctionner sans surveillance.
35. Pour débrancher la machine tirer sur la prise et non sur le
cordon.
36. ATTENTION Sauf si la machine est en charge, la prise
électrique doit être débranchée après avoir arrête le moteur
de l’appareil, et avant toute intervention d’entretien ou de
réparation.
37. Ne tirer pas et ne transporter pas l’appareil par le cordon
d’alimentation. N’utilisez pas le cordon comme poignée, ne
coincez pas le cordon lorsque vous fermez une porte, ne
frottez pas le cordon sur des angles de murs ou des arrêtes
vives.
38. ATTENTION : Tenir le câble d’alimentation éloigné des
pièces mobiles.
39. NE PAS tordre ou vriller le câble et le tenir éloigné de toute
source de chaleur.
40. Ne pas manoeuvrer les commutateurs et ne pas toucher la
prise électrique avec des mains mouillées car ceci peut
provoquer une électrocution.

indique est alimentée
directement par une batteire
rechargeable.
ATTENTION: Pour recharger la batterie, n’utiliser que le
chargeur référence C223-2400, fourni avec l’appareil. Le
chargeur ne doit être branché que pendant les temps de
charge, puis débranché de l’appareil et de la prise
d’alimentation électrique.
Chargement des batteries
AVERTISSEMENT - rechargez la batterie uniquement
lorsque l'indicateur d'autonomie de la batterie est dans la
zone rouge (une lumière allumée). Un chargement incomplet
peut détériore les batteries. Elles auront moins d'autonomie
et leur durée de vie peut être affectée. Le chargement doit
uniquement être effectué dans une zone bien ventilée.
Affichage de la charge de la batterie :
• Presser le bouton situé sur la batterie pour allumer les
LED.
• Quand la batterie est chargée, doivent apparaître 4 LED
vertes et une LED rouge.
• A mesure de l’utilisation de la machine, la batterie va se
décharger et le nombre de LED vertes allumées va
diminuer de 4 à 0.
• Quand tout les LED vertes seront éteintes et qu’il ne
restera que la LED rouge, il restera un peu de temps
d’utilisation avant que la batterie ne soit complètement
déchargée. Il faudra alors remettre la batterie en charge.

entreprise qualifiée avant d’être envoyées vers un site de
stockage des déchets
Les batteries doivent être transportées et recyclées par des
entreprises qualifiées et spécialisées dans le traitement des
batteries usagées.
Transporter la machine
Une technique de transport incorrecte peut générer des
blessures musculaires. Nous conseillons de suivre les
consignes de ce manuel. Ranger correctement le câble et
stocker l’appareil dans un endroit sec. Ne pas exposer l’appareil
à la pluie ou à l’humidité. Lever l’appareil par la poignée prévue
à cet effet.
Maintenance
AVERTISSEMENT – Avant d'entreprendre des
opérations d'entretien ou de réglage, éteignez la
machine et débranchez-la du secteur.
L’aspirateur requiert un entretien minimum comprenant les
vérifications suivantes à faire par l’opérateur.
•Cordon du chargeur de batteries – Inspectez
régulièrement la gaine, la fiche, et le raccord du fil pour
s’assurer que rien n’est endommagé ni déconnecté.
•Corps de l’aspirateur – Nettoyez avec un chiffon
humide.
•Tête d’aspirateur – Vérifier et enlever les débris ou
accumulation de peluche dans la tête de
l’aspirobrosseur.

Service Après Vente
Cet appareil est de haute qualité, testé en matière de sécurité
par des techniciens agréés. Il est logique qu’après une longue
période d’utilisation, les pièces électriques et mécaniques
montrent des signes d’usure ou de faiblesse. Afin de garantir
une sécurité totale d’utilisation, les fréquences de remplacement
suivantes ont été définies : 1 fois par an ou toutes les 250 heures
de travail. En cas de conditions extrêmes ou spécifiques
d’utilisation et/ou de fréquences d’entretien insuffisantes, des
intervalles plus courts sont nécessaires. N’utiliser que des
pièces d’origine. L’utilisation de pièces non agréées entraîne
l’invalidation des conditions de garantie et la responsabilité du
fabricant. En cas de besoin d’intervention, prenez contact avec
votre revendeur qui prendra les mesures adaptées. Réparation
et maintenance doivent être effectuées par un agent agréé par
le fabricant. Toute réparation incorrecte peut devenir
dangereuse pour l’utilisateur.
Garantie
Votre produit est garanti pièces et main d’œuvre pendant une
année à partir de la date de l’achat ou du contrat d’achat à crédit,
contre les défauts de matériaux ou de fabrication pendant la
production. Pendant la période de garantie, nous prendrons en
charge gratuitement, à notre discrétion, la réparation ou le

This vacuum cleaner is designed for the collection of dust in
indoor areas. This machine is for indoor use only. The machine
is intended for commercial use, for example in hotels, schools,
hospitals, factories, shops, offices, rental businesses and other
than normal housekeeping purposes.
For best results we recommend using a slow sweeping action.

flammable materials stop cleaning the area immediately and
consult your superior.

cement or plaster dust as this will shorten the life of the

Battery Charging
WARNING - Only recharge the battery when the battery
life indicator is in the red zone (one light remaining).
Opportunity / top up charging may damage the batteries.
This may cause run time to fall and overall battery life may be
affected. Charge only in a well-ventilated area.
Battery Life Display
• Press the button on the battery to illuminate the LED lights.
• When the battery is fully charged there will be four green lights
and one red light showing.
• As the battery is discharged during use the number of green
lights showing will reduce from four to none.
• When all of the green lights are off and only the red light is
showing there is a small amount of time remaining before the
battery will be fully discharged and will require recharging.
Safe Disposal of Batteries
The batteries must be neutralised through an approved
secondary treatment facility prior to disposal as waste.
The battery can be recycled at an authorised facility, through a
licensed waste carrier.
Transporting the machine
Incorrect lifting techniques may result in personal injury. We
advise that the manual handling regulations are followed.
Carefully wrap the power cord and store in dry indoor location.
Do not expose the machine to rain or moisture. Lift the machine
by the carrying handle to transport.
Maintenance
WARNING - Before undertaking maintenance
operations or adjustments switch off machine and
unplug from the electricity supply.
The machine requires minimum maintenance apart from the
following daily checks by the operator.
• Charger supply cord - Regularly inspect sheath, plug and
cord anchorage for damage or loose connection.
• Body of the vacuum – Clean with a damp cloth.
• Vacuum head – Check and remove any debris or lint build-
up from the head.
IMPORTANT – All other servicing and repairs should only be
performed by a Truvox engineer or Authorised Service Agent.
IMPORTANT – Should the machine fail to operate please refer
to the fault diagnosis section in the back of this instruction
manual. If the problem / remedy is not listed please contact
Truvox Customer Service Department for rapid attention.
After sales service
Truvox machines are high quality machines that have been
tested for safety by authorised technicians. It is always apparent
that after longer working periods, electrical and mechanical
components will show signs of wear and tear or ageing. To
maintain operational safety and reliability the following service
interval has been defined: Every year or after 250 hours. Under
extreme or specialised conditions and/or insufficient
maintenance, shorter maintenance intervals are necessary. Use
only original Truvox spare parts. Use of other spare parts will
invalidate all warranty and liability claims. Should you require
after sales service please contact the supplier from whom you
purchased the machine, who will arrange service. Repairs and
servicing of Truvox products should only be performed by
trained staff. Improper repairs can cause considerable danger to
the user.

Guarantee
Your product is guaranteed for one year from the date of original
purchase, or hire purchase, against defects in materials or
workmanship during manufacture. Within the guarantee period
we undertake at our discretion, to repair or replace free of charge
to the purchaser, any part found to be defective, subject to the
following conditions:

2. For claims under this guarantee contact the supplier from

4. This guarantee is governed by the laws of England.
5. This guarantee does not cover any of the following:
• Periodic maintenance, and repair or replacement of
parts due to normal wear and tear.
• Damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect, or the
fitting of other than genuine Truvox parts.
• Defects in other than genuine Truvox parts, or repairs,
modifications or adjustments performed by other than
a Truvox service engineer or authorised service agent.
• Costs and risks of transport relating directly or indirectly
to the guarantee of this product.
• Consumable items such as, brushes, drive discs, filters
and vacuum skirts.
• This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights, or your
rights against the supplier arising from their sales or
purchase contract. Truvox’s policy is one of continual
product development and we reserve the right to alter
specifications without prior notice.
