The kit 'Case' consists of
1:) the underside
2:) the upper side
3:) the 2 side parts
4:) the front side
5:) the rear side
6:) the protective glass for the LCD display
7:) the on off switch
All spacers screws are included in the motherboard kit.
Screws are required:
4x M3x6mm for the bottom side
4x M3x6mm for the LCD protection glass
4x M3x6mm (inbus) for top side
The housing is designed to have maximum stability and is easy to install.
is to be mounted.
Phoenix should have mounted the following spacers
The following assembly steps are necessary:
1:) First mount the rear side and fix it with the two nuts of the audio sockets.
2:) then the underside is put into the recesses of the rear side.
Make sure that the drill holes match the holes of the spacers. Then the base plate
can be screwed down with 4x M3x6mm screws.
3:) Now the mains switch is clipped in and the cables are plugged into the 2-pin plug of
the filter board. The cables have to be soldered to the switch.
4:) The next step is to insert the side panels and the front directly into the existing
grooves of the base plate. The ventilation slots point to the rear because the power
supply is there and the components have to be cooled.
5:) The LCD protective screen is carefully screwed together with 4 screws nuts on the
top side of the housing.
6:) The upper part of the housing is inserted into the grooves of the side parts and
screwed with the Allen screws. The finished result looks like this.
The buttons are placed on the potentiometers. Only with the encoder the button between
the bottom of the button and the top of the case should have approx. 2..3 mm play,
otherwise you cannot press the encoder.
Now your Shruthi Phoenix with CD 4069 filter is ready.
Have fun with it .
