Děkujeme, že jste si vybrali pro svou 3D �skárnu kryt naší výroby. Thank you very much for choosing our enclosure for your 3D printer.

Následující text obsahuje důležité informace. Před zahájením

stavby a použiváním krytu se prosím seznamte se všemi

informacemi a upozorněními v tomto návodu.

Kryt z ady TS by mla sestavovat a pemisovat pouze

osoba s odpovídající fyzickou silou pro tento úkol. Nezlelí by mli

provádt montáž pouze pod dohledem dosplých.

•

Spojovací materiál a další drobné díly dodávané v balení uchovávejte

mimo dosah d. Hrozí riziko udušení.

•

Pro sestavení tohoto výrobku použijte náadí dodané v balení.

•

Vyvarujte se pílišnému dotahování matek a šroub. Zejména díly

z plexiskla mohou být snadno poškozeny pílišným dotahováním.

•

S díly z plexiskla manipulujte opatrn, nebojejich okraje mohou

být ostré. Ostré hrany jsou zpsobeny otepy, které vznikají na

extrudovaném plexiskle bhem ezání laserem. Vznik otep

vyplývá z podstaty použitého materiálu a použité výrobní

technologie, jsou souásvýrobku a není možné je považovat za

vadu i dvod k reklamaci. V pípadpoteby je možné otepy po

sestavení krytu odstranit, viz. informace na stran3 tohoto návodu.

•

Kryt byl navržen pouze pro použiv bžných podmínkách interiéru.

Prostedí se zvýšenou vlhkos, velmi nízkými nebo výsokými

teplotami, pípadnvenkovní použimže vést k jeho poškození.

•

Kryt umisujte vždy na pevný a rovný stl. Nestabilní stl mže

zapíinit pevrhnu. Nerovný povrch stolu mže zpsobit zpíení

dvíek a problém s jejich otvíráním a zavíráním.

•

Kryt není uzamykatelný. Pi probíhajícím 3D sku tedy nenechávejte

d bez dozoru, nebodvíka krytu mohou kdykoliv otevít.

•

Do držáku cívky lamentu umisujte pouze cívky s lamentem do

1 kg. Strop boxu nezatžujte odkládáním dalších pedmt.

•

Teplota uvnitkrytu závísí na mnoha faktorech jako je teplota

v místnos, specikace Vaší skárny, teplota skové podložky nebo

délka sku. Pi sku nenechávejte skárnu bez dozoru a vždy

monitorujte teplotu uvnitkrytu pomocí teplomru (není souás).

Píliš vysoká teplota uvnitmže poškodit skárnu, kryt nebo

dokonce zpsobit požár.

Hlavním úelem používání krytu je získat lepší kontrolu nad

teplotou okolního vzduchu bhem 3D sku a také omezit

nepíjemný zápach. Výrobek však v žádném pípadneslouží

k ochranVašeho zdraví a nesnižuje možná zdravotní rizika spojená

s používáním 3D skárny.

start to assemble and use this product un�l you have read and

understood the instruc�ons and warnings.

This enclosure should be assembled and moved only

by someone physically strong enough to carry out this task. Minors

should perform the assembly only under adult supervision.

•

Keep small bolts and nuts provided in the package out of reach

of children to prevent choking.

•

To assemble your enclosure use tools provided in the package.

•

Avoid over-ghtening the bolts and nuts. Especially acrylic parts

can be easily damaged by over-ghtening.

•

Handle acrylic parts with cauon, as the edges may be sharp.

The sharp edges are caused by burrs that occur on the extruded

acrylic during laser cung. Such a burr is an inevitable consequence

of the manufacturing process and can not be considered

as a product defect. Burrs can be however easily removed aer

compleng your assembly, please see page 3 of this assembly

instrucon for full details.

•

This product is intended for indoor use only. Too low or high

emperature, excessive humidity or outdoor use could lead to

product damage.

•

Place enclosure on stabilized table with at surface to avoid

undesired vibraons during 3D prinng or even table overturning.

An uneven surface may also cause the door of enclosure to jam.

•

Your enclosure is not lockable. Therefore, do not leave children

unaended while 3D prinng is in progress, as they can open the

door of enclosure at any me.

•

Only place a single lament spool of up to 1 kg in the acrylic lament

spool holder. Do not place other objects on top of the enclosure.

•

The temperature inside the enclosure depends on many factors such

as room temperature, your 3D printer's specicaon,

the temperature of the heat bed, or the length of the prinng. Do not

leave the printer unaended when prinng and always monitor the

temperature inside the enclosure using thermometer (not included).

High temperatures can damage your printer or even cause a re.

•

The main purpose of this product is to gain beer control of the

ambient air temperature during 3D prinng and also to reduce

unpleasant plasc odor. However, the product does not serve to

protect your health and does not reduce the potenal risks associated

with inhaled vapors and fumes from your 3D printer.

•

K ištní používejte pouze vlhký hadr. Nikdy

nepoužívejte prostedky na bázi rozpouštdel.

Jejich použizpsobuje praskliny!

Use only a damp cloth for cleaning. Never use

solvent based cleaners. Using them will cause

cracks!

Díly z plexiskla mohou po naezání laserem

zapáchat. Po odstranní ochranné fólie ale

do nkolika dní zápach zmizí.

Acrylic parts may smell from laser cung.

Aer removing the protecve foil, the odor

disappears within a few days.

Odstranní ochranné fólie z obou stran díl

z plexiskla vyžaduje trplivost. Fólie je však

nezbytná pro ochranu dílbhem pepravy.

Removing protecve foil from both sides of

acrylic parts requires paence but keeps

parts safe during transport.

Co je třeba vědět o dílech z plexiskla

Things You Should Know About Acrylic Parts

Ostejší hrany dílz plexiskla zpsobují otepy, které vznikají pi ezání laserem. Tyto otepy

jsou souásvýrobku z principu použitého materiálu a použité technologie. Nelze se jim tedy

jakkoliv vyhnout a nemohou být proto ani dvodem pípadné reklamace.

Pokud Vám ostejší hrany vadí, je možné tyto na vlastní riziko jednoduše odstranit bžným

odlamovacím nožem, viz. obrázek. Postup si nejprve vyzkoušejte na malém kousku a pokud

budete s výsledkem spokojeni, v odstraování pokraujte. I tak ale doporuujeme zamit se

pouze na vrchní pohledové ás.

Volitelné odstranění otřepu

The sharp edges of acrylic parts are caused by burrs that occur on the extruded acrylic during

laser cung. Such a burr is an inevitable consequence of the manufacturing process and can not

be considered as a product defect.

Burrs can be however easily removed at your own risk with a regular ulity knife.

First try the procedure on a small piece and if you are sased with the result, connue with

larger parts. We do however recommend to focus only on on most exposed front edges of your

enclosure.
