With the TUNAP Injecto-Clean System you have chosen to combine state-of-the-art technology with high
customer satisfaction and sustainable cost reduction. In order to take full advantage of this system, we ask you
to follow closely the instructions and information provided in this device manual.

supplied universal adapters and the separately available connection set 11 13330
2. 2 universal connection adapters for the installation of the TUNAP Injecto Clean System into the vehicle fuel
supply/return line.

Please check that delivery is complete before initial operation of the TUNAP Injecto Clean System. In case
of incomplete delivery please contact TUNAP directly.
Please also check the device and connections for potential shortcomings or damages prior to initial
operation.
If you detect any shortcomings or damages, do not use the device and contact TUNAP.
Special Safety Instructions
Please also consider the additional Service Information / manufacturer’s instructions SI 937 & SI 938 and read
them carefully prior to operating the TUNAP Injecto Clean System for the first time. You find the Service
Information under the QR-Code of the rear panel from the device or contact the TUNAP sales for your country.
The TUNAP Injecto Clean System is intended solely for professional use in the automobile industry and
released only for following cleaning purposes:
Cleaning of diesel injection systems
Cleaning of gasoline injection systems
The security precautions have to be closely followed in order to prevent damage of the device, the vehicle, as
well as to prevent any harm on human life. The Injecto Clean System must be only operated by qualified
personnel with sound knowledge in engine technology.
The Injecto Clean System must not be opened. Opening the unit voids all warranty claims!
Service and maintenance must be carried out solely by the manufacturer of the cleaning
system.
For safety reasons only original TUNAP spare parts and accessories must be used.
Never use the cleaning system in an environment with potentially explosive atmosphere.
If either one of the connecting hoses or the power cable is damaged in any way, they have to be replaced
immediately.
Important information prior to operating
The cleaning is done via the TUNAP Injecto Clean System without removing the injectors of the vehicle.
Prior to disconnecting the fuel lines of the vehicle make sure that they are not under pressure.
Prior to working on the fuel system pay attention to the manufacturer’s regulations.
While operating always wear appropriate protective clothing, safety gloves and protection goggles / safety
mask.
The engine must be at operating temperature prior to cleaning.
Usage
Place the device on a flat surface and assure a safe and secure positioning
Make sure the main switch (ON/OFF) is in OFF position
Connect the power cable (red = plus, black = minus)
Conduct the cleaning as described in SI 937 or SI 938
Important information after operating
After each cleaning the inline-filter has to be replaced.

Conduct a test drive after cleaning. Read out the error memory and reset.
For prevention, after cleaning fill in the appropriate TUNAP system active
substance (see service information / manufacturer’s instructions SI 937& SI
938)
If after cleaning the device is not used for more than 2 days or a vehicle has
to be cleaned with a different fuel type, empty lines and deposit for more
information please see service information / manufacturer’s instructions SI
