IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
The LED light fixture has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) as a feature
to reduce the risk of electric shock. This plug fits in a polarized outlet only one way. If
the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a
qualified electrician. Never use with an extension cord unless plug can be fully inserted.
Do not alter the plug. Read entire installation procedure before you begin.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE FOR PLUG-IN LED LIGHT FIXTURE
Carefully plan out your installation prior to actually securing your LED light fixture to the
mounting surface making sure that your 5ft. line cord will reach the nearest electrical
outlet. For kitchen installations, the recommended mounting for the LED light fixture is
near the front lip of your kitchen under cabinets as shown in the illustration Figure 1. This
provides the best light distribution across a countertop.
1. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO INSTALL LED LIGHT
FIXTURE WHILE PLUGGED IN.
2. Select a suitable dry mounting location (for use
indoors only). Make sure mounting surface is
capable of supporting the LED light fixture.
3. Hold the LED light fixture in desired location and
clearly mark the locations for the mounting holes.
4. Using a 3/32in. drill bit, pre-drill holes into the
mounting surface. Mounting is via keyholes; when
inserting the provided screws, leave 1/8in. of the
screw heads protruding beyond the mounting
surface.
5. Mount the LED light fixture to surface by aligning
screws to keyholes and sliding into place to
secure, as shown in Figures 2 and 3.If necessary,
tigthen screws to secure in place.
6. Plug the LED light fixture into a 120VAC 60Hz
outlet.

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
Your LED light fixture is made from quality materials that will
last for many years with minimum care. When cleaning, make
sure you have unplugged your LED light fixture and have
allowed a sucient amount of time for it to cool to room
temperature. You should clean the housing and lens using
a soft, damp cloth. Do not use chemicals to clean your LED
light fixture, as this could damage or discolor your LED light
fixture. You should plug your LED light fixture back in only
after it has thoroughly dried.

INSTRUCCIONES DE SEGURIDAD IMPORTANTES
La barra de iluminación tiene un enchufe polarizado (es decir una clavija del enchufe es más ancha
que la otra); esta es una característica diseñada para reducir el riesgo de descarga eléctrica. Este
enchufe encaja solo de una manera en un tomacorriente polarizado. Si el enchufe no encaja por
completo en el tomacorriente, inviértalo. Si aun así no encaja, llame a un electricista profesional.
Nunca lo utilice con un cable alargador a menos que el enchufe pueda insertarse por completo. No
modifique el enchufe. Antes de comenzar, lea todo el procedimiento de instalación.
PROCEDIMIENTO DE INSTALACIÓN DE LA
BARRA DE ILUMINACIÓN ENCHUFABLE
Planifique detenidamente la instalación antes de comenzar a
colocar la barra de iluminación en la superficie y asegúrese de
que el cable de 5 pies llegue hasta el tomacorriente eléctrico
más cercano. Para instalaciones en cocinas, se recomienda que
la barra de iluminación se instale cerca del borde frontal de
los gabinetes como se muestra en la ilustración de la Figura 1.
De esta manera, logrará la mejor distribución de luz en toda la
encimera.
1. NO INTENTE INSTALAR LA BARRA DE ILUMINACIÓN
LED SI ESTÁ ENCHUFADA.
2. Seleccione un lugar seco adecuado para la instalación (solo
para uso en interiores). Asegúrese de que la superficie en la
que desea instalar la barra de iluminación LED podrá
soportar el peso.
3. Sostenga la lámpara LED en la ubicación deseada y
marque claramente las ubicaciones para los orificios de
montaje.
4. Con una broca de 3/32 in, perfore los orificios en la
superficies de instalación. La barra de iluminación se debe
instalar insertando los tornillos provistos en los orificios. Deje
1/8 in de la cabeza de los tornillos hacia fuera de la
superficie de instalación.
5. Instale la barra de iluminación LED en la superficie
alineando los tornillos con las ranuras y deslizando la barra
en su lugar hasta que encaje, como se muestra en las
Figuras 2 y 3. De ser necesario, apriete los tornillos para
mayor firmeza.
6. Enchufe la barra de iluminación LED a un tomacorriente
de 120 V CA 60 Hz.

INSTRUCCIONES DE LIMPIEZA
Esta barra de iluminación está fabricada con materiales de la más alta calidad que tendrán una
extensa vida útil si se respetan unos cuidados mínimos. Al realizar la limpieza, asegúrese de haber
desenchufado la barra de iluminación y de haber dejado pasar un tiempo suficiente para que la
unidad se enfríe a temperatura ambiente. Para limpiar la carcasa y el lente, utilice un paño suave y
húmedo. No use sustancias químicas para limpiar la barra de luces LED, ya que esto podría dañarla o
desteñirla. Solo vuelva a enchufar la barra de iluminación una vez que se haya secado por completo.
