SERIES GEARED TROLLEY
This equipment should not be installed, operated or maintained by any person who has
not read and understood all the contents of this manual. Failure to read and comply with the
contents of this manual can result in serious bodily injury or death, and/or property damage.

1. General
This manual provides important information for all personnel involved with the safe
installation, operation and proper maintenance of this product. When using any push trolley
there are different kind of risks that you may incur, risks in own injuries or property
damage. Everyone who comes in contact with installation, maintenance or operation of the
trolley must be fully familiar with the contents of this manual. To protect yourself against
the accumulation of personal injury or property damage you need to follow the following
information and instructions in this manual.
2. Safe Operation lnstructions
1. Before assemble a trolley, the operator should inspect the trolley for wear ordamage
2. Never use a trolley that inspection indicates damaged.
3. Only attach a hoist having a rated capacity equal to or less than the capacity of the
trolley
4. Only operate a trolley when the load is centered under the trolley. Do not "sidepull".
5. Make sure all people are clear of the load path. Do not lift a load overpeople.
6. Avoid collision or bumping of trolley.
7. Ensure stops are securely installed at both ends of the beam prior to using trolley.
8. Never splice a hand chain by inserting a bolt between links.
9. Do not swing a suspended load.
10. Do not make any change to the trolley.

4. Exploded View Drawing 3. Placed over the runway beam. Now tighten the hexagon slotted nuts to the washers
and place a light load under the trolley to make sure all four wheels contact the runway
beam. Now tighten and lock the hexagon slotted nuts firmly against the washers.
6. Maintenance
1. Check the function of the trolley before use.
2. Incase of uncertainties or deformation the trolley has to be taken out of immediately
3. Defect parts have to be replaced by original partsonly.

Measure the actual width of the beam flange. Rotating equalizer pin, make the side
plates close to the Centre
2. Must ensure that the side clearance between wheel flange and runway beam
(about3~5mm).

7. Warranty
1. The warranty enters into force the date that is mentioned on the nameplate and has a
validity of twelve months.
2. The warranty is not transferable without permission of your distributor.
3. Warranty can not be claimed without a nameplate.
4. Warranty only applies when the product is used according to the included manual and
is used exclusively in the way it was designed for.
5. No changes can be made to the product.
6. The warranty dose not apply in case of injudicious use.
7. Possible shipping costs are not covered by the warranty.
8. Repairs should exclusively be carried out by your supplier.
9. Potential maintenance of the product, as described in the user manual, should be
carried out on time.
