Multi-stage centrifugal compressor, together with HVLP spraying pistol create a sophisticated machine,
excellent for precision painting jobs. Operation is very simple and completely safe thanks to the lower air
pressure (0.15 bar). This machine is mainly used with water mixing types of paints. Other type of paints and
paint thinners contain dangerous, explosive or corrosive chemicals. Lower spraying effect contributes to the
environment protection and utilizes better the paint, which make using this machine more economical.
ALL THESE ADVANTAGES ARE AVAILABLE THANKS TO THE HVLP SYSTEM THAT USES LARGE VOLUME
OF LOW-PRESSURE AIR AND APPLIES THE PAINT COAT USING CONSTANT PRESSURE AND AIR
CONSUMPTION.
The package contains:
Multi-stage centrifugal compressor
Air pressure hose
Couplings for inflating and blowing
Viscometer
HLVP spraying pistol

be able to use the pistol again.
•Use paint thinner, recommended by the paint manufacturer for cleaning.
•Clean the pistol in well-ventilated room.
•Follow all safety instructions described above.
Pistol cleaning procedure
•Remove the tank (92).
•Pour out the remaining paint and store it in airtight container for further use.
•Pour a small amount of paint thinner in the tank; shake the pistol and spray out the pant thinner in to any
container used for cleaning purposes. REPEAT THE ABOVE STEPS UNTIL THE PAINT THINNER COMES
OUT COMPLETELY CLEAN.
•Clean all paint residue on the inner or outer tank walls.
•Clean the seal under the tank lid.
Nozzle and needle
•Unscrew the ring (84).
•Remove the chocking nozzle (83).
•Completely loosen the setting screw (71).
•Remove the spring (73).
•Push out the needle (85): do not use a tool to push it out. If the needle cannot be pushed out easily,
loosen the lid nut (76). (The needle ring must stay inside).
•Use the special wrench to unscrew the inner nozzle (81).
•Take out the flat washer (80).
•Place the disassembled parts into a container and clean with paint thinner and brush.
•You must also clean the inside of the pistol and the hose (91).
•Before assembly, blow dry all parts with the multi-stage centrifugal compressor.
CAUTION: Assemble the part in reverse order.
•We recommend to assemble the inner nozzle (81) first, and THEN the needle (85).
•Lubricate the lid nut (76) with small amount of grease. Tighten the loose nut carefully. The needle must
move freely.
7
•Dilute the paint according to the manufacturer instructions.
•If needed, add more paint thinner AND PERFORM TESTING ON A PIECE OF CARDBOARD OR WOOD.
Once you find out the correct consistency of the paint, dilute the entire container accordingly.
Surface preparation for painting
•The best results will be achieved if you CLEAN the surface of the work piece thoroughly before applying
any paint.
•Remove any residue of old paint, rust and dirt from the surface. Use suitable sanding paper.
•Cover dents or scratches with potty compound or sand it with sanding paper if needed.
•Remove dust, dirt and other imperfections from the surface.
•Make sure that no oil or grease stains are present on the surface.
Spraying pistol HVLP
•Place the paint tank (92) on the pistol and secure it in place.
•Connect the hose (2) to the pistol handle (7) as seen on the picture 5.
•To select the required paint spray shape (pic. 6), release the adjusting ring (84) and set the nozzle
position (83): HH = horizontal spraying, VV = vertical spraying, CC = round spraying (pic. 6).
•Seal (80) has four position notches that help you to set the position of the chocking nozzle (83).
The position is fixed in place by the clamp that is protruding upwards from the bottom.
•After you choose the spraying shape, tighten the adjusting ring (84).
•Use the horizontal and vertical settings (HH - VV) when painting large areas. The round or circular shape is
used to paint small objects or to paint in hard-to-reach areas such as corners, edges etc.
Function and use of the multistage centrifugal compressor
•The compressor supplies the compressed air that is necessary to operate your tool.
•The air travels through the chocking nozzle (83). The paint is sprayed out only if you press the trigger (77).
FUNCTION AND USE OF THE SPRAY PISTOL
The diffuser may be adjusted easily. See picture 3.
•Close the adjusting screw (71) completely, by turning it to the right.
•Press the trigger (77) and slowly open the paint supply screw (71) until the amount of the paint is correct.
•Move the spray pistol continuously and keep CONSTANT DISTANCE from the painted surface. About
10 - 30 cm based on the paint setting. It is also necessary to move the pistol along the painted area
parallel to each other.
•Warning: Never use circular motion during painting. The quality of the coat is reduced significantly.
(See pic. 7).
•At the end of each spray motion release the trigger (77) and press it again at the beginning of the next
motion. That way the borders of each painted path will melt together and will not be seen. This is very
important when painting large areas. (See pic. 8).
•The spray motion must be horizontal if you use spraying shape VV (pic. 6) and vertical if you use spraying
shape HH. (Also pic. 6).
•If you use the (CC) shape, keep the pistol at greater distance from the painted surface.
ALWAYS PERFORM TEST PAINTING ON A PIECE OF CARDBOARD OR WOOD BEFORE ACTUAL PAINTING.
Additional use of the multistage centrifugal compressor.
•After you have connected the adapter piece (5) with the hose (2), you may use the compressor for
pressure cleaning or for inflating various objects.
