Product Description and Application
A bicycle pedal with an aluminium centre body and an aluminium tread cage, specially designed to use on trekking
and mountain bikes.
FEATURES
• The pedals are equipped with durable cone ball bearings
• The pedals come with attached and approved retro-reflectors on both sides
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Pedal type
“Aluminium Cage Pedal” comes with:
• Aluminium body, die cast, shiny ball polished
• Tread cage made of aluminium, silver anodized.
Bearing
• Adjustable cone ball bearing system, on both sides
• With 13 x 1/8” bearing balls each side
Axle
• Boron-steel, heat treated to 75HRA (+/-3) case hardness
• With 9/16” x 20TPI threading
Retro Reflectors
• “Snap on” reflectors on both sides
• Approved (BS, JIS, TPP) and in accordance with German StVZO regulations (K370/K369)

*Length = maximum pedal length while mounted (protruding out of the crank)

The pedal passed the TÜV test and is certificated to meet the EN standard

INSTALLATION
Installation & Maintenance
• For assembly and disassembly of your pedal please check the pedal assembly instructions
• Check your pedal conditions before every ride
• Adjustment and lubrication of the ball bearings is possible
OPTIONS
This pedal is also available with an aluminium body and a black powder coated steel cage.
