ISDK STATION OPERATION
※Please refer to the Programming Manual to program the following programmable flexible function key
such as [DSS] key (kind 2 item 46) means you can refer to programming item 46 of kind 2 for setting
[DSS] key.
【A】MAKING A CALL
1. Making An Intercom Call
1. 1 Off-Hook Dialing
a. Lift handset.
b. Dial the called station no. or DSS key. (PGM kind 2 item 46)
c. To speak when the called party answers.
d. Hang up the handset after speaking.
1.2 Full Handsfree (Option, for the key telephone with full handsfree, PGM kind 2 item 20 = 1)
a. Dial the called station no. or DSS key.
b. To speak when the called party answers.
c. Press "SPKR" key when the called party hang up the call.
Remarks: 1. It is available to call the called party by voice call or ringing call and change the type
by pressing "PAGE" key.
2. If the called party uses full handsfree telephone and set up "allowed" to be started
speaker directly (PGM kind 2 item 57), you can dial the called station
no. or DSS key and then press "*" key to speak with him directly.
2.Making An Outgoing Call
2.1 Off-Hook Dialing
a. Lift handset.
b. Press any idle CO line key or assigned CO line key or press "0" operation code (function no.24)
to hunt any idle CO line.
c. Dial the outgoing telephone no. when hear the CO dialing tone.
d. To speak when the called party answers.
e. Hang up the handset after speaking.

2.2 Full Handsfree (Option, for the key telephone with full handsfree )
a. Lift handset.
b. Press any idle CO line key or assigned CO line key or press "0" operation code (function no.24)
to hunt any idle CO line.
c. Dial the outgoing telephone number when hearing the CO dial tone.
d. To speak when the called party answers.
e. Press "SPKR" key to hang up the call after speaking.
【B】ANSWERING A CALL
1. Answering An Intercom / CO Incoming Call
1.1 Lift the handset directly when the telephone set is ringing.
1.2 Press "SPKR" key (for handsfree keyphone) when the telephone set is ringing.
2. Call Pick-up (also for single line telephone)
2.1 Pick up any call : Press "system pick up" key (PGM kind 2 item 46) or press "*108" opearation
code (function no.8).
2.2 Group pick up
2.2.1 The same group is ringing and press the "group pick-up" key or press "*6" operation code
(function no.7)
2.2.2 Set the PGM kind 2 item 60 to be "1", then lift the handset to be "group pick-up"
automatically.
2.3 Individual pick up (also for single line telephone)
2.3.1 Press the "individual pick-up" key (PGM kind 2 item 46) or press "*106" operation code
(function no.6) and then press the ringing station no.
2.3.2 Set the station no. (PGM kind 2 item 61) and then lift the handset will answer the
ringing phone automatically.
3. Answering Page Call
3.1 Being paged station
1. For digital keyphone →Lift handset →press "#" key →speak to the paging party
2. For single line telephone →Press "*6" operation code (function no.7) →press "#" key →
speak to the paging party
3.2 Not being paged station
a. Lift handset.

b. Press "group pick-up" key (PGM kind 2 item 46) or press "*6" operation code (function no.7)
c. Press "PAGE" key and speak to the paging party.
【C】DIALING MODE
1. Speed Dialing Number Setting (also for single line telephone)
1.1 System speed dialing and individual speed dialing could be programmed 0000-1999 numbers
(PGM kind 1 item 70, 72). Each number Max. 32 digits.
(Default→system speed dialing:90 numbers, individual speed dialing:25 numbers)
1.2 Operation
1. For digital keyphone
a. Press "SPD" keyor "#" operation code (function no.4), then press "#" key.
b. Enter speed dial number (system speed dialing: 00-89 or individual speed
dialing: 900-924) or press "one-touch" key (function no.22).
c. Enter telephone number
c.1) Enter the registered telephone number (Max.32 digits, please press "HOLD" key to
make "pause" digit for pager call.)
c.2) Program last outgoing telephone number, press "REDIAL" key.
c.3) Program the telephone number in "memory redial", press "MEMO" key.
c.4) If need to clear the old registered telephone number, the 1st key to press "*" to clear it.
d. Hang up after programming or press "SPD" key to register another speed dialing
continuously as per the above point C.
2. For single line telephone (SLT)
a. Lift handset
b. Press "#" operation code (function no.4) and "#" key
c. Enter telephone number and hang up the handset
2. Speed Dialing
The telephone number could be saved in system memory for speed dialing.
Operation:
a. Press "SPD" key or operation code (function no.4).
b. Press speed dialing number "00-89" (system speed dialing) or "900-924" (individual
speed dialing).

3. Memory Dialing
To memorize a telephone number during speaking and redial the memorized telephone number
after hang up the call.
3.1 To memorize the telephone number which is told by your call party.
a. Press "MEMO" key (PGM kind 2 item 46) during speaking on a call.
b. Enter the told telephone number.
c. Press "MEMO" key and auto catch CO line to dial out.
3.2 Making A Memory Redial : (two ways are available)
a. Press "MEMO" key →auto catch CO line to dial out
b. Press any idle CO line key →press "MEMO" key
4. Last Number Redial (two ways are available)
a. Press "REDIAL" key or "*7" operation code (function no.19).
b. Press any idle CO line key and press "REDIAL" key.
5. One-touch Dialing
Press the registered one-touch dialing function key to make the outside call directly.
6. Pause for Outgoing Call Dialing
When dial a pager call, you can press "HOLD" key for a "PAUSE" in order to make the last
number redial.
7. To Change The CO Dialing From Pulse To DTMF
Press "*" or "#" during dialing a CO call, the pulse dialing will be changed to DTMF dialing
automatically.

【D】SPEAKING ON A CALL
1. Hold
1.1 Intercom or CO call Hold: Press "HOLD" key.
1.2 CO Call Exclusive Hold (two ways are available)
a. Press "HOLD" key twice (Only the original holding station can retrieve the held CO call.)
b. Press "Exclusive Hold" key (PGM kind 2 item 46) or the operation code (function no.87) during
talking on a CO call.
1.3 To Retrieve the holding CO call (two ways are available)
a. Press the slow blinking CO key and assign the CO line key (e.g. press *001 to catch the TK1).
b. Press the operation code (function no.37) to retrieve the holding CO call.
1.4 To Retrieve holding intercom call (two ways are available)
a. Dial the station no. or the operation code (function no.36).
b. Press the slow blinking DSS key.
2. Transfer
2.1 Hold and Transfer
a. Press "HOLD" key.
b. Dial the called station number →Tell the call message to called party.
c. Hang up the handset.
(Remark: pick-up the hold call →a) COcall: Press the slow blinking CO line key.
b) Intercom call: Press the station no.
2.2 Direct Transfer
a. Press "TRAN" key or "FLASH".
b. Dial the called station number.
c. Hang up the handset when hear the ringing back tone.
2.3 Consulting Transfer
2.3.1 Press "TRAN" key or "FLASH".
2.3.2 Dial the called station number and consult with the called party to answer.
a. If the called party will not answer, just hang up his handset and the transferring party
answer the calling party and then hang up the handset.
b. If the called party will answer, the transferring party hangs up handset directly.

2.4 Broker's call
2.4.1 During speaking on a call, press "TRAN" or "FLASH" and then dial a new call or answer
other incoming call. (The 1 st call will be held temporary.)
2.4.2 Press "TRAN" to switch the 1 st and the 2 nd call.
2.5 Conference call (PGM kind 2 item 46) (also for single line telephone)
2.5.1 Join The Conference Call
Press "TRAN" key or "FLASH" →Dial the joiner's station number or telephone no.
→Press "CONF" key during speaking
2.5.2 Release The Conference Call
Any party can hang up to leave three parties conference, another two parties continue
speaking. If another two parties are CO lines, the call will be cut off immediately.
2.6 CO Flash (two ways are available)
Use this function to operate some of PTT service or the (programmable) flash of PABX.
a. To press "Flash" key (PGM kind 2 item 46) directly if the telephone set has set this function key.
b. Press "TRAN" key and then the operation code (function no.94).
2.7 CO Recall Flash (two ways are available)
If dial a wrong telephone number or speaking on a call and wish to cut the existing call and
then access the same CO line to make another outgoing call, you can use this function.
a. Press "Recall" key (PGM kind 2 item 46) directly if the telephone has set this function key.
b. Press "TRAN" key and then the operation code (function no.95).
2.8 Receiving Volume Control
Press "▲" or "▼" on VOLUME key to control the receiving volume. (There are 32 segments
for the volume control)
2.9 Open The Electric Door Lock
Press "#" key during speaking with the doorphone.
