4) Insert the connecting cable (H07RN-F
3x1.5mm² type) through the cable gland.
Assemble and screw the cable gland as shown in
Fig. 4. The cable gland must be pressed in ush
with the housing wall and close tight.
• Electrical connection
This uorescent lamp is a Class I product that
requires an earth connection.
1) First connect the yellow and green earth wire
then the N blue wire (neutral) and the L brown wire
(live) (observe the order) (Fig. 5 and 6). The earth
wire should be longer than the L and N wires.
2) Check that the electrical connection is correct
again before starting up.
3) Put the reector back on the lamp.
4) Insert the uorescent tube(s) and secure by
turning a quarter turn (Fig. 7).
5) Snap the fastening clips into the provided slots
(Fig. 8 and 9).
6) Place and close the bowl hermetically with
fastening clips. Make sure the bowl is positioned
correctly.
7) Restore the power supply and switch the lamp
on. Check that the lamp is working properly.
• Disassembly
In order to unmount the lamp, rst cut the power
supply. Hold the bowl and remove it by opening
the fastening clips. Remove the tube(s) by turning
a quarter turn. Pinch the plastic clamps to remove
the reector. Disconnect the lamp from power
supply at the terminal block. Remove the lamp
from its installation site.
• Electronic ballast
The uorescent lamp is tted with an electronic
ballast. This device is a cost-eective solution
for installation. It enables (with respect to
ferromagnetic ballast) to:
- simplify the wiring (no starter or capacitor)
- increase the tube lifetime
- reduce the consumption of current
- decrease the design of electrical installation
(cables, MCB…)
7/ Parts replacement and maintenance
Tube replacement
- Make sure no voltage is connected to the
uorescent lamp.
- Open the fastening clips to remove the bowl.
- Turn a quarter turn and remove the defective
tube from the connecting pins.
- Place the new tube and turn it a quarter turn to
x it. Always use the same tube type as the original
one.
Cleaning
The cleaning of your lamp should be carried out
with a soft dry cloth. Do not use chimical products.

Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU, EMC Directive
2014/30/EU and to Ecodesign Directive for
energy-related products (ErP) 2009/125/EC
according to EC regulation N°245/2009, as
amended by EU regulation N°347/2010.
