For Your Safety
1. Road Safety
Always keep your hands free to operate your vehicle while driving. Park your vehicle
before using your phone.
2. Turning off your phone for air travel
Use of wireless telephones in an aircraft may disrupt the operation of the aircraft. It is
dangerous and illegal. Please ensure that the phone is turned off before going aboard.
3. Turn off your phone in hospitals
Follow any restrictions or rules. Switch off your phone near medical equipment.
4. Turn your phone when refueling
Switch off your phone at a gas station.
5. Switch off phones near blast points
Don’t use your phone where blasting is in progress. Observe restrictions and follow
any regulations or rules.
6. Enhancements and Batteries
Use only the approved enhancements and batteries. Do not connect incompatible
products.
7. Emergency Calls
Ensure that the phone is switched on. Enter the emergency number, and then press
the call key. Do not end the call until given permission.

2. Getting started
2.1 Installing the SIM card
Press and hold the power/end key to turn off the phone.
Remove the battery cover and then the battery.
Insert the SIM card into the SIM card holder. Ensure that the metal contacts
face the phone.
Re-install the battery. Place the battery cover onto the back of your phone and
slide it forward until the latch catches the cover.
Note: A SIM card can be easily damaged if its metal contacts become scratched.
Therefore, take special care when holding or inserting it and keep it away from
children.
2.2 Charging the battery
The battery is not fully charged when it is first unpacked. It takes three charging-
discharging cycles for the battery to reach its peak performance.
Charge a battery according to the following steps:
Connect the charger to the connection jack of the phone in the proper
direction, and connect the charger to a main socket.
The phone displays "Charger Connected!" and starts charging after properly
connected. The battery icon dynamically displays the charging process. In
switch-off state, the phone dynamically displays the charging process.
When the battery is fully charged, the charging process stops automatically,
and the battery icon indicates full grid on the screen. After the battery is fully
charged, remove the charger from the phone and socket as soon as possible.
3. Basic Functions
3.1 Power on and off
To turn the phone on and off press and hold the power button at the top of the
device.
3.2 Make a call
Enter the phone number including the area code. Press Call key to complete the call.
3.3 Make an extension call
When making an extension call, press “*” key several times to get the “P” that is a
prefix of extension numbers. It will dial automatically after several seconds since you
dialed the telephone number.
3.4 Make an international call
First, enter the country code, then the area code and the phone number, and press
the call key. “+” is needed when entering a country code. The “+” icon can be entered
by pressing the “*” key several times.

4. Contacts
The phone provides two kinds of storage for your media: the SIM card and the phone
internal memory. The phone can store up to 300 entries. The capacity of the SIM card
depends on the type of SIM card provided by your network operator.
5. Writing a Message
First choose “New SMS” from the menu. Then choose “Create a new message” and
enter your message text.Additionallyyou can press the menu key (Options) and select
the required items, including options to insert template, add contact info, and save to
Drafts. You may press the send button when the message is ready to send.
6. Bluetooth
To turn on your Bluetooth, first navigate to the Applications menu and choose
Bluetooth and the “On” option. From the Bluetooth menu you can find all other
available Bluetooth enabled devices. From the Bluetooth menu you may also connect
your hands-free device if it is shown in the list (the Bluetooth connection icon would
appear in the status column on the top of screen).
Paired devices will display previous devices connected to the phone’s Bluetooth.
7. SIM Card Settings
When you are on a flight where the use of 2G MOBILE PHONE is prohibited, select
“Airplane Mode” so that the phone will not connect to any network. However, alarm
and calendar reminder will remain on. You can still use the entertainment features
such as the audio player and camera in flight mode.
8. Phone Settings
8.1 Time and date
Set time: Set your time.
Set date: Set the current date
Time format: Format for the time.
Date display type: Set display type
Update time setting: Update date and time automatically from network
8.2 Select language
Select the language for your handset. There are a variety of languages for you to
choose: [English], [Francais], [Portugues] and [Espanol] Input method settings: Set
input method for text entry.
8.3 Shortcut settings
Set all shortcut keys
8.4 Auto power on/off
Set the time to power on/off the phone automatically.

8.5 Restore factory settings
Reset the phone to default values (factory settings).
To reset the phone, the password is required. By default the password is "1234".
8.6 Display settings
Wallpaper settings: Set the standby image of the phone.
Idle display setting: Set Idle display.
Contrast: Set the backlight brightness.
Keypad backlight time: Set the Keypad backlight timer
Auto keypad lock: The keypad lock prevents unintentional phone usage. However,
you can still receive calls and make emergency calls from the phone.
9. Security
The phone provides several security options to protect your phone from misuse.
1. PIN
Open: If you choose to enable your phone PIN you will need to enter the PIN
every time you use the device.
Update: to update your PIN you must enter the old PIN first.
Close: enter the correct PIN code.
Warning: Please be careful using this function. Do not forget your password. If your
password is forgotten, please consult the network operators. If your code is entered
incorrectly 10 times, the SIM card will cease to function.
9.1 Phone lock
If the phone lock is activated, the phone lock password will be requested after the
phone turned on. The default password is "1234". If the phone is locked, only
emergency calls can be made but calls can still be received.
Modify the cell phone password
The password of your 2G MOBILE PHONE can be reset.
Lock screen by end-key
Set a key lock according to hang up key screen.
Fixed dial number
Open the fixed dial-up function. If not you should find an operator for help.
Blacklist
The phone cannot receive calls from a number if the number was added to the black
list of the phone.

10. Network settings
Data account
Customize your Internet account. To add to the Internet account, In the Internet
interface, press “Option” and then add new account and input the proper APN
settings into the new account. Save the account.
GPRS Service
You can choose to turn Data on/Off

This 2G MOBILE PHONE meets the government's requirements for exposure to radio waves. The
guidelines are based on standards that were developed by independent scientific organizations through
periodic and thorough evaluation of scientific studies. The standards include a substantial safety margin
designed to assure the safety of all persons regardless of age or health.
FCC RF Exposure Information and Statement
The SAR limit of USA (FCC) is 1.6 W/kg averaged over one gram of tissue. Device types: 2G MOBILE
PHONE (FCC ID: 2ADR3U152) has also been tested against this SAR limit. The highest SAR value
reported under this standard during product certification for use at the ear is 0.871W/kg and when
properly worn on the body is 1.519W/kg. This device was tested for typical body-worn operations with the
back of the handset kept 10mm from the body. To maintain compliance with FCC RF exposure
requirements, use accessories that maintain a 10mm separation distance between the user's body and
the back of the handset. The use of belt clips, holsters and similar accessories should not contain metallic
components in its assembly. The use of accessories that do not satisfy these requirements may not
comply with FCC RF exposure requirements, and should be avoided.
Body-worn Operation
This device was tested for typical body-worn operations. To comply with RF exposure requirements, a
minimum separation distance of 10mmmust be maintained between the user’s body and the handset,
including the antenna. Third-party belt-clips, holsters, and similar accessories used by this device should
not contain any metallic components. Body-worn accessories that do not meet these requirements may
not comply with RF exposure requirements and should be avoided. Use only the supplied or an approved
antenna.
