For Your Safety
1. Road Safety
Always keep your hands free to operate the vehicle while driving. Park the vehicle
before using your phone.
2. Turning off phone for air travel
Using of wireless telephones in aircraft may disrupt the operation of the aircraft. It is
dangerous and illegal. Please insure the phone is turned off before going aboard.
3. Turn off phone in hospitals
Follow any restrictions or rules. Switch off the phone near medical equipment.
4. Turn off phone when refueling
Switch off the phone at a gas station.
5. Switch off phones near blast points
Don’t use the phone where blasting is in progress. Observe restrictions and follow any
regulations or rules.
6. Enhancements and Batteries
Use only the approved enhancements and batteries. Do not connect incompatible
products.
7. Emergency Calls
Ensure the phone is switched on. Enter the emergency number, and then press the
call key. Do not end the call until the permission.

2. Getting started
2.1 Installing the SIM card
Press and hold the power/ending key to turn off the phone.
Remove the battery cover and then the battery.
Insert the SIM card into the card holder. Ensure that the metal contacts face
the phone.
Re-install the battery. Place the battery cover onto the back of your phone
and slide it forward until the latch catches the cover.
Note: A SIM card can be easily damaged if its metal contacts become scratched.
Therefore, take special care when holding or inserting it and keep it away from
children.
2.2 Charging the battery
The battery is not fully charged when first unpacked. It takes three charging-
discharging cycles for the battery to reach its peak performance.
Charge a battery according to the following steps:
Connect the charger to the connection jack of the phone in the proper
direction, and connect the charger to a main socket.
The phone displays "Charger Connected!" and starts charging after properly
connected. The battery icon dynamically displays the charging process. In
switch-off state, the phone dynamically displays the charging process.
When the battery is fully charged, the charging process stops automatically,
and the battery icon indicates full grid on the screen. After the battery is fully
charged, remove the charger from the phone and socket as soon as possible.
3. Basic Functions
3.1 Power on and off
Press and hold at top of power key to turn on/off the phone.
3.2 Make a call
Enter the phone number including the area code. Press Call key to make a call.
3.3 Make an extension call
When making an extension call, press “*” key several times to get “P” that is a prefix
of extension numbers. It will dial automatically after several seconds since you dialed
the telephone number.
3.4 Make an international call
Enter the country code, the area code and the phone number, press call key. “+” is
needed when input country code, and it can be got by pressing the “*” key several
times.

4. Contacts
The phone provides two kinds of storage media: SIM card and phone. The phone can
store 300 entries. The capacity of Contacts on your SIM card depends on the type of
SIM card provided by your network operator.
5. Writing a message
New SMS
Create a new message.
Enter text.
You may press the menu key (Options) and select the required items, including insert
template, add contact info, and save to Drafts.
You may press the send button when the message is ready to send.
6. Bluetooth
Power on the Bluetooth by entering the Applications menu.
Bluetooth visibility: Allow you to find all other Bluetooth hands-free devices within
the allowable scope of Bluetooth, and list all items; you may connect and match the
hands-free device in the list (the Bluetooth connection icon would appear in the
status column on the top of screen).
Paired device: It would display the history records of various devices connected to the
Bluetooth for the following operations of the devices in the records.
7. SIM Card Settings
When you are on a flight where the use of mobile phones is prohibited, select flight
mode so that the phone will not connect to any network. However, alarm and
calendar reminder will remain on. You can still use the entertainment features such
as audio player and camera in flight mode.
8. Phone Settings
8.1 Time and date
Set time: Set your time.
Set date: Set the current date
Time format: Format for the time.
Date display type: Set on display type
Update time setting: Update date and time automatically from network
8.2 Select language
Select the language for your handset. There are a variety of languages for you to
choose: [English], [Frarncais],[Portugues] and [Espanol] Input method settings: Set
input method for text entry.

8.4 Auto power on/off
Set time to power on/off the phone automatically.
8.5 Restore factory settings
Reset the phone to default values (factory settings).
The phone password is required, which is "1234" by default.
8.6 Display settings
Wallpaper settings: Set the standby image of the phone.
Idle display setting: Set Idle display.
Contrast: Set the backlight brightness.
Keypad backlight time: Set the Keypad backlight time
Auto keypad lock: Keypad lock prevents the unintentional phone usage.
However, you can still be called and you can make emergency calls.
9. Security
The phone provides several security options to protect your phone from misuse.
1. PIN
Open: enable PIN inspection, every time you open the cellular phone, need to
input PIN code.
Update: you must open the PIN code firstly to modify PIN code.
Close: enter the correct PIN code.
Warning: Please be careful using this function. Do not forget PUK password. If PUK
password is forgoten, please consult the network operators. If PUK code is entered
incorrectly 10 times, the SIM card will cease to function.
9.1 Phone lock
If the phone lock is activated, the phone lock password is requested after the phone
switched on. The default password is "1234". If the phone is locked, only emergency
calls can be made.
Modify the cell phone password
The password of mobile phones can be reset.
Lock screen by end-key
Set a key lock according to hang up key screen.
Fixed dial number
Open the fixed dial-up function. If not you should find an operator for help.
Blacklist
The phone cannot receive the call from this number if this number was added to the
black list of the phone.

10. Network settings
Data account
Customize the Internet account. To add to the Internet account, In the Internet
interface, press [option], Add new account: Input the proper APN settings into the
new account. Save the account.
GPRS Service

This 3G Mobile Phone meets the government's requirements for exposure to radio waves.
The guidelines are based on standards that were developed by independent scientific
organizations through periodic and thorough evaluation of scientific studies. The standards
include a substantial safety margin designed to assure the safety of all persons regardless of
age or health.
FCC RF Exposure Information and Statement The SAR limit of USA (FCC) is 1.6 W/kg averaged
over one gram of tissue. Device types: U160 (FCC ID:2ADR3U160) has also been tested
against this SAR limit. The highest SAR value reported under this standard during product
certification for use at the ear is 0.245W/kg and when properly worn on the body is
0.436W/kg. This device was tested for typical body-worn operations with the back of the
handset kept1.0cm from the body. To maintain compliance with FCC RF exposure
requirements, use accessories that maintain a 1.0cm separation distance between the user's
body and the back of the handset. The use of belt clips, holsters and similar accessories
should not contain metallic components in its assembly. The use of accessories that do not
satisfy these requirements may not comply with FCC RF exposure requirements, and should
be avoided.

Body-worn Operation
This device was tested for typical body-worn operations. To comply with RF exposure
requirements, a minimum separation distance of 1.0 cm must be maintained between the
user’s body and the handset, including the antenna. Third-party belt-clips, holsters, and
similar accessories used by this device should not contain any metallic components. Body-

1. La seguridad vial
Mantenga siempre las manos libres para maniobrar con el vehículo mientras conduce.

2. Primeros pasos
2.1 Instalación de la tarjeta SIM
Mantenga pulsada la tecla de encendido / fin de apagar el teléfono.
Retire la tapa de la batería y luego la batería.
Inserte la tarjeta SIM en el soporte de la tarjeta. Asegúrese de que los
contactos de metal se enfrentan al teléfono.
Vuelva a instalar la batería. Coloque la tapa de la batería en la parte posterior
del teléfono y deslícela hacia adelante hasta que el pestillo queda la portada.
Nota: Una tarjeta SIM se puede dañar fácilmente si los contactos de
metal se rayan. Por lo tanto, tenga especial cuidado al llevar a cabo o la inserción y
mantenerlo alejado de los niños.
2.2 Carga de la batería
La batería no está completamente cargada cuando desempaquetado primero. Se

Lista negra
El teléfono no puede recibir la llamada de este número, si se añade este número a la
lista de negro del teléfono.
10. Configuración de red
Cuenta de datos
Personalice la cuenta de Internet. Para añadir a la cuenta de Internet, en la interfaz de
