Quick User Guide

Thank you for choosing iConnect wireless intruder control panel. This quick start guide
describes the main user operating actions of the iConnect . To view the full version of the user

Flashing red : Alarm

Flashing yellow: (Slow) Low
battery, (Fast) AC loss

Edit/Delete User Code
1.From the main display press .
2.Enter master code (Default code 1234)
3.Select [4] User Code and press
4.Select a user and press
5. Select [1] Edit Code.
6. Edit the user code or enter 0000
to delete
7. Press
Bypass / Unbypass a Zone
1. From the main display press .
2. Enter master code (Default code 1234)
3. On the Main menu, press [21]
4. Select a zone and press to
toggle
5. To save the status, press

Controlling the System through SMS

Telephone Control Commands
1. Dial the cellular number of the premises and wait until the system answers and two tones
are heard.
2. Within 15 seconds, enter the Telecontrol Code (code 29). After a tone sounds, press:
3 : Full arm
6: Disarm
7: Extend the call
9: Cancel siren
2: 2 Way Audio
430 / 431: PGM on
530 / 531: PGM off
*#: Disconnect the line

: Perimeter Arm, PGM
+ : Panic alarm (press and hold down)
Register to RISCO Cloud
1. Go to www.riscocloud.com/register
2. Fill in your first name and last name.
3. Enter your email address as Login Name (required for 1st time activation and can be
altered later)
4. Define password (minimum of 6 characters and at least one digit) and confirm.
5. Enter in the 15 digit Panel ID as it appears on the sticker located on the side of the panel.
6. Complete registration form and press the Register Button.
7. To complete registration open the email message received on the email account you
defined as Login Name.
Login to RISCO Cloud
1. Go to www.riscocloud.com.
2. Enter User Name and Password that you supplied during the registration process.
3. Enter Passcode (iConnect User Code).
4. Click the Enter button.
You can also login to RISCO Cloud using your Smartphone: Download
RISCO Cloud app from the Apple App store or from Google Play Store for
android devices.
