SECURITY &ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION
Before your starting, familiarize yourself with how to operation, so that you can keep the
skateboard in the best condition. Otherwise you will get crashed, fell down or lose control.
When you are learning the skateboard, make sure that all safely measures are made.
Like wearing a helmet, knee pads, elbow pads and other protective gears. Please wear
appropriate clothes, this will help you to handle emergencies better.
Check the condition of your product before each use.
The product is not allowed to use the lanes reserved for motor vehicles. When using the
product, you must respect local traffic laws, and give priority to pedestrians.
It is recommended to use the cycle paths. We advise the elderly and pregnant women not
to use the product. The use of the product is prohibited at -14 years old.
This device may be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities
or lack of experience or knowledge, if they are properly supervised, or if instructions for
the use of the device, safely, were given to them and if the risks were apprehended.
Always check, before use, the correct charge of the battery (see charging section of the
manual).
Do not use after drinking or taking narcotics. Do not carry objects while driving. The
product is designed to carry one person at a time. Do not do acrobatics.
Be aware of surrounding things like sidewalks, bumps or uneven floors. Do not use the
product on steps higher than 3cm, on an oily surface, frozen, or on damaged roads or
with signage works. Do not use the product under the rain or in an environment with
water. Avoid driving on steep slopes. Do not drive in dark places.
When using the product, make sure your feet are always in the correct position.
Do not start or stop suddenly, otherwise the battery and the product may be damaged.
To prevent product damage, do not place the unit near water or objects filled with liquids.
If a heavy object or liquid should fall on the device, have it checked by qualified personnel
before using it again.

POWER SUPPLY
The charger supplied with the product is specific to the product. Using another charger
may damage the product or cause accidents.
Do not touch substances leaking from the battery. Do not let animals and children touch
the battery. Batteries contain dangerous substances, do not open the battery, do not
insert anything into the battery.
If the storage temperature is below 0 ° C, do not charge the product. You can place it in
a temperate environment (over 10 ° C) for charging. Do not leave the product charged
unattended. Do not let the product charge more than 3 hours.
Warning! Air transport of your product may be regulated or prohibited because of the
lithium battery.
PRECAUTIONS OF USE
We are not responsible for the improper use of the product. Don’t use the product in heavy
rain or when the temperature is -5 ° C or + 45 ° C.
HOW TO USE
LOAD THE PRODUCT
1. Make sure the charging connector is clean and dry.

2. Start by plugging the switch into the power interface, then plug the other end of
the charger into the product.
3. When the red indicator lights up on the charger, it means that the charging is carried
out correctly, if it is not the case, check all the connections of the cables.
4. When the LED on the charger changes from red to green, the battery is fully
charged. Stop loading. Charge time too long could affect the battery.
5. When the remote-control battery is low, the connection indicator (7) flashes. Turn
off the skateboard and charge the remote control. Do not use the product when the
remote-control battery is low.
USE THE PRODUCT
1. Make sure skateboard and remote control are fully charged before use. Turn on the
skateboard and the remote control.
2. Stand on the skateboard, both feet apart.
3. Push and hold the button (3) slowly to accelerate. Release slowly to slow down.
Hold the button to stop.
To turn, use the body weight.
4. Slide the "speed mode" button (4) to adjust the speed. It is recommended to use
the "slow" speed when starting.
5. Turn off the skateboard and the remote control when you are no longer using the
product.
If you do not turn off the device, it will remain on for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes
without using the product, it will turn off automatically.
CLEANING
Never open the product to clean otherwise will void the warranty.
Unplug the product from the wall outlet before cleaning the product.
Clean the outside of the product with a damp cloth. Never use abrasive cloth, scouring
powder or solvent such as alcohol or gasoline.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Do not disassemble or modify the battery of the device. Refer all servicing to qualified
personnel. Troubleshooting is necessary if the appliance has been damaged in any way:
plug or power cord damaged, liquid spilled on the product, introduction of small objects
in the product, exposure to rain or moisture, malfunctions, dropping the products…

GUARANTEE CONDITIONS
URBANGLIDE’s available guarantee is valid for 2 years for your product and 3 months
for its accessories (power supply, cables...).
URBANGLIDE guarantees your products against any manufacturing or assembling faults.
This guarantee only applies to the first purchase of your product by the end user and is
not transferable if the device is resold. This warranty does not cover any incompatibilities
found by end user apart from recommendations specified on the packaging.
The guarantee doesn’t cover failures or defects induced by non-compliance to this
manual’s instructions, neglect, alteration, improper installation or maintenance,
reparation or alteration not authorized by URBANGLIDE, improper testing, accident or
external factors such as excessive heat or humidity, power failures or improper installation
of the product (not exhaustive).
The only contractual obligation endorsed by URBANGLIDE pertains to the reparation or
replacement of a defective product. In any case, URBANGLIDE won't be bound to any
financial responsibility for any amount exceeding the value of the product purchased by
the end user.
This guarantee is well defined and cannot be modified, decreased or increased without
written consent from URBANGLIDE. In addition, URBANGLIDE cannot be held
responsible for any technical advice or service provided in relation to your product.

You are not the grantee of this current warranty. This warranty covers only your product
and is governed by European law.

INFORMATIONS DE SECURITE &ENVIRONNEMENT
Avant votre 1ère utilisation du skateboard, familiarisez-vous avec ses méthodes de
fonctionnement. Ainsi vous éviterez d’endommager le produit ou de perdre le contrôle de
celui-ci.
Assurez-vous de prendre toutes les mesures de sécurité comme : porter un casque, des
genouillères, des coudières, des protections pour les poignets et autres équipements de
protection. Portez des vêtements appropriés, cela vous aidera en cas de chute.
Vérifiez le bon état de marche de votre produit avant chaque utilisation.
Le produit n’est pas autorisé à emprunter les voies réservées aux véhicules à moteur. Lors
de l’utilisation du produit, vous devez respecter les lois de la circulation locale, et donner
la priorité aux piétons. Il est recommandé d’emprunter les pistes cyclables.
Nous conseillons aux personnes âgées et femmes enceintes de ne pas utiliser le produit.
L’utilisation du produit est interdite au -14 ans.
Cet appareil peut être utilisé par des personnes ayant des capacités physiques,
sensorielles ou mentales réduites ou dénuées d’expérience ou de connaissance, si elles
sont correctement surveillées ou si les instructions relatives à l’utilisation de l’appareil, en
toute sécurité, leur ont été données et si les risques encourus ont été appréhendés.
Toujours vérifier, avant toute utilisation, la bonne charge de la batterie (voir section de
charge du manuel).
Ne pas utiliser après avoir bu ou pris des stupéfiants. Ne transportez pas d'objets lorsque
vous conduisez. Le produit est conçu pour transporter une seule personne à la fois. Ne
faites pas d’acrobaties.
Soyez attentif aux choses environnantes, comme les trottoirs, bosses ou sols inégaux. Ne
pas utiliser le produit sur des marches d’une hauteur supérieur à 3cm, sur une surface
huileuse, gelée, ou sur des routes endommagées ou avec signalisation de travaux. Ne pas
utiliser le produit sous la pluie ou dans un environnement avec de l’eau. Eviter de conduire
sur des pentes raides. Ne pas conduire dans des endroits sombres.
Pendant l’utilisation du produit, faites-en sorte que vos pieds soient toujours bien
positionnés.
Ne pas démarrer ou arrêter subitement, sous peine d’endommager la batterie et le
produit.
Afin d’éviter d’endommager le produit, ne placez pas l’appareil à proximité de l’eau ou
d’objets remplis de liquide.
Si un objet lourd ou du liquide venait à tomber sur l’appareil, faites-le vérifier par un
personnel qualifié avant de le réutiliser.

ALIMENTATION ÉLECTRIQUE DU PRODUIT
Le chargeur fourni avec le produit est spécifique à ce dernier. L’utilisation d’un autre
chargeur pourrait endommager le produit ou entraîner des accidents.
Ne touchez pas les substances qui fuiraient de la batterie. Ne laissez pas les animaux et
les enfants toucher la batterie. Les batteries contiennent des substances dangereuses,
n'ouvrez pas la batterie, et n'y insérez rien.
Si la température de stockage est inférieure à 0°C, ne chargez pas le produit. Vous pouvez
le placer dans un environnement tempéré (supérieur à 10°C) pour le chargement.
Ne laissez pas le produit charger sans surveillance. Ne pas laisser le produit charger plus
de 3h.
Attention ! Le transport par avion de votre produit peut être réglementé voir interdit en
raison de la batterie au lithium.
PRECAUTIONS D’UTILISATION
Nous ne sommes pas tenus responsable de l’utilisation non appropriée du produit. Ne pas
utiliser le produit par forte pluie ou si la température est de -5°C ou de +45°C.
COMMENT UTILISER LE PRODUIT
CHARGER LE PRODUIT
1. Assurez-vous que le connecteur de charge est propre et sec.

2. Commencez par brancher l'interrupteur dans l'interface d'alimentation, puis
branchez l'autre extrémité du chargeur dans le produit.
3. Lorsque l'indicateur rouge s'allume sur le chargeur, cela signifie que le chargement
s'effectue correctement, si ce n'est pas le cas, vérifiez l’ensemble des branchements
des câbles.
4. Lorsque le voyant sur le chargeur passe du rouge au vert, cela signifie que la
batterie est complètement chargée. Arrêtez le chargement. Un temps de charge
trop long pourrait affecter la durée de vie de la batterie.
5. Lorsque la batterie de la télécommande est faible, l'indicateur de connexion (7)
clignote. Eteignez le skateboard et chargez la télécommande. N'utilisez pas
l'appareil lorsque la batterie de la télécommande est faible.
UTILISER LE PRODUIT
1. Assurez-vous que le skateboard et la télécommande soient complétement chargés
avant l’utilisation. Allumez le skateboard et la télécommande.
2. Positionnez-vous sur le skateboard, les deux pieds écartés.
3. Poussez et maintenez lentement le bouton (3)pour accélérer. Relachez lentement
pour ralentir. Tiez le bouton pour vous arrêter.
Pour tourner, utilisez le poids de corps.
4. Faites glisser le bouton « mode vitesse » (4) pour régler la vitesse. Il est conseillé
d’utiliser la vitesse « lente » lorsque l’on débute.
5. Eteignez le skateboard et la télécommande lorsque vous n’utilisez plus le produit.
Si vous n’éteignez pas l’appareil, il restera allumé pendant 10 minutes. Passé 10
minutes sans utiliser le produit, il s’éteidra automatiquement.
NETTOYAGE
Ne démontez jamais le skateboard pour le nettoyer sous peine de voir s’annuler la
garantie. Débranchez le produit de la prise murale avant de procéder au nettoyage du
produit. Nettoyez l’extérieur du produit à l’aide d’un chiffon humide. Ne jamais utiliser de
tampon abrasif, de poudre à récurer ou de solvants tels que l’alcool ou l’essence.
DEPANNAGE
Ne démontez pas et ne modifiez pas la batterie de l’appareil. Confiez tout dépannage à du
personnel qualifié. Un dépannage est nécessaire si l’appareil a été endommagé de quelque
manière que ce soit : fiche ou cordon d’alimentation endommagé, liquide renversé sur le
produit, introduction de petits objets dans le produit, exposition à la pluie, anomalie de
fonctionnement, chute du produit…

CONDITIONS DE GARANTIE
La garantie proposée par URBANGLIDE est de 2 ans pour le produit et de 3 mois pour
ses accessoires (câbles, bloc d’alimentation…).
URBANGLIDE garantit votre produit contre tout défaut de fabrication ou d’assemblage.
Cette garantie ne s’applique qu’à l’utilisateur final et n’est pas transférable si l’appareil est
revendu. La garantie ne couvre pas les incompatibilités détectées par l’utilisateur final en
dehors des recommandations d’utilisation imprimées sur l’emballage.
La garantie ne couvre pas les pannes ou les défauts liés à un non-respect des instructions
de ce manuel, une négligence, une transformation du produit, une mauvaise manipulation,
des réparations ou des modifications non autorisées par URBANGLIDE,des tests
inappropriés, des accidents ou des facteurs externes tels qu’une chaleur ou une humidité
excessive, des pannes de courant ou un mauvais montage du produit (liste non
exhaustive).
La seule obligation contractuelle de URBANGLIDE consiste en la réparation et le
remplacement d’un produit défectueux. En tout état de cause, la responsabilité financière
de URBANGLIDE ne pourra pas être engagée pour un montant supérieur à la valeur
d’acquisition du produit par le client final.
La présente garantie est ainsi définie et ne pourra pas être modifiée, diminuée ou élargie
sans accord écrit de URBANGLIDE. De plus, URBANGLIDE ne pourra pas être tenu pour
responsable de tout conseil technique ou service fourni en relation avec le produit.
