Vielen Dank, dass Sie sich für ein Qualitätsprodukt von Bitron Home, einer Handelsmarke der Urmet Gruppe,
entschieden haben. Bitron Home Produkte wurden speziell für die Verwendung mit der QIVICON Plattform
entwickelt und für diese freigegeben. Mit QIVICON steuern und kontrollieren Sie Ihr Smart Home auf ganz
einfache Art mit einer Applikation auf Ihrem PC, Tablet oder Smartphone und verschaffen sich immer und überall
Zugriff auf alle angeschlossenen Geräte.
EINLEGEN UND AUSTAUSCH DER BATTERIEN
Im Auslieferungszustand sind die Batterien (3*AAA) separat verpackt. Zum Einlegen bzw. zum Austausch
der Batterien öffnen Sie das Gerät wie in Abb. 1 gezeigt durch Verschieben des Schalters und legen die
Batterien in der richtigen Polarität ein (Abb. 2). Schließen Sie dann wieder das Gerät und stellen Sie den
Schalter in die Ausgangsposition zurück.
INBETRIEBNAHME
Dieser Schritt setzt voraus, dass Sie über eine mit einem QIVICON ZigBee Funkstick ausgestattete
QIVICON Home Base verfügen.
1. Stellen sie sicher, dass die Batterien richtig eingelegt sind (Anzeige auf dem Display).
2. Folgen Sie den Anweisungen des Verbindungsassistenten zum Hinzufügen neuer Geräte, der sich in
der App oder Weboberfläche Ihres QIVICON Systems befindet. Weitere Informationen zum
Registrierungsprozess finden Sie unter http://support.bitronhome.eu
Zur Verwendung des Sensors an einer anderen Home ist es ausreichend, die Prozedur zum Hinzufügen
neuer Geräte Ihres Systems zu befolgen. Sobald der Installationsprozess erfolgreich abgeschlossen
wurde, wird sich der Sensor nicht mehr mit dem System, an dem er zuvor registriert war, verbinden.
FUNKTIONEN
Durch kurzes Drücken der Funktionstaste schaltet sich die Displaybeleuchtung für 15 Sekunden ein und
die aktuellen Temperatur- und Luftfeuchtigkeitswerte werden zur Home Base übertragen. Ansonsten
werden die Werte alle 10 Minuten oder sofort, wenn eine Temperaturänderung um 2% oder eine
Luftfeuchtigkeitsänderung um 10% stattfindet.
Im Inneren des Gerätes befindet sich der Jumper JP1 (Abb. 5). Dieser steht
standardmäßig in der Position „C“. Wenn Sie diesen in die Position „F“ verstellen,
erfolgt die Temperaturanzeige in Fahrenheit.

INSERT OR REPLACE THE BATTERIES
In the original packaging the batteries are not inserted into the device yet. In order to mount or to replace
the batteries, open the device by shifting the bar (Fig. 1). Insert the batteries respecting the polarity (Fig. 2)
and close the device by turning the bar to its initial position.
SET-UP
This step requires that you have a QIVICON Home Base equipped with a QIVICON ZigBee radio dongle.
1. Remove plastic cover, which protects the battery during transport on the back of the device (Fig. 1).
2. Follow the indications for the addition of new devices of the installation wizard, which can be found in
the app or in the web interface of your QIVICON system. For further information on the registration
process, please consult http://support.bitronhome.eu.
If you wish to associate the device to a different home base, it is sufficient to repeat the procedure of your
system for the addition of new devices. Once successfully concluded the installation process, the sensor
will not communicate with the system, to which it has been previously registered, anymore.
FUNCTIONS
By pressing the function key shortly, backlight will be enabled for 10 seconds and the current temperature
and humidity measurements will be transmitted to the home base. Normally measurements are transmitted
each 10 minutes or immediately, in case temperature varies by 2% or humidity varies by 10%.
Jumper JP1 is located inside the device (Fig. 5). By default, JP1 is in position “C” which stands for
centigrade. You can change the jumper to position “F” to display temperature in Fahrenheit.
