INSTRUCCIONES DE SEGURIDAD
• Siempre opere, inspeccione y realice manteni-
miento a esta herramienta, de acuerdo a las es-
pecificicaciones de las herramientas de mano y
neumáticas.
• Opere esta herramienta con una presión de aire
máxima de 90 PSI, siempre y cuando la abertura
de la entrada de aire y conexión de manguera sea
de 3/8".
• No lubrique esta herramienta con productos lí-
quidos flamables, volatiles o corrosivos.
• Asegúrese de que todas las conexiones deben
de estar bien apretadas.
• Siempre detenga el funcionamiento de la herra-
mienta cuando conecte o desconecte.
• Siempre utilice equipo de seguridad como len-
tes y protección auditiva.
• Recuerde tener siempre una posición estable
para que pueda sostener la herramienta con se-
guridad.
• Nunca exceda la presión de aire recomendada
para incrementar el rendimiento de la herra-
mienta.
INSTRUCCIONES DE OPERACIÓN
PARA UN USO SEGURO.
Siga las instrucciones de operación. La operación
sin seguir las regulaciones locales puede causar
daños serios. Lea y comprenda las instrucciones
de este manual por completo. Guarde estas ins-
trucciones para futuras referencias.
OPERACIONES
1. Suave cambio de giro de la válvula de reversa
(vea la ilustración en la página 3) hacia la derecha
o izquierda.
2. El accionar la válvula de reversa hace que ins-
tantáneamente cambie el sentido de la rotación
del motor.
3. La activación de operación por presión elimi na
el molesto uso de la palanca de operación.
4. El ajuste del torque se logra al desenroscar la
carcasa trasera y ajustando el anillo del torque;
El apretar hacia la derecha aumenta el torque, al
aflojar hacia la izquierda disminuye el torque.
5. El motor se detendrá automaticamente cuando
la carga haya llegado al torque predeterminado.
6. Para que se utiliza la cubierta de torque:
1) Sistema de color del torque. El sistema de tor-
que por color, le da una manera sencilla de prede-
terminar un torque para todas las herramientas
con esta característica.
Escoja un color para cada nivel de torque que
vaya a utilizar en la linea de ensamble.
2) Sistema de torque controlado. Para evitar un
reajuste del operador y marcar fácilmente el tor-
que a través de la ventana. Este diseño permite
ajustar el torque rápidamente o sin usar la tuerca
del torque.
SUMINISTRO DE AIRE
1. Las herramientas neumáticas son afectadas por
la humedad. Ya que el aire del compresor con-
tiene mucha humedad y polvo, es recomendable
utilizar un filtro y lubricante en la tubería para
remover y evitar elementos indeseables.
2. Cuando utilice una manguera de aire nueva,
soplelo de tal manera que se limpie de residuos el
interior antes de su instalación.
3. Mantenga el interior de la manguera limpia
para evitar una baja de presión causada por pol-
vo acumulado y a su vez causar que el diámetro
se haga más pequeño despues de un uso prolon-
gado.
4. Cuando desconecte la manguera de la herra-
mienta cuando aun requiera operar no la deje
caer al piso o a algun lugar que puedan contami-
nar el paso del aire de la manguera.
5. Utilice un regulador de aire para mantener una
presion estable de 5,5 kg/cm² 6,0 kg/cm² en el
manómetro.
Es importante mantener una medida de presión
constante en el manómetro.
6. Después de su lubricación, el aceite debe ser
eliminado durante la operación. Deje correr el
motor por unos segundos.
LUBRICACIÓN
1. La lubricación es indispensable para las herra-
mientas neumáticas. La forma correcta de hacerlo
es instalar un regulador de lubricación con manó-
metro para una alimentación de aceite automá-
tica, si esto no fuera posible debe de hacerlo ma-
nualmente dos veces al dia, esto es recomendable
para un funcionamiento eficiente de la máquina.
2. Para una lubricación manual, desconecte la
manguera y llene con aceite la entrada de aire y
presione la punta.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
• Always operate, inspect and maintain this tool
in a accordance to hand / held operated pneu-
matic tools.
• Operate this tool at 90 PSI maximum air pres-
sure at the inlet with 3/8” inside diameter air
supply hose.
• Do not lubricate the tool with flammable or
volatile liquids.
• All fittings and hoses should be tightly se-
cured.
• Always shut off the air supply when connect-
ing or disconnecting any tool.
• Always wear safety glasses and hearing pro-
tection when operating the tools.
• You must be in a stable position so that you
can hold the tool firmly.
• Never exceed the recommended air pressure
to increase the performance of the tool.
OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS

The operation without your local regulations
may cause serious injury. Read thoroughly and
understand this instruction manual and keep
this within reach for future reference.
OPERATION
1. Smooth change of valve reverse (right / left)
button turn direction can be done.
2. Push valve reverse button makes instantly
change direction of air motor rotation.
3. Push-to-Start system eliminates troublesome
to press throttle lever.
4. Adjusting fastening torque by loosening rear
housing and adjusting torque ring:
Tighten to the right: increase torque. Loosen to
the left: decrease torque
5. Air motor will automatically stop when the
load reaches at the pre-set torque.
6. The Torque cove used for:
1) Colour torque system. The colour torque
system gives you an easily visible torque mark-
ing system at a glance for all the R series tools.
Choice the colour for each torque level used on
your assembly line.
2) Torque fix system. To avoid the adjustment by
operator and easy to mark the torque through
the window. This up-to-the-date design let you
either adjust the torque rapidly or without us-
ing the torque lock nut.
AIR SUPPLY
1. Air tools are adversely affected by moisture.
Since air from compressor contains much mois-
ture and dust, it is desirable to provide a filter
and lubricator in the pipeline to remove such
undesirable elements. Also take the drain out
from air tank every day.
2. When using brand-new air hose or air pipe,
blow and clean the inside of air hose or pipe
before installation.
3. Keep inside of air hose or air pipe clean to
prevent airdrop problem caused by the lots of
drain and dust accumulated and possibly make
the inside diameter smaller in the long use.
4. When disconnect air hose from air tool while
in the operation do not drop air hose end to the
floor as dust or other element may come into
air hose.
5. Use air regulator to keep stable air pressure
at 5,5 kg/cm² - 6,0 kg/cm² at the tool. It is impor-
tant to get proper air pressure at the tool.
6. After lubrication, oil will discharged the ex-
haust upon operation. Flush motor for a few
seconds.
LUBRICATION
1. Lubrication is indispensable to air tools. The
most ideal maintenance is to install one lubri-
cator to a tool for automatic oil feed, but if it
is not available, manual lubrication twice every
day is recommended for longer life and keeping
the efficient function of mechanism.
2. For manual lubrication, disconnect air hose
from bushing air inlet and full up spindle oil
(#40-#60) into the air feed in take and push the
bit.
