DISPOSIZIONI DI SICUREZZA :
Precauzioni:
- Previamente all’uso, leggere attentamente l’istruzione.
- L’acido delle batterie è estremamente corrosivo. Rispettare le adeguate precauzioni.
- Scollegare l’alimentazione di rete prima di collegare il caricatore alla batteria.
- Non eseguire la ricarica in ambienti a rischio esplosivo, accertarsi che vi sia una ventilazione corretta, non utilizzare il
caricatore vicino a fiamma.
- Il caricatore deve essere posto su una superficie stabile e non deve essere coperto o esposto in pieno sole.
- I caricatori USAG devono essere utilizzati unicamente per caricare le batterie ricaricabili PIOMBO / ACIDO.
- Non utilizzare un caricatore danneggiato.
- Per qualsiasi riparazione solo USAG o un riparatore approvato può intervenire sul caricatore
e solo con pezzi di ricambio USAG.

COME RICARICARE UNA BATTERIA.
In un primo tempo il caricatore non deve essere collegato alla rete elettrica. Collegare le pinze alla batteria.
- Pinza rossa sul positivo (+).
- Pinza nera sul negativo (-).
-Quindi collegare il caricabatteria alla rete
Il caricatore funziona in modalità tester, il livello di carica è indicato:
Nessuna necessità di ricaricare la batteria.
La batteria può essere ricaricata..
La batteria deve essere ricaricata.
La batteria è completamente scarica.
L’indicazione del livello della carica evolve durante la ricarica fino al livello massimo.
Se il test è corretto, la spia è accese con luce fissa.
Nessuna indicazione :
Le polarità possono essere inversate, la connessione può essere errata, la batteria completamente fuori servizio e definitivament.

DISFUNZIONAMENTI.
Il diodo d’avvertenza lampeggia:
- I morsetti non sono connessi alla batteria.
- Il cavo dell’alimentazione rete non è collegato o non è alimentato.
- Alimentazione: sovratensione, la tensione batteria cade troppo rapidamente
perchè il caricatore non è abbastanza potente per il tipo di batteria.
- La batteria è definitivamente fuori uso.
Il diodo d’avvertenza rimane acceso:
Previamente all’inizio della carica.
- Sovratensione, caricatore 12 V su batteria 24 V
- Polarizzazione errata dei morsetti (Positivo su negativo e viceversa)
Durante la carica.
- La batteria non può essere caricata nei limiti di sicurezza, è possibile ricominciare un secondo ciclo di carica.
Non avviene nulla dopo aver collegato il caricatore alla batteria: Le polarità sono invertite o la batteria è definitivamente fuori uso.
Garanzia
Il caricatore di batterie USAG è garantito per 2 anni a partire dalla data di acquisto.
Questa garanzia non copre i cavi e gli usi errati. Il Servizio post- vendita USAG è il solo abilitato per la riparazione del caricatore di batterie
USAG. Qualsiasi smontaggio provoca la scadenza della garanzia.
In caso di dubbio sull’uso del caricatore, contattare il rivenditore USAG.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS :
Precautions:
- Carefully read these instructions before use.
- Battery acid is extremely corrosive. Take all suitable precautions.
- Disconnect from the mains before connecting the charger to the battery.
- Never charge batteries in an explosive atmosphere, ensure good ventilation and do not use close to a flame.
- The charger must be placed on a stable surface and must not be covered or exposed to direct sunlight.
- USAG chargers must only be used to recharge rechargeable LEAD/ACID batteries.
- Do not use a damaged charger.
- Charger servicing and repair must only to be carried out by USAG or an approved repairer using only USAG
spare parts.

HOW TO RECHARGE A BATTERY.
Initially, the charger must not be connected to the mains. Connect the clips to the battery.
-Red clip on the positive (+) terminal.
-Black clip on the negative (-) terminal.
-Then connect the charger to mains.
The charger will then operate in test mode, and the battery charge level will be shown:
The battery does not need recharging.
The battery can be recharged.
The battery must be recharged..
The battery is charged.
The battery charge display will vary during charging until the maximum level is reached.
The indicator is lit steady once charging is complete.
No display:
The polarities may be reversed, the battery may be incorrectly connected, or permanently unserviceable.

MALFUNCTIONS
The warning LED flashes:
- The terminals are not connected to the battery.
- The mains cable is not connected or powered.
- Power supply: overvoltage the battery voltage falls too quickly,
meaning that the charger is not sufficiently powerful for the battery.
- The battery is permanently unserviceable.
The warning LED remains continuously lit:
Before charging.
- Overvoltage due to 12 V charger on 24 V battery
- Wrongly connected terminals (Positive on negative and vice versa)
During charging.
- The battery cannot be charged within the safety limit. A second charging cycle can be performed, however.
If nothing occurs after connecting the charger to the battery: the polarities are reversed or the battery is permanently unserviceable.
Guarantee
Your USAG battery charger is guaranteed for two years from the date of purchase. This guarantee excludes the cables and incorrect use.
Your USAG battery charger must only be repaired only by the USAG after sales service.
Dismantling the charger will render the guarantee null and void.
