1.1 Preparations
1.1.1When using the meter, the user must followthe standard
safetyrules:
- Generalanti-shockprotection
-Avoid misuse ofthe meter.
1.1.2After receive the meter, please check if it is damaged
in
transit.
1.1.3 Storeunder rough conditionsor afier shipment,please check
to seeif the product is damaged or not.
1.1.4The probe pens must be
in good condition.Beforeuse, please

check if the probe pens insulation is damaged,the wire is exposed
or not.
1.1.5Using the originalprobe pens will ensure safety.
If not, the
sametype or same grade ones will be needed.
1.2Using
1.2.1When using the meter, pleasemake sure the functionsand
measuringranges are correct,
1.2.2Don't exceedthe protection measuringrange.
1.2.3Do not touch the top of the test leads (metalpart) while the
meter is connectedto the measurementcircuit.
1.2.4During measurement,please take care to keep finger behind
stylusguard if the measured voltage is above 60V
DC or 30VAC
(RMS).
1.2.5Donot measure the voltage if the voltagebetween the
measuringterminal and ground exceeds lOOOVDC
And 750VAC.
1.2.6Before turning the switch to change the measurementfunction,
please removethe test leads fromthe circuit which is under test.
1.2.7 Do not measure resistors, capacitors, diodes and onloffwhen
they are charged.

1.2.8Be carefulto avoidthe instrumentconnectedto the voltage
power when measuringrange under current. resistance. capacitance,
diode and circuit onloff.
1.2.9Do not measurethe capacitanceuntil the capacitoris hlly
discharged.
1.2.10 Do not use this meter near explosivegases. vapors or dust.
1.2.11 Ifthere is any abnormalor faultyperformance of the meter,
stopto use it.
1.2.12Do not use the deviceunless the instrumentcase and battery
cover are Mlyfastened
in place.

Powerbutton: Press this button more than
3 second,then can open
and close the power
Selection button: select functionmanually
Function keep and Torch:press this button, keep the data holding,
press againthen clear the data holding. Press long than
3 second,
then open the torch. Press again then close the torch. Torch cannot
close automaticallyneed close manually.
Capacitance button: shortlypress one time enter to capacitance
mode, press again enter to auto mode cycle
