GETTING STARTED
BATTERY INSTALLATION
1. Make sure the unit is turned OFF.
2. Locate the battery cover on the
electronic box inside the bear. Use a
screwdriver to loosen the screw.
3. Install 3 new ‘AA’ (AM-3/LR6) batteries
following the diagram inside the battery
box. (The use of new alkaline batteries
is recommended for maximum
performance.)
4. Replace the battery cover and
tighten the screw to secure the
battery cover.

2. AUTOMATIC SHUT-OFF
To preserve battery life, the VTech®Explore & Crawl Learning
Cub™ will automatically power-down after approximately 60
seconds without input. The unit can be turned on again by pressing
any button.
NOTE: For the best crawling effect, please use the Explore &
Crawl Learning Cub™ on hard surfaces (hardwood, tile or
linoleum).
ACTIVITIES

1. ALIMENTATION
1.1. INSTALLATION DES PILES
1. Avant d’insérer les piles, s’assurer que
le jouet est éteint.
2. Ouvrir le compartiment à piles situé à
l’intérieur de Ourson, 1,2,3 suis-moi
à l’aide d’un tournevis.
3. Insérer 3 piles LR6/AA en respectant
le schéma qui se trouve dans le
compartiment à piles.
4. Refermer soigneusement le
couvercle du compartiment à piles et
s’assurer que la vis est bien serrée.
1.2. MISE EN GARDE
Les piles fournies avec le produit permettent de tester le jouet en
magasin mais ne sont pas des piles longue durée.
• Utiliser des piles alcalines neuves pour des performances maximales.
• Seules des piles du type recommandé au point précédent doivent
être utilisées.
• Ne pas mélanger différents types de piles ou d’accumulateurs, ne pas
mélanger des piles ou des accumulateurs neufs avec des usagés.
• Ne pas utiliser des piles ou des accumulateurs endommagés.
• Mettre en place les piles ou les accumulateurs en respectant les
polarités + et –.
• Ne pas mettre les bornes d’une pile ou d’un accumulateur en court-
circuit (en reliant directement le + et le –).
• Enlever les piles ou les accumulateurs usagés du jouet.
• Retirer les piles ou les accumulateurs en cas de non-utilisation
prolongée.
• Ne les jeter ni au feu ni dans la nature.
• Ne pas tenter de recharger des piles non rechargeables.
• Enlever les accumulateurs du jouet pour les recharger.
• Ne pas utiliser de piles rechargeables.

2. POUR COMMENCER À JOUER...
2.1. MARCHE/ARRÊT/REGLAGE DU VOLUME SONORE
Pour mettre en marche Ourson, 1,2,3
suis-moi, déplacer le curseur Marche/
Arrêt/Réglage du volume sonore sur
la position pour un volume faible
ou sur la position pour un volume
fort. Pour éteindre Ourson, 1,2,3 suis-
moi, placer le curseur Marche/Arrêt/
Réglage du volume sonore sur la
position .
2.2 ARRÊT AUTOMATIQUE
Si le jouet n’est pas activé pendant quelques secondes, Ourson,
1,2,3 suis-moi invite l’enfant à jouer. Si l’enfant ne manipule toujours
aucun bouton, Ourson, 1,2,3 suis-moi s’éteint automatiquement.
Pour le réactiver, il suft d’appuyer sur n’importe quel bouton.

6. ENTRETIEN
1. Ourson, 1,2,3 suis-moi est lavable uniquement à la main. Retirer
le boîtier électronique avant de laver l’ourson.
2. Éviter toute exposition prolongée de Ourson, 1,2,3 suis-moi au
soleil ou à toute autre source de chaleur.
3. Entreposer Ourson, 1,2,3 suis-moi dans un endroit sec.
4. Ce jouet est fabriqué avec des matériaux résistants. Néanmoins,
lui éviter les chocs contre des surfaces dures.
