MODEL VP-4024C
24 VDC/4 AMP LINEAR POWER SUPPLY
The 24 Vdc, 4 Amp Power Supply, Model VP-4024C, shall be wall mount, regulated and filtered, "A" battery type power
supply with two 2 Amp outputs. The unit shall be solid state and provide over voltage protection and LED indication of of
overload. The unit shall provide a three conductor grounded power cord with NEMA 5-15P type plug for AC input connection
and wire cage connectors for all output connections. The input shall be circuit breaker protected. The unit shall be UL and
cUL Listed.
The power supply shall provide a floating 24 Vdc output. The chassis shall be AC grounded and a LOC GND terminal,
connected to AC GND, shall be provided for output reference. Output voltage shall be -24 Vdc +10%. Output current shall
be 4 Amps. Maximum ripple at rated output shall be 10 mV RMS. Output shall be current limiting and provide over-voltage
protection. Input voltage shall be 105 - 120 Vac, 60 Hz, 150 watts maximum. Input fuse shall be rated at 2Amps/125 Vac.
Operatingtemperature shallbe +32to104 °F(0to 40 °C). Operatinghumidity shallbe 0to90% non-condensing.
The housing shall be constructed of gray painted 16 gauge steel. The wall mounting plate and mounting hardware shall be
included.
Maximum dimensions shall be 10.70“ (27.18 cm) H x 6.35“ (16.13 cm) W x 3.75“ (9.53 cm) D. Shipping weight shall be
13.00 lbs (5.85kg).
Limited Warranty
Valcom, Inc. warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under conditions of
normal use and service for a period of one year from the date of shipment. The obligation under this warranty shall be limited to
the replacement, repair or refund of any such defective device within the warranty period, provided that:
1. inspection by Valcom, Inc. indicates the validity of the claim,
2. the defect is not the result of damage, misuse, or negligence after the original shipment,
3. the product has not been in any way repaired by others and that factory sealed units are unopened.
(A service charge plus parts and labor will be applied to units defaced or physically damaged).
4. freight charges for the return of products to Valcom, Inc. are prepaid,
5. all units “out of warranty” are subject to a service charge. The service charge will cover minor repairs
(major repairs will be subject to additional charges for parts and labor).
This warranty is in lieu of and excludes all other warranties expressed or implied, and in no event shall
Valcom, Inc. be liable for any anticipated profits, consequential damages, loss of time or other losses incurred by the buyer in
connection with the purchase, operation or use of the product.
This warranty specifically excludes damage incurred in shipment. In the event a product is received in damaged condition,
the carrier should be notified immediately. Claims for such damage should be filed with the carrier involved in accordance with the
F.O.B. point.
