The instructions below take into account new legislation concerning product
liability as well as EU and international safety standards.

Before using your hot cupboard, please make sure you observe the following:

Installation:
The hot cupboard must be connected to a one-phase 3-pins plug with earth
connection, voltage 230 V~ [10] Earth: yellow / green Neutral: blue

90:
The hot cupboards
V40-90 and V42-90 are divided into 3 inde-
pendent parts, each with its own thermostat, that is: the lower compartment [14], the upper com-
partment [15] and the hot table [16].
Switch on main switch [8]

The plates will cool down even with
the heating switched on
The plates are made of on isolating material and the heat will take approximately 1 hour to pene-
trate to the centre of the plate. A plate which is heated too quickly is only hot on the surface and
will cool very quickly.
Cleaning:
The interior must be kept very clean. Disconnect the apparatus and clean with a
damp cloth. To clean the box, lift the hinged shelf [9]. Never splash water into
the apparatus.
